Would give it more than 5 stars if we could!! This is our new favorite property given how large the kitchen-living-dining space was and the location of it.
***TOP NOTCH*** Very clean, huge pantry, well-stocked kitchen, extra storage area in entry way w/ beach chairs & toys + lots of very comfortable seating in the beautiful, fully-renovated unit! ***PARKING*** We never had a problem finding a covered parking spot right under the condo and then it was just a small walk up directly to the unit. No waiting for the elevator! ***LOCATION*** You're on the 1st floor, but up high enough that you're still above the pools and hot tubs giving you excellent views of them and the ocean. Love that there are 3 private balconies in this unit and they're covered enough that you can sit out even in storms. ***COMMUNICATION*** Had questions upon check-in and owners emailed back immediately and were very helpful.

What a stunning place! This condo was steps from the beach and pool. Views from the windows and balconies were beautiful. We even saw 2 deer and a doe from our window!

Our stay was so relaxing in large part due to the convenience of this perfectly located condo. It is decorated beautifully with three patio/balconies for ocean viewing. Layout, bedrooms and baths very livable and everything about the resort lovely. We will be back!!!

Wonderful stay with a great view. The property was well appointed and incredibly clean which is always an important point for us. The views from all balconies was spectacular, with a nice vantage point of the beach and ocean from each. Great property and resort for families and friends alike.

When they say they are the closest condo to the ocean, they are not kidding. If you want a short walk to the boardwalk, this is your place. This is an A+ property all the way around. Very clean. We did a small amount of cooking. It seems like the kitchen is always missing something when you rent a place. Not this place. It had everything. The washer and drier were nice. Maybe a minor thing, but we used them a lot and we have rented places that did not have the best W&D. Anyway... I hate to leave on a negative note. This is not really a negative. I mean, if you're watching TV while you're on vacation at HH, something is wrong, but... The TV setup in the main room is so complicated. A basic smart TV would solve everything as far as I can tell. I will leave it at that. This is VERY MINOR. The place is fantastic

Without a doubt, the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.
The listing and pictures are an accurate reflection of the property, but cannot do justice to the comfort, ocean views, and beach access that you’ll get with 1106 Villamare.
The unit is impeccably clean and well maintained. It comes equipped with all the supplies you’ll probably need. There are several beach toys and chairs, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of games, puzzles, and books if you need some downtime from the beach.
The pool and community grills are just steps away, but amazingly we never heard any noise from either one.
Stephen provided all necessary information and was extremely responsive when we had questions.
In case it isn’t clear, we would recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Hilton Head / Palmetto Dunes.

Perfect Place for Our Group!
This was our first time to Hilton Head and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! Everything was clean, family friendly and spacious. Not only did we have easy access to the beach, but we were also able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. The patio looked out onto the beach and onto the pool, which was something we all really enjoyed. The in-unit washer and dryer was key. We would highly recommend this place!

This Villamare condo is close to everything - beach, pool, golf courses, restaurants, bike rentals, General Store (Ice Cream!). Sunrise views are outstanding. We watched dolphins and pelicans out on the water from the living room window.

Spacious 3 bedroom on the beach
Super close to the beach. It was so easy for my elderly parents to get down to the beach and just as easy for my young kids. The only downfall was the pool is loud at night and the balcony overlooks the pool. Otherwise the unit was clean and very nice

Great, clean condo! The beach is beautiful, can catch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony and it seemed to be the most convenient location to get between condo, beach and pool with ease. There are 2 short flights of stairs to get to pool/beach/parking lot, which we always used and never needed an elevator. Traveled with 2 small kids and loads of gear!! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect
We rented this property for a holiday family getaway between Christmas and New Years. I picked the rental as the reviews were perfect and they were spot-on! Location is steps from the beach; inside is spacious with 3 rooms to accommodate 4 of us and plenty of room. High-end finishes throughout...an added bonus: I had no visions of using bikes but we used them daily to ride around Palmetto Dunes as well as to the nearby shopping center. Great week!

Beautiful location, very nice condo! We were very pleased with the accommodations. Condo was very clean with the exception of one thing which housekeeping took care of immediately. Views are amazing and close proximity to pool and ocean were perfect since we had grandkids with us. Owners were easy to work with and provided immediate feedback to questions. We would highly recommend to others and would love to stay there again someday.

Absolute Perfection!
We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals. This one was so unbelievable it’s hard to know where to begin. The cleanliness was 5 Stars! We couldn’t even find a scuff mark on the walls. The kitchen is well stocked, but it doesn’t stop there, High-end appliances including the washer & dryer. Living room furniture showed no signs of wear, Bedroom mattress/pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and fully stocked. Our favorite, the views from the balconies and windows. We’re all in our 60’s and elevators were a concern with the Covid-19. There are a couple sets of stairs to actually reach the condo which we chose to use. No problem. Thank you Mr. Race for the use of your condo- We’ll be back!

Fall on the Island
This unit is awesome, great location to everything; beach, eats, shopping. Views of the beach from back patio are breathtaking. Check in process was a breeze and the owner extremely friendly and checked on us several time and provided helpful hints for our stay. We will stay here again.

Great location and communication
The condo is in the perfect location! Accessible to the grills, beach entrance, and pool.
Stephen was great at communicating with us in regards to the property. We were scheduled to be there immediately following the hurricane but with the island having been evacuated, we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get on the island. He was very good at keeping us up to date on the situation. He was quick at responding to emails!
We have been in a few other condos, but this was probably one of our favorites.
