This home is located on a dead end street of Old Florida Trees and Residential Homes. Large heated screened pool with privacy fencing for back yard even for pets. Come walk, bike, lay back.

100ft seawall with dock, water draft approximately 2 to 3 feet. Preserve riverfront abounds with wildlife, minutes to Okeechobee waterway. Approximately 30 minute boat ride to riverfront dining and 60 minutes to the inlet.

The home is ranch style, tile and carpet. Well appointed kitchen opens to water views. Comfortable furniture, lots of wind breezes, 10 minutes to historical downtown, near I-95, close to shopping.

Stuart is a quaint small village unlike any on Florida's East Coast. No hussle or bussel, laid back, great fishing as well as all water sports.

We're a fishing family and Papa's goal was to have the teen grandchildren catch their first sail fish and they did. In fact the family caught eight during our visit. Also caught king fish and dolphin. It's very nice to come off the ocean and cool off in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Close to shopping and eating out.

It was exactly as described in writing and the pictures did not disappoint. This property was had everything we needed except clothes, food & personal items. They even had spices! Excellent place for a vacation!

So many nice things to say. The owner was amazing! I’d stay anywhere because of Charles’ attentiveness. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and correct the problem. The property is beautiful! Pictures online just don’t do it justice. Beds were nice and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of little extras like toiletries to get you started and plenty of pool towels and dishes for cooking. We stayed for two weeks so all the cleaning supplies around the house were great. We brought our own kayaks and launched from the dock. It was a bit rough to hoist them up but manageable. We did go out almost everyday and we’re getting tired toward the end of our stay. We ate lots of fresh mango from the tree. The pool was great to have after kayaking on the River. My only complaint would be the pool’s maintenance. It turned green real quick. Apparently his pool guy wasn’t doing his job. Charles quickly got another company to come out but they did so in the middle of the day and we couldn’t swim that day. The same thing happened the second week. I guess because chemicals get put in once a week they put in a lot to keep it clean. Overall a wonderful experience and stay!

The property was very nice, especially the pool. The trip by boat to the ocean is a little long but ok. We went off-shore fishing for 20 of the 30 days we were there. Coming back in the afternoon and jumping in the pool to cool off was great The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.. Good shopping near by.

We have rented 4 homes over 4 years after finally deciding to never stay at a motel again for vacation. Of all the homes We have been in around Stuart this property was hands down, the best Home We have stayed at. It has a lot of space, well taken care of and in a very quiet friendly neighborhood. It has everything We could have asked for. From Our Grandaughters point of view the pool was fantastic. Well maintained . If You are visiting any of the close areas take a look at this property. You will not regret it.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The house had all the comforts and amenities a family could possibly want during a two-week vacation. My daughter spent countless hours in the pool and in the patio area. The water was always warm and the patio area is screened in, which kept the bugs away. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and filled with trees, perfect for walks and bike rides. Plenty of beaches nearby and downtown Stuart is quaint and only a 10-minute drive.

We are thankful for the opportunity to have been able to stay in this lovely house again. It was extremely clean and comfortable; a great place to escape from the winter weather up north. Charles and Susan (house manager) were very easy to work with. We highly recommend this house!!
