Great Stay
This was a great location to stay while visiting my daughter at Webster University. Location was very close to the school, dining on The Hill, and many of the other attractions in the area.
House was extremely clean and very nicely set up. Just wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the backyard (it looked great)!
I would definitely stay here again!

great getaway on the Hill
Everything was just great except we were given the wrong code to the key box which holds the key for the property. That problem was cleared up pretty quickly and then everything was golden. Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood.

This place was everything and more!
I stayed In this comfortable, cute house for 3 months and my time here was amazing! Very friendly neighborhood, close to many pertinent locations in St. Louis. Boris & Adriana made everything so seamless and convient. I would definately recommend staying here for a short term or a long term lease; you won’t regret it!

Cute & comfortable house in a great neighborhood
We loved this house. High end finishes and comfortable beds. The location was great for Italian dinners every evening and our tours of the St Louis Art Museum, St Louis Zoo and Botanical Garden. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs in the back yard every day. Also impressed that my deposit was refunded on the same day we left. Highly recommend this house if you're O.K. with just one bathroom - which was not a problem for us.

STYLE AND BEYOND
This place was so amazing. It looks as though it was recently remodel. The decor is new and fresh and bright. The pictures don't do it justice.
The owners was super helpful and the apartment has anything you would need.
I will be staying there again if my daughter gets a job in St. Louis!

A treasure on the Hill
We thoroughly enjoyed this fresh, clean and stylish two bedroom on the Hill. Located just off Hampton close to I-64, this apartment is well situated to get most places quickly. The owners have been very attentive to the little details. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, lots of nice towels, DVDs, books and games. There were a selection of pillows from firm to soft and the beds were comfortable. The unit is very well maintained and easy to settle into. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were very impressed with this place!
My family came to celebrate my daughters birthday On Labor Day weekend and we couldn't have asked for anything better! It was very clean, well stocked, had comfortable beds, and located in the cutest neighborhood! Never had a problem finding parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby, wish we could've tried them all! 10 minutes to City Museum and 25 minutes to Six Flags.

Great Family Vacation Home
Our family of five really enjoyed this lovely apartment. Our twin teenagers shared a bedroom and our nine year old slept on the oversized couch....we enjoyed the larger bedroom for ourselves! The owners have done a fabulous job renovating this space and we made full use of the kitchen and grill in the backyard. When we arrived, the firepit was ready to go with complimentary s'mores ingredients. My favorite night from our two week vacation was cooking dinner in our apt, drinking wine in the backyard with the white lights, while our kids had a 'washers' tournament. Truly magnificent. Thank you, Boris and Adriana!! (p.s. you have very lovely neighbors too!!)

Wonderful stay!
We were able to stay in this wonderful apartment for 3 nights to celebrate my son's graduation from Wash U. The location was perfect, and the set-up of the apartment was ideal and very comfortable for four of us! It was super easy to get in touch with the owners and they were highly responsive. Would definitely recommend to others and would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity!

Stop looking, book this place now!
Some friends and I (all in our 20's) stayed here for a wedding and we absolutely loved it. The bedrooms are super spacious. The interior is very nice and updated. ** The couch is super comfortable. The picture doesn't do it justice; the pillows mask how deep it really is. My 6 foot tall friend said sleeping on it was like being hugged by a teddy bear.**
I feel the property is centrally located to a lot of things you might want to do. Renting a car is most ideal. The zoo is a short uber drive away. There are a few grocery stores (and a target) within ~1.5 miles. It is located in a safe quiet residential area with a few parks near by. I am very very happy that I chose to stay here!!!
The owners were very quick to answer questions I had prior to my arrival. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Adorable place. So convenient.
Loved our stay here. So much better and more affordable than a hotel for the amount of space you get. Lots of charm. Staying on the hill is great. Beds were super comfortable. Only sorry that we forgot to sign the guestbook before we left.

Exceptional stay on the Hill!
Our Weekend Getaway on the Hill was fabulous! Everything was beautifully decorated and updated! We were close to everything and whatever you needed the owners were eager and happy to assist you with!
The apartment was very clean and all appliances were brand new we cooked all our meals at the home. Parking was right in front of the house and the fenced back yard was perfect for the kids to play. The beds were extremely comfy! We walked to an Italian restaurant nearby (Cunetto House of Pasta) they have delicious food and are very reasonably priced.
This property is centrally located. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks Adriana and Boris!

Beatiful property on the Hill
We absolutely loved the property in this quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everything was beautifully decorated and completely remodeled on the inside. It is very comfortable and cozy, fully equipped with a washer and dryer, full kitchen and even a little, shared back yard. A great location, close to everything in St. Louis, lots of great restaurants around, the zoo, forest park and Barnes Jewish hospital. Boris and Adriana were exceptional hosts, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to St. Louis!

We spent a weekend in St. Louis at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, nice city neighborhood, perfect location, just minutes from the zoo, The Magic House, The Science Center, and Grant's Farm.
