Upon checking in to our room that was already set up we came across several issues with our 1st room. The door was hard to open and when we 1st attempted to close it there was an issue with the lock sticking and not wanting to close. Then once we got in we wanted to eat and shower. There however where several flies in the room And not small nats. We shushed them away. After that we decided to shower. The tub was filthy. And my boyfriend attempted to use the toilet but there was no water in the tank to the back of the toilet. We informed front desk. Without any hassle we where moved to another room (considered an upgrade due to the circumstances). Once again filthy tub. Flies met us at the door AGAIN !! Our fridge didn't keep things cool either..... Upon waking up to Leave out we showered only to see several bed bugs bites on both of us. We where on a tight schedule and both needed to work early.. The lobby was full of guests so we decided to wait for the opportunity to inform you that these happened. This is my 2nd visit to this location. And I am not happy and shall not return. Our hard earned money was wasted. The only actual employee that maintained professionalism was Yolanda. I was locked out my room from 10pm til at least 730am. The latch was half hung and the door was stuck. The gentleman from 2nd shift refused to look into the issue and laughed it off and left. Yolanda insured my safety and took care of business... Pics of her climbing thru the air unit to my room

It was ok, tv remote did not work and coffee maker was broke as I was heading to office a very sweet maid/cleaner came to my rescue and got it all working and it wasn’t even her room to take care of.

Absolutely horrible room . Condom wrappers , soda bottles, dirty sheets with stains , the room was disgusting I slept on top of a towel on the bed. Remote was broken. Bathroom was disgusting. A lot people just hanging out outside, unsafe environment. Never stay there again! Needs new management ASAP

We needed an accessible room. The hand rail in the shower was hanging from the wall. There were zero towels in the bathroom. Hotel staff were not concerned about these issues.

Tons of German cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the back of the toilet, bed bug found in sheets, dirty comforter/bedspread, a couple other random bus and a spider also present. We got out of that room within a couple minutes of entering it.

My husband and I stayed here 10 yrs ago while my Mother was in Barnes Jewish Hospital because it was close and affordable. At that time it was clean and we felt safe, so again we had an appointment at the hospital and I chose this place again. In 10 years it has gone downhill!! The room itself was clean enough, but the door didd not latch from the inside as it looked like it had been kicked in and busted. it was secure enough from the outside, but we put the chair in front of it to feel more safe. There is clearly people living there so we had a room on the top, as that is all that was available, I would have never stayed there knowing that, there where the residents sitting on the steps, smoking and hanging out. Will never stay again in this motel. And the outside was dirty looking and very scetchy vehicles in parking lot.

There was so much mold in the ac unit I couldn't use it.
The tv didnt work and front desk answer to this problem was to check me out of the motel.
The bathroom faucet wasnt even attracted to the sink.
Horrible customer service, will never stay at a red roof again!
If there was a lower rating then one star I would have given them that.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Used a whole can of lysol to make it tolerable. As smell was strongest in the bathroom that had exhaust fan i assume thats where the smoking happened. Never again!!

This property is very convenient for restaurants Forest Park the zoo. My experience with the staff is very friendly and professional. This property is very convenient and easily access to anything in the city that you need to do or want to do. I always enjoy my stay here.

Bad part of town. People in and out of parking hanging around sitting in vehicles. Strong scent of weed and one guy openingly smoking it. Dead bolt broken tub didn’t drain during shower. Room musky cold and wet feeling. Got there room 217 showered laid down and 15 minutes later packed up and left. Lost money but stayed safe and slept in my truck at Loves station 300 miles away.

Staff had a attitude because I wanted to Vacuum my sweep my room. I was staying another night why wait another night to clean? Nasty attitude for an over night staff

Okay stay. But when I went to the front desk for a broom to sweep up my hair from cutting. The black girl female attendant had an attitude just because I wanted to clean up behind myself. I mean who gets a attitude because a customer asked to clean instead of leaving it to the crew?

Unfriendly staff answering several phone calls in the middle of check-in in spite of a long line of people waiting late at night.
Instead of just pre-authorizing the security deposit, they insisted on charging it and paying it back meaning that – as a tourist – I got to pay a currency conversion rate twice for something I shouldn’t pay for.

All the rooms they change me for are all dirty with flies and smokes. Terrible AC. Poor service. I can never refer this hotel to anyone nor go there again. I have a whole lot to talk about his smelling hotel and dirtiness.

I normally am fine with Red Roof Inn, but this place has problems. Everything outside made of steel is rusted out and ready to fall apart. There was one front desk gal who seemed to be angry anytime anyone addressed her, like she couldn't be bothered. However, another gal (her name - Ebony) took the anger from a couple of customers with a smile and immediate help. Ebony is OK! But I swear, the maids mop all the floors with 7up, they were so sticky! Good news is there is a plethora of excellent Italian restaurants on "the Hill" where it's located.
Put a smile on that grouchy, skinny gal and use fresh water on the floors, and it would be OK.

The pills were flat but what really bothered me was that large black. I'm not sure what it was bold or burnt but it was black and was on the ceiling

When we got there they charge me a $25.00 early check in. Then another $25.00 for a deposit. Then a worker was pitching a fit because she wasn’t on to work . Then she demanded the manager who was checking in to talk to her. Then the room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom door wouldn’t close the knob on the door was about to fall off. An a few of the towels had holes in them.

What can i say..its a red roof inn, but what impressed me was that it was cleaner than i expected. I use wipes before any stay and this place was actually very clean..no dirty wipes..it did the trick for the purpose of my trip..yes I'll stay again for a quick trip

Room 201 Maintenance needed: A small leak from the ceiling was dripping onto the back of the commode ~1 drip/10 minutes. Some of the vinyl floor flashing along the base of the wall was peeling away. Faucet was loose in the sink. Other issues: There were no key cards; the attendant had to let us in with master key. Cleanliness: Despite all that, the room appeared clean and the bed was comfy.

Well the room isn’t what we expected from the pics online. No microwave like the pics. The crazy lady in the lobby yelling and threatening was a little scary and the front desk guy shaking and seemingly scared or mad was unnerving. The soda machine took my money and didn’t dispense. And the bed was so uncomfortable we both woke up with a back ache. Will look else where next time. Way to much money for this experience.
