This restored three-storey house is in Weymouth in Dorset and can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Safe Harbour is a restored three-storey house situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from harbour views. The house can sleep 6 people in 2 king-size double bedrooms one with en-suite shower, 1 twin single bedroom as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room with fire and 2nd sitting room with fire. Courtyard with furniture. Safe Harbour is in a perfect harbour location close to beach, ideal for families.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, CD music system, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair available. Permit parking for one car in Zone L (subject to spaces being available) until 20 Apr 2025 subject to council renewal. Small courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, charge of £21 per pet per week Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min. Beach 10 min.
Town: This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach.
