About this house rental

This lovely beach cottage with private pool is located 120 yards from the beach! The second level porch offers an enchanting view of the ocean and its surroundings. The back porch offers a relaxing view of the sparkling blue water of the private pool. The first level covered wrap around porch provides plenty of room for those late afternoon family get togethers. This 2,600 square foot clean home provides plenty of room with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four cable tvs, internet access, and a BBQ grill complete the package.

This vacation home is located 15 minutes from Market Commons which is a wonderful place to spend any late afternoon shopping, dining, or catching a movie. Coastal Grand Mall is also located 20 minutes from the home with a multitude of shops and restaurants. If it is local seafood you crave then 20 minutes south is Murrells Inlet's famous "Restaurant Row" which can satisfy even the pickiest eater! Plenty of locally owned family restaurants are located within 5 to 10 minutes of the home for those nights when you want something really close. Nybills at Surfside Pier is one of the best. Nybills offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If it is action you seek then Wild Water and Wheels Water Park is only ten minutes away on Hwy 17. Golf and putt-putt courses provide any golfer with more choices to play than could be imagined. Sport fishing can be found nearby at Murrels Inlet or Gulf Stream Marina where a host of boats await the eager fisherman trying to catch the "big one".

Surfside Beach is known as the "Family Beach". Surfside Beach is less crowded than Myrtle Beach and provides families with a relaxed calmer atmosphere. We had an absolute wonderful time with our family! House was perfect! Location perfect! Spent the mornings drinking coffee on the porch and evenings sitting at the pool cooling off after a long day on the beach! We grilled almost every evening! Could not asked for a better time!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. It was spacious clean and honestly nicer than the pictures. The decks were amazing, the pool fabulously refreshing and the beach was so close. Lisa was wonderful and accommodating. We had everything needed for a terrific family get together. We can't wait to come back!!!

Our stay at this lovely home was a breath of fresh air! The walk to the beach was minimal, the pool was absolutely amazing. With such a big family it’s hard to know if something will actually be equipped with enough dishes and enough in the kitchen as it is and the kitchen was amazing! There was enough everything in there. Parking was super awesome, shopping is close by. Lisa the host is awesome with communication and any questions you have at all. We ordered our linens from Carolina Linen (which Lisa recommended) they were awesome as well and I would definitely suggest them if you’re going. This home is definitely great and I would suggest it to anyone!

Beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 10 people, could definitely have fit more. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Lisa, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Home was very clean and better than the pictures in the listing. There is actually a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker. Very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart but honestly really wouldn't have needed it unless you have someone elderly or very young children. The pool was a very nice bonus and was almost too warm at times due to the extreme heat. Everything worked as it should and we didn't have any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 4 minute walk to the beach. I will never rent another property that doesn't have a pool in the back yard. Would like to see linens included, but it definitely is not a deal breaker. Grocery store conveniently located.

This was our family’s first time to Surfside beach, and this was the perfect home for our stay! There were four families, three which had children (2 month old, 1.5 year old, and 4 year old). Lisa was responsive and beyond helpful! I had a lot of questions about the house and area prior to our trip and she always answered my email or called me within 24 hours. When we arrived, the house was as spotless! I have stayed in a lot of rentals and seriously never stayed in one this clean. The washer/dryer seemed brand new, the furniture was comfortable, and we all had an amazing time! The location to the beach was great and the upstairs balcony had a view of the ocean! The pool was spotless and my son learned to swim while we were there!! This was my first trip with all my family in 16 years and I’m so glad we chose this home! ❤️
