Court Hayes Farm Barns is a pair of barn conversions based in Wyck Rissington, Gloucestershire. Both barns are set close to each other and inside, the accommodation is spotless, spacious and presented in a stylish tone. Both properties have an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen and dining area. They have three king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and WC, one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC. There is a separate bathroom and WC. The property has two outdoor areas, including an enclosed terrace where the hot tub is located, and toward the front of the building is a grassed area with a picnic table provided. There is ample off road parking available. Note: Hot tub at an additional charge of £50.00.
Amenities: Central heating with woodburning stoves. Kitchens with electric range cooker, double oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Nespresso Vertuo Machine. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. rent. Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. rent. Each barn has its own garden area: Park Stables has good sized grassed area alongside a parking area. Park Bothy has two outdoor areas, including an enclosed terrace where the hot tub is located, the second is to the front of the building which is mainly grassed with ample parking. Cot and highchair available at Park Stable. One pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile, shop 0.5 miles. Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £300 required in advance of arrival.

Town: Wyck Rissington, Gloucestershire is a short drive away from the historic village of Bourton-on-the-Water and is located in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It dates back to Neolithic times with over 100 buildings being Grade II listed or higher. The picturesque high street nestles alongside the River Windrush over which several low stone bridges span. Nearby, Stow-on-the-Wold, originally an Iron Age Fort, epitomises traditional England. This ancient market town has played host to many fairs since the 12th century and today holds a biannual Gypsy Horse Fair, craft fairs and monthly farmers' market.
