The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes, one of which has zip/link beds and two king-sizes, along with a shower room, bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking is available. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two pets are welcome and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lynton Cottage is a lovely escape for a family or group of friends in Oxfordshire.
