About this house rental

Let your Nashville Home Base be our fully renovated 2BR/2BA house. It’s a short drive, rideshare, or urban walk from Nashville’s best attractions and events—Ryman, 3rd & Lindsley, and City Winery concerts; Predators & Titans games; fine dining Downtown, in the Gulch, in East Nashville, or in 12 South. The location is ideal-- traveling against traffic for nearly everything you’d want to do.

Enjoy the 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors, heated marble bathroom floors, interior shutters, WiFi, 3 Roku TVs, Sonos sound system, oversize master shower, porcelain bathtub in the 2nd bathroom, one queen bed in each bedroom, transom windows above the interior doors, a fully equipped cook’s kitchen, and a farmhouse table that seats 6. For evenings, the deep front porch runs the width of the house.

The yard is fully fenced, with a low wood fence in the front and a privacy wood fence in the back. Propane Weber grill for your use in the backyard. Remote access covered parking accessible from the Alley. The property is well-lit and has a security system.

We have been on this block for 8 years, and while not every house looks like ours (some are new construction, some have been restored like ours, and some are waiting their turn), the neighborhood changes every single day. Please note that between our house and the biggest tourist attractions of downtown is a fair amount of residential and hotel construction, and some very cool light industrial properties. While we can and do walk in the neighborhood by day and night, you may feel more comfortable in a Lyft or Uber. We haven't waited more than 4 min for those most of the time.

House was awesome - well stocked and so comfortable. Exactly as listed on VRBO. We were high school friends meeting up to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Host was quick to reply to our questions. We will definetly be back. The garage door w/remote was a plus!

We had a great time in Nashville this weekend. The house was perfect for us. The decor was very tasteful. You thought of everything and more! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens. Close enough to walk but we also utilized Uber to come back at night. Felt safe during the day but preferred not to be out on the neighborhood at night. Overall we loved it!

The home is beautiful inside with high end appliances, etc. The only recommendation I would give, is to have the cleaning crew check under the beds for dust and dirt. Overall, it was a comfortable home and decorated tastefully! The neighborhood is a little shady but we walked in groups and the Uber driver picked us up with no issues. We’ll definitely return.

We had a great stay in your home. Extremely clean and well equipped and just a few minute uber (when we didn’t want to drive) to all of the hot spots. Beautiful house for a long weekend away!

Diamond in the ruff, owners have done an amazing job. House is equipped with so many extras.. phone chargers, speakers, well equipped kitchen, linens are top quality and home security system. However, I never felt unsafe. Decor was charming and welcoming. Check in instructions were great. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

This was our second time staying at this property in a little over a year and we just can't get enough of this place. The house has been entirely remodeled with modern, yet rustic decor and furnishings. This house has everything you will need and feels like home away from home. Broadway is an easy 15-20 walk.

This property met all my expectations plus. The home is virtually spotless, very nicely decorated, nice appliances and bathrooms, and very secure. It is obvious the owners go above and beyond to please their customers! Additionally, it is located within walking distance to most places, although some of the areas nearby I would avoid at night, which is why we used Uber, but never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for one to arrive and fare was quite reasonable. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful home. It was the perfect location...a 20 min walk down to Broadway. A beautiful house that was spotless and unbelievably well stocked. We would not hesitate in renting again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay! The property is conveniently located and an absolute gem of a home! The hosts have thought of everything their guests may need or want. This was our first visit to Nashville and we loved everything about it. The home is completely remodeled and we enjoyed the mix of old and new decor styled with a smart and eclectic vibe. This was our second stay at Mark and Gladys' home! We thoroughly enjoyed it again! They had placed holiday decorations throughout, which was a pleasant surprise! The home is super close to downtown, just a few minutes to restaurants and shopping. The home is super clean and well-stocked! Mark and Gladys are easy to reach if needed and check in to see how the stay is going! Highly recommend!

This house is more like a home--move in ready! It literally has everything--exceptional laundry, kitchen with great cookware, table service, cute bar, great bedrooms and baths (well stocked with towels, etc.). Even though we're not great 'techies', the host provided all the information that we needed. Location is perfect to everything Nashville! Loved the added security measures!
