About this apartment rental

'Stunning' is the word to describe this outstanding ocean-front property.

'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.

Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.

All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: a Cafe, a beach-side restaurant, a General Store, tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.

Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive.

Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.

Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail.

Linen is provided.

Free Wi Fi, Netflix and Nespresso Machine.

Small, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc. And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats.

NOTE. Minimum 4 nights for Easter; 3 nights for Long Weekends; 7 nights for the Christmas period with Fridays the check-in and check-out days over this time (12 Dec 25 - 18 Jan 26).

We could not fault this property. The hosts were welcoming and we knew we could contact them if needed which we didn’t. It was everything it presented and more. We wanted for nothing It is a breathtaking place and the experience of staying there will last for us forever

It was a real treat to stay in this house. The views are very lovely the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep at night. Walking distance to the beach and also plenty of beautiful walking trails in and around the bay. Hosts were always available fi we needed anything but the house had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and although no oven there was an air fryer and cooktop so we didn't miss not having one. We would dearly love to stay again and highly recommend this to other travellers.

We had the perfect weekend getaway here. Besides the breathtaking views the apartment itself was in immaculate condition allowing you to feel relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed spectacular sunrise from the private balcony and also loved how close it was to everything. Walking track to Patonga, Pearl Beach, cafes and a beautiful Italian restaurant are right on your doorstep. You can tell the host Graham and Maz put a lot of effort in to maintaining the place and seem like very lovely people. Even bigger bonus that it’s only a short 1 hour and 20 min drive from Sydney - makes for the perfect weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

So close to Sydney yet we felt a million miles away. For a week, we were lulled to sleep by the rhythmic symphony of the ocean – the gentle whoosh of waves lapping at the shore, the occasional dramatic crash as a larger swell rolls in. Waking up each morning to the salty kiss of the sea breeze and the ever-present ocean soundtrack was pure bliss. The house itself was a delight. Well designed – spacious living room overlooking the grand Pacific Ocean, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, cozy fireplace. But the real star of the show was the location. Whether reading a book on the deck with the ocean as our backdrop, enjoying a homemade dinner serenaded by the waves, or simply drifting off to sleep to their calming rhythm, this coastal house offered a level of relaxation we haven't experienced in years. Highly recommend this haven for anyone seeking a tranquil escape with the soundtrack of the ocean.

Great beach holiday property, especially for dog people. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Pearl beach is a short walk and dog friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this stay.

We enjoyed three nights at Seabreeze in late Jan 2024 and my only regret is that we didn't book for longer. The view and location is magical and sitting on the verandah with an afternoon drink watching the boats and the sun go down is as good as it gets. Short walk to the beach to spend a lazy morning swimming and sunbathing then some fishing on the rocks in the late afternoon and quick drive to Umina for more boogie-boarding in the late afternoon. The accommodation was so clean and Graham and Maz called us in the days prior to the stay to ensure everything was organised perfectly. Would love to stay again. Thanks for the amazing memories [ and the coffee machine!].
