This cute, cozy waterfront vacation home features a private dock, sand beach and grass areas by water’s edge. Spread out on 200 feet of Lake Frontage and relax. The crystal clear water of Lake Pend Oreille is great for swimming and boating. The fire pit, picnic table and beach chairs make it the perfect place to hang out all day and evening.
There’s also a large outdoor deck on front of cabin facing the water – enjoy the sunrises over the water and mountains with the southeastern exposure of this home.
The cozy cabin is our second home and it is very comfortable for one or two families. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that can sleep up to 7-8. There is also a queen-sized futon downstairs that can sleep two.
The big living room and dining area (table expands to seat 10) are roomy and comfortable. The laundry room is good sized and right inside back door. The kitchen is small, but has all appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, compactor, coffee maker, and lots of dishes, pots and pans).
The cabin is a great place to relax, unwind, and have fun. It works great for one or two families on vacation at the lake!

This holiday house is wonderful. The large deck with amazing views can't be beat. Nice to have a sandy beach for our toddler to play and also below the sea wall the water is out a bit so as to leave room to walk and play on the dry rocks or in the shallow water where the waves gently roll in. The dock is very long with seating and umbrella at the end to while away the hours. Room on one side of the dock to easily bring our kayaks up onto the grassy shore. The house was immaculately clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, spices, storage containers, plasticwrap, foil etc. Plenty of room for us to spread out but we all seemed to gather on the deck or dock. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. Dave and Linda are the perfect hosts. They responded quickly to all questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing, especially the brand new dock, beautiful decks and beach. The main part of the home was very functional and was fantastic. We did notice a couple features that seem to be slightly misrepresented. The AC was not central air, but 2 window units upstairs, that struggled to keep up enough to “flow” downstairs in the 95 degree weather. The “bedroom” with 3 beds is actually a loft that you have to walk through to get to the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. And the bunk bed has a window that looks directly from that loft into the master bedroom. Overall if was a fun spot!

Our second year staying at the Wilson's home and property for our annual (3-generation) family vacation. The Wilson's are great hosts, providing excellent communication before arrival and then upon arrival, making us all feel so very welcome. The young ones in our family range in age from 1 to 13 years old, and are most happy when they can spend the day swimming and playing in the lake. The adults enjoy the water, too, and having time to visit at this beautiful home and location. The home is very well-stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. We like the fact that the home is a few miles out of town (Sandpoint). We typically make one trip into town during the week for groceries, have lunch, and a little shopping - which is fun; but very quickly, we can't wait to return to the home and jump in the lake! We are grateful to the Wilsons for the use of their home and property. We had a great time!

This lake house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is very relaxing, very peaceful, very beautiful! Standing on the deck, looking out over the water, with the stars, the moon, the peacefulness – hard to describe. The interior is immaculate. Very tasteful, very comfortable, and clean. Almost everything was anticipated. Really thankful we could take the pup, too. He loved it. When you go, follow their instructions carefully. We found that Apple Maps did a good job, but Garmin did not. On our way in, we used Garmin and it was at night. Don't follow our example! :) My only quibble was that the door locks were electronic. I work in that industry and, believe me, you want a physical interior lock! Not that's there's much chance for crime there, but a swing bar, maybe? But, we loved the stay, and would definitely consider going back. Thanks, David!

This place is the perfect lake house! We stayed a week at this cabin and spent the majority of our time on the beach and dock swimming and fishing. I would honestly book this house just for the beach, but the cabin was excellent, too. It was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The deck is huge and has a ton of seating---great area to hang out after coming up from the beach. Another plus is how private and quiet the area is. Very relaxing. We did not want to leave! We hope to book it again.

We had an absolutely awesome family vacation at this home and property. Adults were able to disconnect, and kids were happiest when they were in or near the water. Lots of seating available on the beach - with some trees nearby to provide shade during our 90+ degree week. Dave & Linda are excellent hosts, providing a house that is cared for, clean, very well maintained and really had everything we needed. Communication with them was great - I had a couple of questions before our vacation and each time I received a prompt response. Dave & Linda have really thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I'll close with mentioning the absolutely stunning view of Lake Pend Oreille. I could have spent the whole week either on the house deck or dock soaking in all the natural beauty. Thank you, Dave & Linda, for sharing your home with our family.

Amazing Lake Pend Oreille Property
We have stayed here three times now. Each time we stay the owner has made upgrades. This time there was new flooring, both bathrooms have been remodeled, the deck was enlarged and a host of other improvements to make our stay that much more enjoyable. This is on top of an amazing property already. Exceptionally long white sand beachfront on one of the best lakes in the northwest, recently upgraded dock, large lot with tons of privacy (not common with lake properties) and a secluded location that is easy access. This home and property have it all - lakefront, views and a great home to stay in while enjoying it all. Our family enjoyed our time here very much and look forward to returning in the future.

Superior Relaxation
The house was comfortable with ample accommodation for the four of us. main floor was relaxing with sitting space, dining and kitchen facilities and laundry. We were supplied with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The view over the lake from the house was delightful. There was plenty of safe walking. The neighbors were very friendly. Outdoor seating was comfortable with a variety of options—deck, deck dining, beach and dock. Having a boat dock and anchorage was super convenient. We were supported in our stay with detailed and timely communications from our hosts.
We have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This one was the most relaxing of them all. We will certainly be booking again.

Great visit
Had a great stay. Dave and Linda are very communicative, so you are sure to resolve anything that comes up. Weather disappointed. Expected clear and 80’s+ but got cloudy/partly cloudy 60’s-70 and windy over most of our two weeks. A couple storms did help though to move out some of the forest fire smoke so we could better take in the views. Even with Mother Nature not cooperating we love this spot!

Wonderful lake location
Our family had a wonderful time at this property on Lake Pend Oreille. The cabin and beach area were lovely. It was a very HOT week to be there and the fans were greatly appreciated. The bed arrangement was a little tight for our party of 8 adults and 2 small children. We had some very warm nights that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable in part of the upstairs sleeping area. Overall, it was a super place to stay and the host was very attentive and a great communicator.

What a perfect place to unplug and unwind. It is quite a distance from town so plan for that. We floated, kayaked, bbq’d and visited our way to bliss. The owners anticipates every need and we were delighted! Definitely would stay again!!

Great Family Reunion!
We stayed for a week at this lovely cabin. It was a family reunion with our adult children and their spouses. We loved being able to put our boat in the water once at the beginning of the week, and take it out once at the end. The cabin was cozy, but still had plenty of room for all of us. The neighbors were all friendly and we even attended a yoga class taught by a neighbor. The view is stunning! We spent a lot of time in the water since it was very hot while we were there. The dock was great! The communication with the owners was top notch. When we identified a problem, it was fixed very quickly. We will definitely rent again!

Our family stayed here for our annual vacation. The cabin was a very pleasant surprise. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun, private get-a-way. October Girlfriends Getaway
A lovely spot on Pend Oreille Lake near the end of a private road. It feels secluded yet is close enough to Sandpoint to enjoy its many restaurants and activities. Beautiful private beach. Pet friendly - our dogs Sadie and Kula loved the long walks along the lakeshore and splashing around in the lake! We hope to return next year!!

Very pleasantly surprised!
This home and property was very welcoming! You definitely feel that owners care about your stay, from thoughtful touches to supplies one would not expect to find! Example, my grandbaby got a lot of a sticky substance on his foot(probably pine tar). I thought it worth a try to look for a type of solvent in the laundry and I found some! The beach, dock, area was very nice and again everything we could need was available right there. Cabin, deck and furnishings were very comfortable and enjoyable for our family.

My family and another family spent the week at this wonderful cabin on Lake Pend Oreille. The view was spectacular, the location was quiet, and the cabin was perfect for two families (nine people). We had a fabulous stay. Deck was great for mornings and evenings.
The dishwasher doesn’t clean well and when using all burners it was very slow to cook. Otherwise we loved it.

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Lake
We had an amazing time at the Lake house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from both the bedrooms were stunning and we love having out on the beach and dock with the family. Very friendly neighbors and even our puppy dogs had a fun time playing in the water. Would recommend to anyone who wants quite place with beautiful views.

Let’s start with the lake! It is only steps away from the cabin. The beach area stretches 200 feet Complete with lounge chairs. There is also a fire pit area on your private beach!
You can view the lake and beach area from the cabin deck as well as from inside the house! The house has a nice size deck with dinning space and sitting area. Easy to communicate between the beach area and the deck.
The house is very comfortable with a rustic cabin vibe. Beautiful timber beamed ceilings in all the rooms. Comfortable living spaces, large dinning area for your whole party! Bedrooms are comfortable and master has the gorgeous view of the lake! The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. Laundry room is a great space for extra storage.

We were very impressed with all the amenities. Both on the beach and at the house. It fit all our needs. We spent the day at the beach enjoying the nice dock, beach chairs, sand toys and the fire ring. Lots of storage space, well stocked kitchen supplies, lots of games for children, movies, and video games. A lot of thought went into preparing this property for families to enjoy. It was basically home away from home. The view and location made it complete. Thank you

Best VRBO ever
I have holidayed in many VRBO homes and this hands down was the best. Photos do not do it justice. It is a bit out of the way...1/2hr to nearest groceries/gas by car 10mins by boat but that was exactly what we wanted. Very limited to no Cell service (which was perfect).
Owners were great to deal with.
Cant say enough....best family vacation in years.
