GRANVILLE ISLAND, ENGLISH BAY, VANCOUVER AQUARIUM or CANADA PLACE (a national icon), CHINATOWN is only a short walk. The touristic Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Stop is only 2 blocks !
Very close to all major attractions, theaters, museums, markets, and accessible to any place of interest in the Greater Vancouver area via Skytrain; with a station only 2 blocks away from the building.
You will not need a car during your stay, but if you have one, then you can park it in your dedicated and COMPLIMENTARY PARKING STALL.
This 1200 SQ Penthouse on the 35th floor has floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows which take in AMAZING VIEWS of the Coal Harbor Marina, North Shore Mountains, & Burrard Inlet, as well as city vistas. You can watch the Sea Planes take off and land from your Living Room window and patio.
Stanley Park and the Convention Center are each only 10 minute walk from the building.
COMPLIMENTARY HIGH SPEED WI-FI, 2 TV’s (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms ; 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

This VRBO is a beautiful, well appointed, and spotlessly clean condo on the 35th floor. The building is quiet and units are small but functional. This unit is well-decorated and has everything you could need. The location in Vancouver could not have been better. Not only did we have a view of the water by Coal Harbor but our condo was 5 minutes from the area with Stanley Park nearby. Also the location was ideally located with major restaurants and shopping available. Vancouver is an ideal walking city and our location allowed us to reach Gastown and Yaletown neighborhoods within easy walking distances. Later, when we had difficulty with the TV’s the manager was promptly attentive and took care of the problem immediately. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We we able to check in a little early which was a help since we had arrived by plane and had luggage to haul around. Check in was super easy and fast. Extremely clean and great neighborhood. Walked a lot of places. HopOn bus stop close by.

We stayed here for my birthday and had an amazing time. We had a car but we could walk to almost everything. Amazing restaurants near by. We drove to Stanley Park and up to Whisler Village one day and had a great time on the gondolas. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great unit in a vibrant, safe neighborhood. Balcony patio overlooking Vancouver Bay was addictive, especially the sea planes and night skyline. 1-3 blocks from many fine restaurants - especially liked Earl's Kitchen and Cactus Club. This unit seemed slightly smaller than anticipated but, in reality, had more than enough space for us (3 guests). Large floor- to- ceiling glass in all rooms let in plenty of daylight and great views of the skyline. Owners were ultra-responsive, condo rules were clear and accurate, property manager was awesome to work with. Would definitely stay again if we return to Vancouver.

Love the area, nice and quiet if you want, ten minutes walk to all the shops you need, close to the water, 24 hrs bakery and drug store close by, walking distance to Stanley park. View from balcony is so nice, just love it. Will try to find a place in the neighborhood to retire. : )

This condo was perfect! Location was fantastic and everything was clean and exactly as pictured (even better in person). We would definitely stay here again. Vancouver is a beautiful city and we were fortunate to have wonderful weather. The view from condo balcony was spectacular!

The views are spectacular: from the living room you can see beautiful Coal Harbor with the seaplanes and the Mountains. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great stay in Vancouver.

Beautifully and comprehensively furnished modern luxury flat in perfect downtown location. The high floor affords fantastic views. It was truly a home from home. Very cosy and comfortable and with all the amenities one could ask for. Perfect for exploring downtown on foot but also a great location for excursions further afield. All interactions with the owner and property manager were courteous and professional. Queries were responded to without delay. Highly recommended, I would return if I had the opportunity.

The apartment is great, right downtown with easy walking to everything you would want or need in Vancouver. It is clean and tidy, and well equipped, the property manager was very helpful on arrival. The frustration (and hence the 4 stars) was having only one key and entry fob, for 4 adults and 2 kids...

If you are looking for a rental in Vancouver you can not do better than this. The apartment is comfortable, well stocked, immaculate, and oh that view! The photos truely do not capture the beauty of looking out the windows and sittting on the balcony- and watching the activities in the harbor. . The best location in the city- we walked everywhere. Try Tableau Bar/Bistro for a great meal. After days of watching the sea planes take off and land in the harbor we arranged a ride and saw the mountains and sea in all its glory. Thank you to Aysha for the welcome and making the stay so wonderful.

This property was clean, well stocked with provisions and even extra things such as q-tips and personal beauty supplies. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with clear views of coal harbour and the financial district. The hosts were kind and gracious, as well as on time in meeting to arrange pick up of keys. My family really enjoyed ourselves and would consider this property again if we were to rent again. I have not complaints.

at Gina's home. The view is amazing. We loved
watching the sea planes land and take off. The beds were very comfortable and
she had a lovely kitchen to have relaxing breakfast. I highly recommend her home as
a central location to see the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apt. The apt is stunning in every way and you will have everything you need to be comfortable with lots of space to relax. The location is an easy walk to Stanley Park, shuttle to Capilano, Gastown, waterfront to pick up a dinner cruise , Robson St, and restaurants and grocery stores. You can watch the seaplanes takeoff and land from the sofa. Views from the living room windows show mountains and beautiful Coal Harbor. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Ashya and Gina were responsive and easy to deal with, and the building was very safe (key fob for entry) and central to everything. The underground parking was extremely convenient if you are planning to drive into the mountains, and also very safe with not one but two sets of gates assure little risk of break-in. We were able to fit 7 - we're in our 40's with 3 kids 4, 11, and 14, and brought my wife's parents. With one kid on the nice foam mattress, we fit fine. The view is spectacular, and only this floor and the one above have balconies facing the water and mountains. Our 4 year old loved watching the planes take off from the water. Great place!
