Tres Soles 2 Bedroom Apartment is located on the lower level of a private home with ocean views. The apartment opens up onto a beautiful pool deck and features a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Both bedrooms share a full bath. The apartment is the perfect getaway spot for a family vacation or a last minute surf trip.

Tres Soles is located on Rincon's Bummer Hill, a short walk from famous surf breaks, great restaurants and bars and beautiful beaches for shell and sea glass hunting.

Please check the flight schedules for the local airports before booking. Many flights arriving at Aguadilla airport arrive in the middle of the night. If your flight arrives after midnight, you will need to book your stay starting the day before unless you have other plans until checkin time.

Really clean and quiet. The added benefit of having the property manager on site is an added piece of mind. Really appreciated the perks including the new propane grill! I'm really looking forward to staying here again.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It's two famlies one rents the house the other the apartment. The location is perfect we can walk to the beach or take a short drive to chase the waves. Rob (the house manager) is great! The pool is perfect for post beach hang out. It's the perfect end to the year for us!!

Overall we had an amazing time at this location. If you wanted to, you could stay in the home and enjoy the space and the pool without travel. The food near the space was amazing and the people in the neighborhood were welcoming. Rob was attentive and I was always able to communicate with him as well as he communicated with us whenever he needed to inform us of something. I would recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a slice of island life with privacy. Thank you for such a great experience

We love staying in Rincon and especially enjoy Puntas and Sandy Beach. This is our second time at Casa de los Tres Soles and the property is just great. Very Clean, quiet, and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants, bars, beaches and the marina! We will be back, But not soon enough!

It was wonderful to be back in Puntas at Tres Soles, our home away from home. We were delighted with the apartment's new furniture and appliances, making it even more comfortable. Best of all, we reconnected with our friends, the property owners. Great place! Highly recommend.

The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The pool and patio was awesome. It is a very short walk up the hill from the beach with ocean views. We will definitely stay here next time we come. It is even better than the pictures show.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the ACs worked great. It was very private and quiet. Would definitely book this again...next time for a longer stay!

First and foremost, Robert, who manages the property, was super helpful and definitely went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay!!! We can’t thank him enough! Tres Soles is an incredible property located in the heart of Sandy Beach and just a short walk to all the local, popular spots. The property is roomy, with high ceilings, plenty of light, incredible pool and deck, and amazing views. It was a real treat to stay at Tres Soles and we are already planning our next trip back as soon as possible. 5 stars for everything!!!

Amazing property. This property have everything you’ll need. Great location, beautiful views, nice pool, full equipped kitchen.. only thing I would recommend is that it would be nice if the living room had shades/curtains for more privacy… Besides that, I would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for our family, kids are 11 and 15. The location was ideal. Everything we wanted and needed to get to was within a 5 minute drive. We would absolutely rent this again! This is our 2nd family vacation in PR and we are already wanting to go back!

Had a wonderful stay at Tres Soles property in Rincon. The apartment is beautifully appointed, and immaculately kept, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perched atop Bummer Hill, the property is most serene. French doors open to the pool from the living area and master bedroom, allowing a spectacular view of the landscape of Puntas. The grounds are host to many birds perched on branches of lush tropical foliage and a balmy island breeze to accompany. The pool is lovely with several lounges, pool floats and a dining set. We spent many afternoons after long surf sessions just taking in the beauty. Speaking of surf sessions, (We had many) this is our absolute favorite area for surf, beach and seaglass hunting. A short walk to the beach, or drive if you prefer. Thanks to Rob, our wonderful host and Stephen and Valerie, owners of the home, for a 5 star stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will return.

My family and I were blessed to spend Christmas and New Years in the first floor apartment at Tres Soles. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location was quiet and private with just a short walk down the hill to Sandy Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Extras such as beach towels, chairs, and a cooler made our trips to the ocean convenient and enjoyable. The property manger, Robby, was super helpful and provided us with lots of great recommendations for delicious places to eat and fun things to do. We can't wait to come back!!

Having an onsite caretaker is a plus because any issues are addressed immediately. We return year after year and always enjoy this home away from home. The pool is beautiful and the ocean is visible, just minutes away.
