Enjoy a retreat convenient to shopping and dining- approximately 100 yards from the exclusive King and Prince Beach access restaurant and bar at Arnold Street. Just a 5 minute walk from restaurants Crabdaddy's, CrabTrap, Fiddlers, Beachcomber Barbeque, a local St Simon's brewery, The Pelican Market, The Still liquor store, Ocean Motion Bike and Kayak rental and so much more. St. Simons Village and Pier are just a short 10 minute bike ride. . Historic sites abound just a quick ride away. Stroll down a tree lined lane or partake of afternoon refreshments on 1 of 2 decks or a private patio.

This townhouse is completely renovated with new hand cast Mexican tile flooring and carpeting -new kitchen cabinets and appliances. All this is beautifully decorated with ocean and seaside motif- 1850 square feet of the best kept secret on Oak Street-SSI. Come and enjoy--create special memories for you and yours.

The first bedroom is on the bottom floor--it has queen size bed -adjoining it is private bath and large sitting room with day bed and queen sofa . In addition- a flat screened TV. The second floor is the living area-with spacious kitchen, eat-in bar, dining area and 52 inch TV There is also a large deck adjoining this room with a gas grill. Third floor is 2 bedrooms-each with own bath-both have queen beds and one has additional bunk bed. Both bedrooms have flat screened TV.s Balcony is off the master bedroom

There are 2 parking spaces accompanying our unit--3 vehicles can park very tightly or the 3rd can park horizontally at the end.

A great place to stay! The location was perfect. The townhouse was roomy with an open floor plan. Definitely a place to stay again!

My family enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the personal decor the owner used throughout the condo. It felt very homey. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach was a relatively short walk away. Mattie, the property contact person, was quick to respond to every question I had during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved this vacation rental! Our family beach trip for 20 years, everyone was comfortable with the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom space. Definitely one of our favorites.

This townhouse is in the most perfect location - close to everything (beach, restaurants, parks) & has a great patio, plenty of room for two families w/kids. The only thing that would make this rental better is if it had an outdoor shower (there was a hose for our feet but a shower would've been much easier!) Our only complaint was that the living room furniture and 1st floor felt damp the WHOLE time (we tried both air running/windows closed and windows open) and because the couch fabric is denim, it was kind of gross to sit on.

This condo was perfect for our family. Very convenient to all my favorite restaurants? Crab trap, Fiddlers and Beachcombers for lunch. This condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again. Communication from Marge was great too!!!

This rental property had a very convenient location but is very outdated and not entirely clean. The house was full of the owners personal items (including a fridge full of expired food). We experienced trouble with the ice maker and a leak in the ceiling upstairs.

Spacious, clean, quiet, very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of room for 2 families. Really interesting floor plan. There are lots of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. I am thinking of booking here next year!!

My best friend and I met half way in St Simons and stayed in this lively condo. Clean, great location near beach and restaurants and everything was provided-sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We will be back!

Overall it is a great property. We had some AC issues at first but the owner’s response was immediate and repairs were made quickly. This property is beautiful and perfect for families. The den/bedroom set up downstairs is great when grandparents need an escape from the little ones lol. The walk to the beach is ten minutes. I would definitely recommend the location.

The property was very clean and comfortable with easy access to everything and friendly, elegant decor. The beds were super comfortable, utilizing good quality linens. Marge was very communicative and helpful, making sure we were settled and happy! We definitely hope to visit again and will recommend this property to anyone interested in a beach trip. There was so much room to spread out, indoors and on the beautiful porches. Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with owners was excellent. Beach is steps away. This is a great choice.

You’ll love it! Easy walk to the beach, King and Prince, Barrier Island Brewing, Crabdaddy’s, the Crab Trap, Fiddlers, and much more. The owners are really welcoming and easy to work with ahead of your stay. We will definitely plan to rent this townhome again when we come back to St Simons.

We had a great time at St. Simons Island over the Christmas weekend. Our stay started out a little rough as we had some plumbing problems. But Marge was great and had a plumber there within an hour, and that was on Christmas day.We especially enjoyed having three separate bedrooms and then two living rooms. My son, who is in the Army got to sleep downstairs and hang out there when he wasn't with us.

This condo was all that it said it was and more. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Would certainly stay there again and recommend it highly to others.

We had a great stay at the Condo. It has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beach and good restaurants are in walking distance. We loved sitting on the deck with friends in the evening. We can't wait to come back next year!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. Very clean and decorated in a fun ocean/beach theme. It was well maintained with everything working as it should. Very close to the beach. Very good location close to restaurants and shopping. We ate at many different restaurants on the island and found the food excellent. Or do your own cooking in the spacious kitchen. Totally delightful experience.

This property is close to the beach, is well maintained and attractively furnished. The condo was very clean and well appointed, a relaxing retreat. It's close to shopping and restaurants and some are even in walking distance. There is so much to see in this area and it is a delight to visit. The owner was very helpful about all my questions and concerns. A truly lovely vacation. I will look forward to returning.
