DATES BOOKED? We have 3 more units EXACTLY like this one with city views, but on higher floors. Floor 15 VRBO 464379, floor 19 VRBO 437728 and floor 22 VRBO 445484. Also, same floor plan in NE tower but with water views, see VRBO 819815, 671381 and 555845. Our large units sleep 8, but 6 adults max please.

~~ About the Apartment ~~
Up the elevator to the 14th floor, a few shorts steps, and walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in almost 1400 square feet. Of course, free wifi is included!
Living Room ~ The living room features two modern gray sofas and is tastefully decorated in modern shades of yellow and gray. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious along with the huge windows letting in tons of light. You won't miss the tremendous city views from every part of the room. There is a 40 inch flat screen, stereo, and DVD player if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our queen sized Aerobed if you need extra sleeping space (no sleeper sofa).
Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with four stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the gray quartz counter tops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. Between the kitchen and living area is the dining area for four, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar, so 8 guests can eat at one time.
Balcony ~ The balcony is just off the living area, and overlooks (14 stories up) 1st Ave.. There are chairs and small tables out there for hanging out with family and friends. The city views are great and you are right in it! The Seattle Art Museum's iconic "Hammering Man" is right below you.
Master Bedroom & Bath ~ The master bedroom is large enough for a comfortable pillow-top king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention closet space. Yellow and gray luxurious bedding only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 32 inch flat screen TV. Past the closet, you'll find your private bath, complete with tub/shower and plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is also remodeled with gray quartz counter tops and includes towels, soaps, shampoo and a hairdryer.
Second Bedroom ~ Opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom featuring a queen bed, nightstands and a closet. Also another larger flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second full bath is just outside this bedroom as well.
Main Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the full bath with tub/shower, which is also remodeled with quartz counter tops. The yellow tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.
Third "Bedroom" or den ~ Not a true bedroom with a door, but an additional sleeping space outside the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (across from kitchen - see floor plan photo). We have a day bed with trundle, so 2 twin mattresses with bedding. There is a privacy curtain as well.

The property was clean and check in was super easy. The location was convenient to the convention attended. What minor issues did occur (arrived to a broken door handle for the balcony) were addressed quickly. Will stay here again when we come back to the city.

This has the best location in Seattle, plenty of room for our family of four adults, and very good communication with the property manager. Highly recommend!

Overall, great choice for stay downtown with easy access to SAM, Pikes Place and waterfront. Easy light rail trip from/to airport. Property Manager was very responsive. Only three call outs for others: 1) at the time of our stay only 1 elevator was operational due to remodel. A tenant was moving so the elevator was locked for their use for 2 hours with limited availability in that window. This caused 15 to 20 min wait times. 2) there are a lot of dogs at the complex and we were rarely in the elevator without one. We love dogs, but mentioning it for those who have allergies or are nervous around them. 3) read a previous comment about beds not being comfortable and found that my son in his 20s and I in my 50s both had trouble with sleeping on them. We are used to temperpedic firm mattresses so for us they were too soft. Comfort will be based on what you are used to.

The location was perfect for our needs.
The 2 bed, 2 bath, again perfect for our needs.
The BEDS in the rooms, were AWEFUL !! I slept in the King bed one night, and one night only. Family members in the other bedroom didn't even sleep one night on their bed!! Thank heaven, that there was the extra daybed and newer comfy couches, or there wouldn't have been any needed sleep going on.

The condo was in a good location and roomy. Would have given 5 stars overall except electrical was a bit sketchy, poor tv services and noisy street people at night. Picture Properties very thorough and would recommend them for sure.

It was a wonderful stay, the place was very clean, check in was a touch confusing as the key cards weren't explained at the front desk and we needed a resident to explain how to use them. Parking garage was great, but a little bit of a maze. The apartment was spacious with nice views and furniture! Overall a wonderful place to stay

This is the perfect location when visiting Seattle. We had problems traveling due to weather and Debra could not have been nicer accommodating our changes. Easy check in and nice condo. We will definitely stay here again! Close to all the fun including monorail and light rail.

Beautiful space and completely functional for 4 adults and three kids! Only complaint is there is no AC….not usually an issue in Seattle, but it was a hot weekend and being 14 floors up didn’t help. Fans are available, and did help.

Near the piers, near the wharf shopping and dining, near attractions (especially liked being near Pikes Place Market. A bit of a hike up hill to get to transit (that was a big issue for us). The unit was a bit noisy in the day and evening due to windows and door opening onto 1st ave, and no AC was a problem as it was hot this week! (The second bedroom had no window to open so it was the least favorite room.) But, I understand this isn't normal. No screens on the windows or door to the small deck. Had a couple of critters fly in and that was not fun. All in all I would recommend highly.

Great apartment
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 2 sets of parent and teen, and each of the 4 of us had our own bed, and ample space. The location is easy to public transit and all downtown activities. Our teens like their down time, so it was easy to send them back to the apartment while we continued on our own. Only downside is it’s a little dark, and not a lot of ventilation.

Enjoyable family trip
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and gave our family of four plenty of room to spread out. Much better for us than a cramped hotel room. The parking instructions were perfectly detailed that we were able to figure everything out in the garage. Unrelated to the apartment, but important for families- downtown Seattle seemed a lot more rough than my trip many years ago. I would avoid taking small children to the target on 3rd. There is a lot of crime there and even with security, there were people openly stealing and running out the door.

Nice Location but cheap amenities
Checking in is a process since you have to check in, in one building to get keys, then go to the parking garage to park and then go to the unit. Parking on 1st Ave is difficult.
Was instructed that detergent pods would be provided to wash clothes but couldn’t find any. When we called we were told we have to buy it ourselves. Back to the Target store for a 2nd time.
For the amount of money, better shampoo and conditioner will be nice! The Suave products just don’t cut it.
Location was good for what we had to do!! Thought I read about a hot tub but didn’t have one.

Good Location, Terrible Beds
We really appreciated the location and proximity to many of the attractions that Seattle has to offer. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process and parking is a little wonky as you have to make multiple stops to get checked in. That said, the fact that we couldn't get a good nights sleep really impacted the overall experience. Both beds were very uncomfortable. Not just firm but more like cheap RV mattresses. One could potentially get over that if they weren't woken up by the squeaky boards under the every time they turned over in it. We are not particularly large people either. I guess if sleep is important to you, I might pick another place.

Great location and beautiful apartment in the university district near Pike’s Market. Loved the city views out the windows and great amenities that the apartment buildings offer. Would stay there again! We had 2 adults and 5 teens.

Exactly as advertised
My husband and two adult kids stayed for 3 nights. The condo was exactly as advertised down to the coffee and filters. We LOVED the location. The condo was spacious, had everything we needed and super clean. We would absolutely come back again.

Seattle saturation
This is an excellent location for a Seattle experience. 2 blocks from waterfront, 2 blocks from Pike Place market, 2 blocks from metro, 2 blocks from target. Location and ease of access to all major attractions couldn't really get any better. We rented a small car so even parking was convenient. Condo was spacious and in good condition. Everything is at your fingertips with this location. Access to interstate for day trips is also handy if you start your day early and beat traffic. Easy to recommend this property!

This was an awesome property and close to everything!!!
It was very clean and perfect for 5 of us. Lots of room, tons of towels for us to use and 2 bathrooms. We were doing a Mother and Daughter weekend. So close to everything it was perfect! Property Manager was quick to answer with all of my questions. I wish all places were this great!
My only complaint was that there needs to be a couple luggage racks in each room as we had to put it all on the floor, which at my age is hard to access and breaks the back lol

We went to Seattle for the Saints-Seattle football game. As impressed as we were with the apartment online, seeing it in person was even more impressive. We had everything we needed in there and more. The space in the apartment was large and very accommodating. I cannot stress the excellence of the location. Everything was in walking range! Debra was a wonderful hostess, answering all my questions prior to the trip and remaining available to us during our stay in Seattle. I highly recommend staying here and renting from Debra/Picture Properties. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay
The unit was exactly as described in the listing and we had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us to easily access the sites of Seattle.
The only thing we might suggest is increased lighting as the main living space of the unit was very dark even with all of the lights and/or lamps turned on.
I would definitely stay recommend staying here if you want easy access to downtown Seattle attractions.
