Close to every store that you might need to stock up. Beautiful location, and quiet. Cozy furniture and decor. Front deck was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy natural surroundings. House felt larger than the pics. All of the staples were provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper goods, cleaning supplies) as well as sheets and towels. Would definitely rent again and recommend to a large family or group.

House was as advertised. Very comfortable and well stocked for our visit. Lots of prompting of how things work. As a VRBO host I took some notes. It is walkable to the local town which has nice restaurants and small shops. Drivable within minutes to other shopping like grocery and Walmart. Very convenient to Asheville. What Google says it will take is what it takes. The hosts are very responsive. Even followed up to a lost item after the visit. I would recommend and stay again.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. The location was very convenient as we were celebrating the holiday with family in Marshall. The location was very walkable to downtown Weaverville, which had some nice dining options!

Plenty of room, excellent location. Such an easy walk to downtown. Will definitely stay there again on our next family visit.

The cabins were the perfect place for our group of khipu scholars to get to know each other and share ideas in a comfortable, relaxed, and beautiful environment. Not a single complaint. Roger was very easy to contact and attentative to our needs.

My family and I loved the cabin! It was perfect for what we were looking for. The cabin was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was a perfect home base for exploring Asheville and the surrounding area. Everyone was very comfortable and all were very impressed with the property. Highly recommend!

Our whole family got together to celebrate my dads 85th birthday. The house was perfect! Very clean and well equipped. The town of weaverville was really nice and we were close to Asheville and the mountains.

Perfect place to stay to celebrate our granddaughters wedding at Claxton Farms. There were 10 of us staying here easily and 2 dogs that were watching rabbits from the deck. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

Every year we look forward to our trip to the Asheville area. This house worked really well for us. Every had their own space and everything we needed was there. We grilled several evenings and used the wood provided for bonfires. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to roads and Asheville. A great time!

What a wonderful time we had with our kids and grandkids celebrating Christmas!! It snowed, we ate, we laughed, we played games, and spent quality time together in the coziest of cabins. The pictures did not do the cabin justice! We were so pleased with the accommodations and location to Asheville as we went to Biltmore estate one day. Would definitely be interested in coming here again! ❤️❤️

My family and I met for a Christmas/New Year celebration. The location was perfect! Downtown Weaverville was charming, with great food, coffee shops and shopping. Access to the art district and downtown Asheville was easy - 15-20 minute drive. The home was quite charming and comfortable, with plenty of room for my husband and I, our two children and their spouses, and four grandchildren! We loved our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

I hate to recommend this because then others might choose to rent it when we want to use it again-- it's perfect. Homey, clean, well furnished and a short 5 minute walk to downtown Weaverville.

Cabin was as described in the review and was conveniently located for our visit to the Biltmore (20-25 minute drive). Check-in was seamless with a code to the lockbox. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, and the fireplace heated the room very quickly. The beds were very firm (I prefer a softer bed), but that’s just personal preference. There was plenty of hot water for showers with good pressure, and the bathrooms were spacious. Although we did not use the fire pit, wood was provided. Also provided was paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, etc.). The kitchen could use a larger skillet, but other than that it was stocked with everything you need. The coffee maker was broken but after contacting the owner, a replacement was provided. The house could use a deep clean. The microwave was dirty as well grease on the oven drawer handle and needed to be cleaned before we could use it. Also, we had to empty the clean dishes from the dishwasher before using it. One of the bathrooms upstairs had only two towels and only one towel in the kitchen. Upon departure we discovered an entire load of towels (kitchen and bath) in the dryer. These are things I believe the owner’s cleaning crew should have taken care of before we arrived. Other than the cleaning issues, the stay was good.

Our family enjoyed staying in this cabin so much! It was clean, professionally decorated with an attractive cabin theme and had everything we needed. We spent several hours on the large deck and around the fire pit which was supplied with an abundance of firewood. There's a feeling of quiet mountain retreat, but you can walk to the Main Street Nature Park and up the steps to Main Street. Location couldn't be better! We've already made reservations for a repeat trip next year!

This property was perfect for our little family. We were in town for a local family reunion and were happy to find the cabin exactly as described! It was so nice to find cleaning products and kitchen supplies provided. Our only regret is that we had rainy weather that prevented us from using the outdoor amenities as much as we would have liked. Also, we planned to take one dog in our original booking but had to add another at the last minute and our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating!! Wish we could have stayed a few more days!!!

This property is top-notch! Cute, clean, and spacious! We loved the pool table, big bedrooms and large bathrooms. It was close to town yet far enough away !! I would definitely stay again!

Loved the cabin, my family converged on this great cabin. My boys ran the Asheville half marathon and it was close to the race for them. We are scattered and all came together to spend a few days enjoying family fun and togetherness. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Just what we needed for a fun weekend.

No issues whatsoever with this rental property!
Everything was as advertised and very comfortable.
Our only regret was that we didn't extend the stay a few more days! The area is quite wonderful!

Great location
We were a party of 8 + dogs and absolutely loved this spot. It was close enough to all the attractions we wanted to hit but far enough to give you the secluded, quiet mountain cabin vibe. The nature trail into downtown was a big hit, our pups loved their daily walks into town. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked with essentials. Great spot for families looking to get away from city life!

Enjoyed the property and the cleanliness of the property.

It was perfect for a girls getaway. The stairs are a little too steep for those with mobility challenges.

We had a fabulous time, the house fit our family very well. The front porch was great to sit and enjoy the great weather.
The driveway in the back was a little steep, but doable, the 4 steps in the back to get on the porch was easy for grandma and the kids. Was very close to restaurants, Sam's Club, which for the wedding was great. We would definitely recommend .
One thing that would have been nice to control would have been the air-conditioned at night.
We need to tell the owners that bees are making holes in the upstairs outside wall by the livingroom. I believe you already have a nest.

The property was as presented. Was very clean and well equipped. Had room for 5 cars in driveway. 7 men--6 had beds and I slept of futon. Porch especially nice and we spent a lot of time there. Close to Vance birthplace (park) and downtown Asheville. Fishing in Hillsboro only an hour away.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful mountain cabin! We coordinated an extended family trip together to this beautiful location and we were lucky to stay in this house which had plenty of room for our large group with adults and children to all stay comfortably. The layout was great, comfortable bedrooms for all with extra bed options, the pool table was a big hit, and we spent a lot of time visiting and relaxing on the large deck with the rocking chairs and picnic table. We even had one beautiful evening when we used the fire pit to sit out chatting and roast marshmellows - so fun! The cabin is located very close to some wonderful shops and restaurants in Weaverville, and we loved taking the kids to Lake Louise park which was also very close. We took daytrips into Asheville and out to the NC entrance to Smoky Mountains National Park. This house was the perfect location for our family vacation, would highly recommend for any group trip!

The cabin was just as described, really better than the pictures. We had all of the amenities to stay in and have a great time as a family. We loved the amount of space, the windows and the deck, the fireplace and the downstairs game room. The kitchen had a few things missing we would have liked such as a muffin tin some sharper knives for which to prepare food. Otherwise the cabin was just wonderful and we would absolutely visit again. In terms of the location, it was amazing to take the nature trail to the park behind downtown then walk in town to the bakery. Blue Ridge pizza is not to be missed. Thank you for hosting us and for sharing the cabin with others.
