Enjoy a short 3-4 minute stroll to the gorgeous beaches of 30A when you stay at ' Lazy Magnolia,' a three bedroom, three bath home located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. This one-story cottage has all you need for the perfect family vacation or long-weekend with your friends. Nestled in the sand dunes and native brush of Seacrest, you'll enjoy the natural, quiet setting this cottage offers. Pavered streets add a quaint neighborly feel to the homes. Just north of 30-A, you are only steps from the private beach walkover (300 yards!).

Master bedroom: A comfortable firm king-size bed, 46" Samsung TV, and a recently updated private bath with a large luxurious shower. Guest Bedroom: Pillow-top queen-size bed, new flat screen TV, private bath with shower/bathtub combo. Third bedroom: Two twin-size beds with wall-mounted TV.

Jenn-Air/Bosch appliances and granite countertops greet you in the kitchen. It is stocked with the essentials you need to get started. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for you.

You will love the airy and serene living area with a 55" Samsung 4k TV with digital cable and premium channels. A built-in speaker system and a high-speed wi-fi connection are additional upgrades you'll enjoy.

For the outdoor lovers, you will appreciate the largest screened-in porch Magnolia has to offer. This second living area comes complete with a full-sized sofa, loveseat glider and chair. Bright cushions and year-round wicker will put the happy in happy hour! There is also a table and chairs for your morning coffee.

The shared swimming pool is just steps from our cottage or take a brief stroll to the beach. Grab one of the 4 bikes provided and take a cruise on the 30-A bike path. Enjoy an afternoon exploring Rosemary Beach, the shops of Seaside, or bike to a local park for an up-close look at nature. Bring your golf clubs for world-renowned golfing at area courses. And don't forget about the shopping on 30-A as well as the famous outlet malls of Destin!

My family of four loved this house! It was a short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the provided bikes to ride to nearby shopping areas. The location to restaurants and a grocery store was wonderful! Dan was an excellent communicator and host. We would definitely stay at Lazy Magnolia again!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Lazy Magnolia! The property and entire neighborhood were so nice. The home was very convenient to the beach walkover, which was great having little kids with us. The inside of the home was immaculately clean and cozy. The bathrooms were SO nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed for our stay from beach toys, to beach wagons, to kitchen equipment, to band aids. When we weren’t on the beach, we were hanging out on the screened in porch, which had beautiful views of the wooded neighborhood and was surprisingly quiet. We had a slight issue with the AC, but Dan had someone out to fix it within an hour and had no other issues the remainder of our trip. Rosemary and Alys Beaches were both within a bike ride as well, which was great! I could go on and on and on about this house and its location and our host. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great peaceful little neighborhood. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the pool and it was close to the house. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. There is a place that sells ice on your path to the beach which was great to fill the cooler.

This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. Comfy indoor furniture and a large dining table for dining, puzzles and/or game night. Loved that it's all one level as well. Easy parking for 2 cars that lead right up to the entrance. While I didn't make use of the bicycles or beach chairs, I appreciated that they were there. Also, the Owner was a wonderful resource for everything and answered any question I had immediately. He even made out a list of favorite restaurants and what cuisine they served and where they were located. Great location on 30A as well, with good access to Publix, dining and shopping. 10 out of 10!!

This house is wonderful—we’ll-appointed, cozy, and an easy walk to the beach! We loved our week with family and friends. Super convenient to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary, and the new Watersound Publix. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome! We had everything we needed. It was stocked and having the beach chairs, umbrellas etc. was so nice. Access to the beach was so easy, right up the street. Beaches are beautiful! We will definitely be back.

I have nothing bad to say about this property! Close to beach, perfect for our family of 6, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach chairs that came with the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was not overly crowded. Dan was delightful to work with. Very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out.

Clean and comfortable property which had everything we needed. Not many food options close by, so we cooked most of our meals. Short walk to the beach. Property manager was accessible for one minor issue. Property owner was very prompt during the entire process.

Perfect little getaway on 30A with the family. Super location nestled half way between The Big Chill ( Formerly known as the Hub) and Rosemary beach. Certainly walkable or bikeable to each. You are steps away from the pool and a short walk to beach.

Dan's cottage is the perfect beach home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in Seacrest. It is a great location in between Seagrove and Rosemary in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. We really enjoyed the nicely furnished screened in porch area! You have everything there you might need and the outdoor shed with bikes and beach/pool equipment is so handy. You are also just steps from the pool. The king bed was very comfortable! We would not hesitate to book here again!

The cottage is just like the pictures - very clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was perfect for our family and the beach gear was great for us since we flew down and didn’t have to worry about getting anything once we got there! Close drive to many restaurants but in a quiet area with less crowded beaches. We are booking for next year again!

What a fabulous time our family had at the lazy magnolia. Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our daily bike rides to the HUB. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer! It was exactly what my family needed! Thanks again Dan for being a great host and sharing your cottage with us for a few days! This was an ideal property for our 4 person family. With the 4 bunk beds 2 families of 4 could comfortably stay here if all the kids bunked together. Everything worked, nice shower pressure. Convenient laundry, nice appliances. Guest shed with beach equipment was great. Had everything we needed and I regretted taking up space in our car with out stuff. Wagon to haul stuff, umbrellas, chairs, bikes all in good condition. Beach access is so easy. If we forgot something you could easily run back and get it in 3-4 minutes. Pool is a 30 second walk. Parking was spacious and the street itself was cool to throw a football back and forth. This place was great all around

Lazy Magnolia is literally 1 minute from the pool and 5 minutes from the beach, having a shed with a wagon, chairs and toys and BIKES! was such a great asset when travelling with the little ones. We went there with our newborn, toddler and grandparents and there was something for everyone, and tonnes of room. Dan was easy to get a hold of (not that we needed to!) and checked if we needed anything. We would go back 1000%

We thoroughly enjoyed thanksgiving week at this well-decorated, nicely appointed cottage! The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. The bikes and chairs are such a nice perk. Dan was friendly and responsive. We hope to be back!

We had a great time at Lazy Magnolia cottage! It was clean and the unit was exactly as stated/pictured online. Very close to the pool and the beach which is particularly important to us with little kids and all of our beach gear. We will hopefully be back soon, 30a is a great place for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very cozy & close to the beach. Had an issue with one of the bikes, and the owner had someone come out to fix it the SAME DAY! Great communication, great place, great area, great beach with clear water. We didn’t even use the pool because the beach was just so beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect. It was clean, updated, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. It was also just the right size for our family, and we really liked how close it was to the beach. The beach access was only a short walk from the house, which was great for our two young kids. We were also nicely located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, so there were lots of restaurant options. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was very nice and as described. The screened in porch was a great place to gather and get out of the hot sun. A very short walk to the beach. Close enough that it’s easy with young kids. The pool is also very nice and really close. Communication with the owner was easy. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at the Lazy Magnolia. It was an easy walk to the public beach access, the home was very clean and cozy, and there was plenty of storage for our things. We loved being so close to the HUB, and it was a short drive to Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, etc. A perfect getaway!
