There are 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a queen-size pull-out sofa to allow 8 to sleep comfortably... and 3.5 baths - all fully renovated with soaker tubs. SunKissed Beach House is a single family home located just two short blocks from the wide beaches of the western tip of Emerald Isle, in an area known as the Point. The Point of Emerald Isle has limited traffic so it's an excellent area for biking, running and skateboarding... or simply relaxing on the deck. The beach is wonderful for kids of all ages... with a gentle slope that is perfect for skim-boarding, shelling, a long walk, or sitting in the sun with a great book! The beach cart is perfect for getting gear to the beach easily.

About SunKissed Beach House
With over 2600 square feet of living space, there is ample room for guests to get comfortable! The entire front of the house has open and covered decks on two levels, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors in rain or sunshine. You can access the house through an covered entrance (no need to run up steps in the rain!) or via the front decks.
Smart TVs with cable, DVD/VCR players, a library of movies, books and games, and high speed wireless network are available throughout SunKissed.
SunKissed has been renovated from the ground up:
On the ground level, there is covered parking for 4 vehicles with an additional parking area that is perfect for a boat or an RV. There is an outdoor shower with drying line for wet suits and towels. A locked storage area is on the ground level has a refrigerator that's perfect for large items and beach drinks, the WheeleEze beach cart and 6-8 beach chairs with umbrella and beach toys. There's also space to store bikes and other gear. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Plus: in-season fresh herb garden for those who cook on their vacation!
First floor:
There are two bedrooms, two fully renovated bathrooms, a bonus room, and a laundry room on the first floor. All three rooms on the first floor have sliding doors that access the front decks. Bedroom One has a private bath (48" tiled shower); the second bath is accessed from the main hallway (tiled tub/shower). The separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer and storage for your suitcases.
• Bedroom One: twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle plus adjoining private bathroom with tiled shower.
• Bedroom Two: queen bed; large closet; lots of windows, cable TV.

Our family of 7, my husband and I and our 5 kids ranging from 6 months- 20 yrs loved our stay at this well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen was very well stocked, all rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed easy strolls to the beach access through a very quiet neigborhood. Owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and cart were very helpful. I've stayed in Emerald Isle nearly every summer of my 40 years but have never stayed in the Point. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet slow pace away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. If your family enjoys a slow pace, doesn't mind a short stroll to the pristine beach, and loves a well appointed comfortable stay. This is definitely the place for you. We would love to return!

Lots of room to park play and enjoy. Be aware check in/out is off property but you have to pass it to get to the house so not terrible. More than enough room for the 5 adults and a baby in our group. Convenient fridge on ground level so we could have drinks down there and not have to carry them up and down all the stairs. Cooking was made simple with so many basic spices etc in the kitchen. Showers were great, good water pressure and quick heat up time. 2 reasonably short walks to beach access. First time at this end of the island and it is Beautiful. Close enough to town but feels quieter and more private. There were deer and bunnies in the backyard to see each evening. The only inconvenience was to not be able to make breakfast the last day unless you wanted to hand wash the dishes; per house rules all had to be put away before 10 AM departure instead of turning on dishwasher to make sure they were clean but not having to put away. The early check out time already puts a rush and that was an unexpected requirement. Otherwise pretty much everything was thoughtful and convenient making for a truly great stay!!

This home was perfect for our family of 5, location is ideal being walkable to the beach at the point, beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with all that you'd need, plenty of seating to relax (both indoors and out). We'll be back for sure!

What can I say? Our stay was great! The property was more and better than we expected. House was in excellent condition, very clean, organized and there was everything you needed i.e. kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee pots, beach accessories, etc. Danielle and Jay at checkin were very helpful and friendly. The hurricane missed us but the surf and waves on the last half of the stay were high. Activities on the beach itself were still good. Our grandson loved it. Thank you very much Kevin and Valerie. We hope we can do it again. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The house is very nice! Plenty of room. We 4 adults and 3 children. Every bedroom having access to their own bathroom was a plus. The walk to the beach was a little further than we’re used to, but not unbearable!!! We had a great time.

The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped. Owners are responsive and helpful. One drawback is that while the walk to the beach access point is manageable, you then have a bit of a walk to get to the beach. With young kids and the excessively hot weather we had, it became quite a hike. The beach cart at the house was a huge help - it works well in the sand. Overall, I highly recommend the property.

The Sun-kissed Beach House is one of our favorite vacation homes when visiting Emerald Isle. The owners are friendly and responsive. The home is clean, well equipped, comfortable and is in an excellent location on the island for an easy stroll to the beach. We love spending lazy afternoons on the decks, which also offer great stargazing at night!

This house was perfect for our family of 4... 2 parents + 2 teens. Room layout worked perfectly for us. The house is tastefully decorated and well stocked with dishes.
Plenty of linens were included in the linen package, and the little touches like hand soap and a few paper products being provided really made it easier to settle in and get comfortable. Smart TV in the family room got alot of use. Location was amazing! Beach cart was very handy. This was our 2nd trip to EI, but 1st time at The Point. Our whole family needed to decompress, and your house helped us do that. We loved it! None of us wanted to leave. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The beach was beautiful. The house was OK. I wish there was a table on the back porch. It was shady in the evening. We would’ve ate dinner out there if there was a table.

NOT ONLY A GREAT LOCATION, IT HAD A WONDERFUL LAYOUT FOR MY WIFE AND ME AND MY TWO SISTERS-IN-LAW. THEY STAYED ON THE FIRST FLOOR SLEEPING QUARTERS AND WE ON THE THIRD FLOOR. THE SECOND LEVEL WAS THE KITCHEN DINING AND LIVING ROOM WHERE WE COULD ENJOY EACH OTHER. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE LOCATION AT THE POINT WITH EASY ACCESS TO ALL THE ISLAND ACTIVITIES.

The house was bigger than we anticipated. Very beautiful with lots of little detailed decor. Kitchen came with everything u could think of needing. Lots of decks to hang out on. Bonus Den downstairs was great for kids!Lots of bathrooms. Close to beach and close to sound. Loved it! We will be back!

I got to spend a week with my daughter at this wonderful home. It has anything and everything you may need for a vacation. Plenty of room, comfy beds all nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Point. Couldn’t have been better

Great location, very clean, just as advertised, and great host. Although it is not beach weather in December, the access to the beach is just a stones throw away and the beach was amazing. We were surprised to see the amount of deer on the island and right in the back yard. I highly recommend The Point to anybody during any season.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed Beach House. Our first time to Emerald Isle so we weren't sure about the location. It's only about 5 minutes walk to beach access. Since it's not beachfront it's more reasonably priced. Very clean, well furnished and well kept. Definitely would stay here again on our next beach trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious house. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies for most any dish you wish to cook. We saw deer in the backyard and around neighborhood every day. This location is great for walks and bike rides. Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! Owners were quick to respond and took care of any concerns or questions. Sunsets at “The Point” and ice cream at “Sweet Spot” were the highlights of our stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach cart was awesome even though it isn’t a long walk to the beach. The large back yard was great for yard games. I highly recommend this home.

Spacious home, fabulous location
We loved our stay here. The beaches are beautiful and uncrowded at this end of Emerald Isle, and the kids could ride their bikes safely all around the neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the deer in the huge back yard every evening. Having the bedrooms on different levels allowed the lightest sleeper to sleep well on the third floor. Highly recommend!

Lovely home on the Pointe
We really enjoyed staying at Sun kissed beach home in Emerald Isle. It was perfect for our size family with adult children, us, and our grandchild. Location and the easy walk to the beach made it possible for folks to come and go as they pleased. The home had everything that we needed to enjoy the week. Can’t wait to come back!

Emerald Isle Family Vacation
The Sunkissed Beach house was the perfect place for our adult family vacation. We loved the location, the size of the house and the different levels. It was very clean and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. It had plenty of storage for our items and had everything we needed to prepare meals. It had enough seating both inside and out. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and the cart for transporting beach items was a big plus. The beach was big and perfect for enjoying a day at the ocean. Returning from the beach there’s a hose to rinse off your feet and a private outdoor shower if want to shower outside.

Lovely Beach Setting
This was a great poperty within walking distance to the beach! My family and friends could not get enough of the expansive backyard, spacious kitchen, outdoor decks, and the proximity to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

If we had a house at the beach, Sunkissed / this property, would be it. Perfect in every way. Easy access to the beach - Extra conveniences such as ground floor store room with fridge/freezer - beach cart for beach chairs etc. - FULLY equipped kitchen with upmarket appliances. As a matter of fact... everything about this property is upmarket.

Property was very nice, except for all of the very steep stairs. The locks need some repair. House was stubborn to lock and unlock. Could not use utility room for storing fishing equipment because it would not lock.The house was very comfortable and well equipped.
