Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Doggy extras. Large enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Just a few minutes’ stroll from the sandy beach backed by Hunstanton’s famous striped cliffs and the start of almost 2½ miles of promenade to Heacham. Adjoining the owner’s home, this holiday bungalow is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and is accessed via a driveway with electric gates. Hunstanton offers a Sea Life Centre, sports centre, various golf courses, bowling alley and theatre. Visit the seals and take other trips on the Wash Monster. RSPB nature reserves a few miles at Titchwell and Snettisham. Royal Sandringham Estate, 7 miles. Shops and pubs 700 yards.

I love Hunstanton and Cliff Cottage. Loved the big enclosed front garden for Willow the Spaniel. Very clean and comfortable. My only niggles would be that I think it needs a black out blind over the overhead window as the light shining in woke me up. Also it needs a mirror in main bedroom near an electric socket for hair drying and a heated towel rail would be good for when central heating is not on. Was a lovely break owners property attached as 2 bathrooms the ensuite would have been better with shower cubicle not over bath as I found it hard to get into the bath The velux window in bedroom needs darker blinds other than that good holiday accommodation Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

If you like your 90's decor ,and a faded,dated furnishings-this is the place for you! Exceptionally clean,very comfortable beds,with tv in bedrooms,beautiful,large private garden,and modern well equipped kitchen. Such a shame the rest isn't up to standard-curtains must be at least 25yrs old!Even the pictures are faded... Either update the furnishings(quilt covers all faded),or reduce the prices..... The owners are really nice and friendly, which makes it very hard to point out this oversight. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We have now stayed at this property nine times, and already booked for next year. The owners upgrade and add to the contents every year,so we cant fault it.The area is dog friendly and has lots of good food places that allow dogs. This place is very secure for both us and our dog, we are welcomed like friends that is why we booked in February to get in next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliff Cottage. Nice welcome from our hosts and cottage clean and comfortable. Secure garden for our dogs and lovely clifftop and beach walks on the doorstep. First visit to Hunstanton and discovered a charming Victorian seaside resort with many amenities. Fully intend to return.

A great location, quiet but easy access to the seafront and town

The property is kept to a high standard and has everything you would need for your holidays,the three of us and our two dogs had a relaxing week with plenty to see in the area,lots of good meals out too.
