The Lincoln Quarters is located in historic Gettysburg, Pa just 2 blocks to downtown Gettysburg and Gettysburg College is about 4 blocks from our home. It is also located within walking distance to Restaurants, Museums and everything else that Gettysburg has to offer. We have everything to make you feel right at home!

The Kitchen is fully stocked with Pots and Pans, Baking and casserole dishes, plates, cups, bowls. glasses, Crock Pot and utensils. We also supply linens and start of paper products. The property will be clean when you arrive, however, there is no daily housekeeping service. Therefore, we respectfully request that you maintain the home in a neat and orderly fashion.

We do have our Certificate of Use and Occupancy from the Gettysburg Borough and we are in Full Compliance with the PMCA.

Thousand of visitors come each year to the Gettysburg Battlefield to learn our past and to remember those who gave the last full measure of devotion. Lincoln Quarters is perfectly located for exploring Gettysburg. As first-time visitors we didn't know the area or what to expect, but we found that it is very easy to get to everything from this property. Much is in walking distance, including restaurants and a grocery store right next to the building. Other points of interest are a short drive. The host was wonderful. Easy to communicate with and everything was just as it was supposed to be. The house is comfortable, very clean, and decorated to impress any Gettysburg/Lincoln enthusiast!

Very convenient o location, across is a grocery store. Main attraction in town are a beautiful historic 15 minute walk away and some locations of interest even closer. Decor was like being transported on time and tons of book/movies related to the civil war avaialable.seems like a simple check out so I like it so far.

My daughter and I stayed here while we visited with family who also came into town to see the sites. The location is great—easy walk to shops and food, and there is a market across the street. Very quick drive to sites! Super convenient! The apartment is exactly what we needed to eat, rest, and regroup for our busy days.

My family of 6 (4 kids between 5-13) chose this lodging for our first visit to Gettysburg. We found it was walkable, or a very short drive to the major museums and attractions. The decor inside was so thorough it rather reminded us of staying "in the park" at Disney, where the on-site hotels keep you feeling immersed in the experience. This place kept us in the 1860s vibes the whole stay. We would stay again!

Our family comes every year for spring break, this is the first time at this location and we were not disappointed. House was perfect for my family of four, very clean and cozy. Location was great, very close to stores, food, and coffee shops. We will be back next year and look forward to future stays at this location.

This place is so wonderful! The location is by far the best part. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to worry about parking. I was a little nervous when we first walked in to see window ACs but it was 97 degrees outside and completely cool inside. Beds/sofas were very comfy and My 2 teen boys loved that they each had their own rooms. If you are questioning where to stay in Gettysburg and considering a hotel, look no further than Lincoln Quarters. We booked a hotel on our last visit and we paid more and had to drive to all of the fun shops and restaurants. We will never stay in a hotel in Gettysburg again! Sandee even called us after check out while we were having breakfast because my son left a small bag on the sofa. Would a hotel do that??? We will definitely be back!

Several college friends came to town for a college reunion and stayed in 2 apartments in the same building, which was an older home. It was spotlessly clean! It was thoughtfully equipped with everything a visitor could possibly need or want - very comfortable beds and an assortment of pillows, many dishes and serving pieces in the kitchen, good lighting, air conditioners in each room, wonderful shower, cozy furniture indoors and also out on the covered back porch. Appreciated the historic photos and wall hanging since this was an historic town. The owner was very responsive to questions via email or phone. Excellent and enjoyable weekend!

Loved our stay at Lincoln’s Quarters! We felt taken back in time in this wonderfully decorated home. Everything was so comfy and cozy… the beds, pillows & the abundance of thick plush towels. Although we did not cook any meals the kitchen was extremely well stocked. And the location can’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Gettysburg & were fortunate to ‘bump into’ our very friendly & accommodating owner Sandi. She told us some very interesting facts about the home & we shared our ‘experiences’ with her too. Thank you again for a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
