Arrived to a lovely warm cottage.
Arrived to a lovely warm cottage. Whole cottage is furnished beautifully with very clever use of space. Bed very comfortable and warm, location is 5 minute walk from Quay. Owner on hand immediately to sort out a small issue. Added bonus was the enclosed garden if you have a dog or two. Already booked again fof next year.

Second year we have stayed at clipper cottage, where it is in the centre of Wells plus the huge bonus is it has a dedicated parking spot right outside the cottage undercover which was a bonus. It has everything you need and the kitchen is lovely with all equipment if you are into cooking which we are not!!! The log fire and comfy sofa in the lounge were lovely.
My one negative thing was the saucepan for our porridge and the washing up bowl were not cleaned properly especially in theses scary times. Other than that this is a lovely holiday base. Winter or presumably summer ☃️☃️☃️

Lovely, well equipped cottage, very convenient for harbour, though surrounded by a car park. Good use of internal space. Comfy beds. Garden is separate, a few yards away. Bathroom was not left in very clean condition but everything else was. Somebody should have alerted us to whereabouts of the chair cushions for the garden furniture! There was nothing to light the wood burning stove, though temperature dropped to 12 degrees, in September.

Great position in the centre of town.
Great position in the centre of town. We didnt notice any noise from the car park. Could do with a bit of a spruce up but otherwise delightful little cottage in our favourite Norfolk location. Whats not to like!

We enjoyed a two night stay here.
We enjoyed a two night stay here. The cottage is located right next to the big town car park, and although this makes it convenient to nip through to the town, it can get a bit noisy. That said, it is well situated for getting to the town and beach. Covid has seen to it that the cottage was a little sparse, ie no books, games, cushions, so it would be unfair of us to mark it down for this. We weren't aware that it had its own small outside space down the path - in fact we found it the morning we left. There are no chairs available to sit on outside though, so you'd need to take your own.
We felt that a little bit of investment could be made on the beds which were a little loose and creaky! All in all though a comfortable enough stay.

We were very pleased with the cottage and all its facilities. Due to the poor weather we ended up spending more time in the cottage than anticipated but this wasn't a problem at all because it was very comfortable and provided all we needed.

This cottage is lovely, in a beautiful place and we parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it until we left as love our walking and there are some beautiful walks.
This cottage has a lovely new kitchen with lovely cutlery, crockery and glassware, cooker was spotless and lovely area for putting boots, coats etc. Lovely log burner and comfy sofa to snuggle up on, we did have good weather cold but bright which made for a wonderful long weekend to see the Christmas Tide.
The only reason it dropped to 9 on one score is the bathroom needs a good clean but that wouldn't stop me from going back which I will.

This is an absolutely gorgeous cottage, cosy, warm and welcoming.
This is an absolutely gorgeous cottage, cosy, warm and welcoming. For extra warmth, there is the log burner too, which is lovely. The cottage has everything you could ask for and more. Dishwasher, washing machine, brand new kitchen, great oven, hob, microwave etc, Tv, DVD player (look on the side of the TV) A large selection of DVDs to choose from. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The whole cottage was very clean, the bathroom was great with a more than adequate shower, lovely warm water on demand. Furnishings, bedding etc all of a high standard and beautifully done.. Towels/tea towels etc supplied. Lovely and warm when we arrived, the heating had been put on. Great info wallet. Excellent location, shops, pubs, places to eat, easily walkable, as is the front and the beach is walkable too. Very helpful owners, who have clearly put a lot of time and effort into this cottage. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again. We were very sad to leave it. Highly recommend. It really is a great all rounder, for appeal for so many different reasons. Our two little dogs loved it too, perfect for them.

Loved the cottage and will come again soon. Only issue we had was there were no baking sheets. Apart from that the whole cottage was fully equipped.

Good location-noticeable noise from the car park around the property-the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Overall very good facilities & comfortable beds & sofas if a little tired. Good safe garden space for our dog & safe off road parking. I would recommend this cottage.
