This property is close to Great Yarmouth, which offers traditional seaside attractions, whilst Caister has a wide sandy beach.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 4: Single (3ft) Bed, (No Direct Access To Main Building Except Via Balcony). Electricity £20 per week. Oil central heating (£38 per week October-May), and bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Balcony. Dinghy hire £20 per week. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. There is an unfenced water-filled dyke, neighbouring property have access and right of way across the garden.. A unique building converted into an unusual holiday residence, situated in secluded and unspoilt woodland. A listed building of architectural and historic interest, it may have been used for storing grain. The water beneath the arch enabled trading wherries to load their wares from above. There is ample mooring space and a dinghy, which is ideal for fishing or water excursions. Shop and pub within a quarter of a mile. Norwich is still considered to be the capital of East Anglia and remains attractive and prosperous. The cathedral and castle dominate the city. They lie within easy reach of each other and close to many of the other historic buildings admired by visitors, making this an interesting place to explore on foot. As well as historic interest, Norwich is a shoppers’ paradise, as well as traditional high-street stores and a modern mall, Norwich has many charming specialist shops and a large open-air market. A day out at the seaside is a must for the children, Great Yarmouth offers all the traditional seaside attractions, whilst Caister, a little quieter, has a wide sandy beach and sand dunes. If sailing the Broads beckons, then you can hire a day boat from nearby Wroxham and spend a day on one of the busiest stretches on the Broads, stopping off for a well earned meal in one of the waterside restaurants before heading back to the seclusion of your holiday cottage. Wherry Arch has something for everyone. Shop 1/4 mile.
In Humid weather the annexe which is over the water can feel damp. It is not, it is the humidity. There is an unfenced Dyke; the neighbour has access through the gardn to this dyke.
There are large gaps between banister spindles.

This unique cottage is in an idyllic situation and we felt at home as soon as we entered the property. We were privileged to get close views of Cormorant, Barn Owl, Gold Crest, Swans, Kingfishers and Otter. We will most certainly be returning .
