My home is located in the closest beach area of Carpinteria, on the corner of 3rd and Elm, 1 block up from the beach, and an equal distance to the main street of town (Linden). There are only a few beach houses with this kind of privacy available to rent in this ideal location of Carpinteria. Enjoy time at the 'World's Safest Beach' and the town's great restaurants and shopping, all without getting in your car. Our beach home offers an environment for a truly memorable time in Carpinteria!
It only takes one visit to Carpinteria before you'll anxiously await your next! Come find out why so many people love this amazing beach town, and this house!

Whether you are planning an adult weekend, a family vacation, or traveling for business, our beach home is the perfect place to call home. You'll want to come back often. It provides a private enclosed backyard, perfect for entertaining or keeping young ones close by. Our recent stay at this house in Carpinteria was a wonderful experience. The beautiful home is just a block away from the beach and Linden Ave, making it an easy walk to both while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated all the thoughtful details, from the beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach buggy to the outdoor shower stocked with shampoo, body wash, and tar removal ingredients. We enjoyed using the outdoor fire table, and my son and his friend loved playing basketball in the spacious backyard. The house was clean and well-kept, and we were blessed with beautiful weather. We can't wait to rebook!

The beach house is not only extremely well equipped with comfy beds, plush bath towels, kitchen items, games, etc. but even a crib and feeding chair for our 9 month old grandson. The location is ideal - between beach and restaurants/shops. We walked everywhere. Best of all, I can't imagine another host as wonderful as Lisa! She responded to all messages immediately and was "over-the-top" accommodating,

We had a wonderful experience and Lisa was an amazing host! We were a block from the ocean and walking distance to the campground where my cousin was camping. The home was well equipped with the proper cookware and spices, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, backyard games, and all the things. Would definitely recommend!!

The property was a great place for our time at carp! The kids lived the basketball hoop and location to the beach. Owner was always in contact. Made our check in and check our easy!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house in Carpinteria. It was a bit tight for 4 adults and two kids, but everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and Lisa (the host) is very easy to communicate with. We loved the location and went almost everywhere on foot. We all wished we had stayed longer.

We found the property to be absolute beach perfection. It was very clean, had lovely beach decor, comfortable beds, clean bed linens and towels, wonderfully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, and fire pit. It’s close proximity to the beach added to our enjoyment. Lisa was warm and generous with her kindness. This one is a gem located in lovely Carpinteria.

The house is even nicer than the photos depict. Very clean. Comfy beds. We walked to the beach each night. The host was amazing and so easy to communicate with. Honestly probably one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. We’ll be back!!!

A great house at a great location. Very well appointed kitchen with most everything needed. There are beach chairs and umbrella. The yard is perfect for kids and outdoor dining. The owner is communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is an awesome place to stay! It’s centrally located and the beach, shops, and restaurants were all walking distance. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was friendly and super easy to communicate with. We had a great trip. Carpinteria is such a special place, and I’d definitely recommend this house for your stay!

Downstairs bedroom bed was wet when my parents went to bed. It's not just small spot. It was so wet that we had to remove everything from the bed. Contacted and spoke to the owner but never got the call back since we had to attend graduation.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this sweet home. Perfect location in town — just a few steps to the beach, short walk to Carps downtown, and a great running trail along the bluffs to the seal rookery. Carp still has that small beach town vibe but is also a short hop to Santa Barbara, which was great for us. The house was cozy & had all the amenities we needed. The owner was exceptionally communicative and helpful.

Communication was great right from the start. Lisa was incredibly accommodating in regard to schedule. The house was perfect; the photos were accurate. The backyard was a great place for my group of teens to hang. The kids were able to to explore the beach and Carpinteria on their own! We’re coming back! Thank you.

This was our first time in Carp and our first time using VRBO. Lisa was great from the beginning. She communicated openly and was very accommodating. This house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. Highly recommend this property. We will be staying again!

The house is wonderful! It was perfect for our needs with two teenage boys…the backyard and especially the basketball hoop was a huge hit. Lisa was a amazing host, very responsive and helpful when needed, hands off when not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is beautifully decorated, attractive, fully furnished, and the perfect spot for a beach stay. The backyard is lovely, and completely fenced in for our little ones. It has EVERY imaginable item needed for cooking and entertaining (including really good cooking knives!). The owner is extremely friendly and personable, and so accessible. Love this place!!

My mom, sister and 1 year old nephew had the best time. Absolutely beautiful home so close to the beach. Also close to all the best restaurants and parks. Lisa was the best host and was so gracious. We will be staying again!

We rented this beach house for our family of 5. The kitchen is more than well stocked. The property shows pride of ownership in every way. The location couldn’t be better. Steps away from the beach and walking distance to everything else Carp has to offer. Lisa is a warm, communicative, gracious host and we feel so lucky to have found her and this place. We were blowin away by the quality of this rental and we will definitely be back soon!

Lisa was always quick in her communications and her pride and personal decor in her home is obvious. We had family and friends over to BBQ one evening and we all had plenty of space to lounge, play games, and laugh under the pretty lights on the patio. Very comfortable and we’ll be back! FYI, bring your own beach stuff, which I always do when I rent, but I’m used to seeing a few beach chairs and an umbrella for guests. There is a nice assortment of sand toys for children. 🙂

We had a really great time visiting Carpenteria and staying at the house. Amazing location and well stocked home--kitchen even had sharp knives (feel like that's never the case when you are cooking in a rental)! The owner was in contact with us and made sure we had everything for our stay. Carp is a very cute beach town and family friendly. Great restaurants too. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Carpinteria, Lots of fun family activities. The best part was having an amazing house to stay in. This particular house had a well equipped Kitchen. plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The grandchildren loved to play on the spacious patio. The adults enjoyed the cool clean air and appreciated the beach house decor. We left with great memories.

Enjoyed our yearly summer visit in Carpinteria at this property. Our first time staying here for our many visits. It was perfect for my wife and I upstairs and my daughter downstairs with her two children and husband. We had a great time and the house fit our needs perfectly. Sorry to hear the price is going up and will out of our reach for future visits.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy our family vacation. It’s a beautiful home in an amazing location! The beach is only a block or two away and restaurants and local shops are just a short walk as well. You get the best of both worlds with the beach and mountain views! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity ever arises!
