It was a great and clean place, for the hot tub we have to pay for it to heat but we didn’t know we had to but we were willing to pay for it so we did but the hot tub didn’t work only for like 2 days but Rembert was in contact and always helpful and ended up refunding for the hot tub since it didn’t work. But overall it was a great stay and we had lots of fun!

Unfortunately, the house wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived. We found food in the sink and fridge as well as clumps of hair on the chairs, bathroom floors and showers. The game room they advertise has a pool table that was ripped and not usable and the air hockey table barely worked - a bit of false advertising. We did love the location and neighborhood though. Too bad the property hasn’t been that well maintained. Cupboards are peeling, the fridge wasn’t turned on so it took a day for our food/drinks to cool down and the fridge smelled pretty bad.

Had a great trip. Small things like the ice maker not working didn’t bother us (someone had left a bag of ice). While some updates might be nice it didn’t drastic from our stay. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day.

First the good. Parking, gathering space was big and comfortable, bedrooms were good. needs help: remove carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, many light do not work in rec room and had to us phone lights to play air hockey, pool pump and heater are very loud and does not heat the hot tub to above luke warm, kitchen cabinets are peeling, handles on all knives were greasy.. Never used the pool as it was not heated enough even though I paid for the heat. Just needs overall updateing.

Just the perfect place for our family. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, close to the great clubhouse and close to the theme parks. We really enjoyed the backyard pool! Great communication with the property manager and no issues to mention.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and kids loved the pool. Although the clubhouse is great, we loved staying in and enjoying our own pool. We had a little issue with wifi and the management company was quick to reply and try to resolve the issue. We got to the property at 1:00am with kids and didn't have a chance to pick up any groceries. My suggestion would be to have 2-3 small complimentary bottles of water, so guests don’t have to feel rushed to run to the store and pick up things. Another suggestion would be to add door handles to the kitchen cabinets as it was hard to open them, pulling from the sides. You can see the paint chipped away because everyone grabs them at the corners when opening. I would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back.

I have stayed In Orlando several times and this property needed some tlc .
Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly found hairs and blood stains on bedding chocolate stains on couch .. washing machine and drier very good .. had to call pool guy as the water was not clean filtered and jacuzzi wasn’t working but after calling management they did sort it out .. but when your paying premium amount of money I don’t think that this was a great first impression … you do start to look for other things ie pool tables leg was falling off it wasn’t level at all and the baize cloth was ripped …
I like to hire home from home quality but this wasn’t the case wires hanging from underneath each tv and no handles on kitchen units and a toilet issue and locking systems although again was put right the first day . I’d just like to tell you that I would get rid of the outside furniture which had rusty legs .. as well as looking unsightly I would be very concerned if I’d have had young children who could of easily scratched themselves on the rusty metal ..
This could have been such a different holiday if these things were delt with .
Sorry but it wasn’t worth the money I paid

Everything as described. Location was great. It’s by a lot of restaurants , gift shops, Starbucks, and Walmart. Gated community felt extremely safe. Put your guest on your list for your entire stay because on the weekend it’s takes longer to get a hold of your host. So if you have guest add them before your arrival. My family loved it here. I recommend heating pool options. Beds are harder and couch a little older, but it was doable. It really has all you need to stay comfortably. A few minor updates, but we’ll worth it! Very close to basketball court. Walking distance. The host was very communicative and nice. And this is a middle house and I never saw the neighbors. Very peaceful! Enjoyed my 5 days at this property.

Peaceful 11 day vacation well spent! This was our third time renting with EVH and the high level of standard is well kept for this 10 year era. The house fulfilled our expectations and management was easily and quickly reachable if needed. Would be happy to revisit this house any time in the future, it provided a safe and great experience for our party of four. The furniture is a bit dated and cabinets in the kitchen have seen mileage, but this did not affect our level of satisfaction.

We have stayed in Windsor hill over 8 times and we love this area of it. So close to the basketball courts and pool! The house was exactly like the pictures and very accommodating for 2 families! Thank you!

Very good commubication with property manager. The house is spacious and neighbourhood is very nice and safe. We paid for pool heating and it was absolutely worth it. We also thought that the price was good compared to other villas in Winsdor Hills. Our only suggestion would be cleaning the mold from the spa and a deep clean of dishwasher, we washed the filter but entire dishwasher needs a good wash . Playroom was nice but the air hockey table doesnt work, kids were a bit disappointed sinced they saw it on vrbo page prior to our arrival.

This property is a gem and we hardly left. The pool and spa in the back make for a wonderful secluded getaway. From being up north and traveling in March I am glad we paid to heat the pool. It made for great night swimming too! It would be nice if you could adjust the heat to turn it down sometimes, but that’s not possible. Our only complaints would be with the larger association and club house area but if you stay at the property you’ll find your oasis away from the chaos that is the resort area.

The house was exactly as pictured, which was absolutely beautiful. Everyone in our family enjoyed the property. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool and hot tub was very nice and the backyard was tranquil. The rental company was easy to work with and they were quick to respond to messages. The house is in a gated community with 24/7 security which makes the home and neighborhood feel more comfortable too. The house was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Property set up was perfect for our family of 6! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was exactly what we needed for a relaxing Florida family vacation! We were so excited we had our own private pool and hot tub but were sad to see large patches of mold around the tile of the pool. Some clumps were SO big it looked like a piece of fabric. :( I’m extremely allergic to mold so I had to stay out of the hot tub out of precaution. I’ve never seen that much mold in a hot tub before. (the water was clean though!). Definitively needs some attention before being rented again!
Property management company was great when we called about the light being burnt out in the hot tub the first night. They quickly replaced it the next day. Due to the light being out, we didn’t notice the mold until our 3rd day in, and we only had one night left to go. Hopefully they clean the hot tub and pool before your arrival if you book this property!

Lovely property, clean and relaxing, Rembert the manager was really responsive and helpful, a pleasure to work with! One thing we did learn was that we had to bring or buy nearly all products with us - washing up liquid and sponges, dishwasher tabs and so forth. But that was ok once we knew it. A great stay and we would go again.

Location was Great
The house was amazing and the location was great. The house is as pictured but of course with time there is normal wear and tear but it doesn’t take away from the house. There were plenty of towels and utensils which was great as well as salt and pepper. There was starter soap, tissue, and washing detergent but with a family, I suggest bringing your own. The owner is very prompt and answered all my questions in a very timely manner prior to my stay. The check in process was very easy. The house is in very close proximity to Walmart and there are a bunch of stores and restaurants on 192. I didn’t experience any issues but I do suggest adding to the the binder that you get the pool passes from the welcome desk. The air hockey game didn’t work.

Easy access to the community pool and water park. 4 kids from 7-11 enjoyed the pool, arcade and cinema.
House didn’t have hand soap or shampoo/ toiletries that you sometimes get with VRBOs so be sure to pick your own. Also, ice maker didn’t work.
Was good value and we enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and relaxing
The home was just as listed. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything we needed was in the house. The community is close enough to everything but secluded enough that you can easily get in and out. We really enjoyed our time and look forward to future stays.

Overall, we had a great time at this villa.
Fantastic location, really close to Disney (10-15mins). Gated estate is great, shop has enough stuff and communal pool is fun (kids splash area isn’t heated / one person per slide, can’t go with kids).
Villa big, had everything we needed, comfy beds, hot water for showers. Mostly clean, we found some rubbish poolside and in bedrooms.
Internet good, fine for streaming. Pool table has seen better days, air hockey doesn’t work.
Pool cleaned weekly, trees above pool so some shade and also leaves etc manage to get into the pool. We went for the heated pool, very nice, May not be needed peak heat months.
No BBQ at the Villa, not that it was advertised to include one but feel it would be a great asset to include in the future.
We’d go back.

Great stay and location
This property is really nice. It was perfect for our needs. Close to the parks and grocery stores. They had a pretty great variety of kitchen items that made cooking there easy. I would just suggest that they maybe get some new pans, as the ones we used had seen better days. The home was very clean as well. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after long park days. We paid for heating and it was wonderful. The property management company was easy to get ahold of and very friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

This place was fantastic! It was clean and the layout was fantastic for our family! The pool and hot tub was a fantastic addition to the great place! Another great thing is the short distance to Disney was great! Next time I plan a trip to Disney, I will be planning another stay in Windsor Hills!

We wanted to stay forever!
This bright and spacious four-BR, four BA property’s combination of common, private, and outdoor spaces worked very well for our group of two children, parents, and grandparents.. Convenient location, quiet and secure resort, pleasant and responsive property manager. Kitchen much better equipped, in terms of dishes, cookware, and tools than most. Towels, bed linens, and starter quantities of soaps, toilet tissue, etc. were appreciated as was the info binder containing details specific to the resort and home. Although we did not need, there were baby and small-child items available, such as pool fence, pack-and-play, life vest, etc. Great communication prior to, during, and after our stay. This appears to be a very popular unit, and it does show a bit of wear, but not in a way that was offensive to us. One safety consideration is the lack of railings for hot tub and pool - not a problem for our group, but could be for others. This is our second stay at Windsor Hills, and we would gladly return to this unit.

The Best place to stay!
This home was very clean, comfortable and great location to Disney parks, grocery stores and shopping! We had a problem with our hot tub, but the management was very fast at getting the problem taking care of so we could enjoy it. We appreciated the fast service!
