Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji

Hotel w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie stacji metra 3 stacje od kolejki air link na lotnisko. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone Sprawna chociaż odrobinę zbyt głośna klimatyzacja

Proces rezerwacji to dramat. Pierwotnie otrzymałem informację o odrzuceniu mojej rezerwacji z powodu problemu z płatnością z powodu niezgodności danych z Booking z danymi z karty. Mianowicie na Booking mam przedrostek MR. czego nie ma na karcie kredytowej. No ręce mi opadły. napisałem do hotelu, że płatność została zrealizowana gdyż środki zostały pobrane z konta, a owa niezgodność danych polega na grzecznościowym skrócie używanym przez Booking. Otrzymałem odpowiedź że ok tylko mam okazać kartę przy zameldowaniu.... Dodatkowo po przyjeździe do hotelu okolice godziny 17:00 pomimo, iż hotel ma politykę zameldowania od godziny 14:00 był problem ze znalezieniem dwóch pokoi na jednym piętrze i kazano nam czekać jeszcze godzinę na dwa pokoje zlokalizowane na tym samym piętrze. Finalnie skończyło się tym, że mieliśmy pokoje na dwóch różnych piętrach, co było problematyczne bo windą na dane piętro mogłem wjechać posiadając pokój na tym piętrze. Wifi dostępne po dziwnym logowaniu do systemów co powodowało brak możliwości korzystania z urządzeń android TV Czystość w pokojach na średnim poziomie, szyba w oknie była od środka brudna i tłusta zasłonięta zasłoną bo to szybsze niż ja umyć. Nie wiem czy to przypadłość wszystkich hoteli w Bangkok bo w innym sieciowym hotelu w którym się zatrzymałem dwa tygodnie wcześniej było dokładnie ta sama sytuacja.

Would stay here again if the prices are reasonable

Location was great and walking distance to Hwai Khwang market. Cleanliness was also on point and the staff are super welcoming.

If only the wifi doesn't often cuts off. Other than that its quite a nice location and comforting place to stay

Got charged twice because virtual cards are not accepted

The hotel was next to the subway station. Shopping malls in walking distance. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

I paid online for my entire stay when I booked the room. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to show the physical credit card. When I said that, I paid with a virtual card, they told me that I can't check in unless I paid with a physical credit card. So I had to pay the whole amount once more with my physical credit card. Now, I have to wait for up to 30 days to get my first payment back. Don't make a digital payment, or they charge you twice. The hotel is in a very busy and noisy part of Bangkok. Windows are very small. Our room had no view at all.

Very good for a stop over clean new comfortable

Prefect hotel for a stop over few restaurants around and 30 minutes from the airport. Clean comfortable and quite new lot of space

Super clean and a spacious hotel, lots of facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The shower/toilet cubicles in the room could be enclosed better for privacy.

Location is good,near mrt station. Room is very big and comfortable. Let’s relax at 2nd floor, go down can do the massage 👍🏻

Simple and effective stay in Bangkok

Simplicity of all facilities, just right functionality of all shelf/wardrobe in room, effective movement with effective design inside the small room, in proximity to MRT and 7E

some corner in the room still dusty, need more detail attention of housekeeping staff, the way to parking lot is dangerous with one way to 2nd floor and 3rd floor, need extra careful when car going up and down, bed is hard - need to be covered with softer additional bed layer.
