Muy bien comunicado y buen servicio de habitaciones

La ubicación. Tiene una parada de bus (S1), línea verde, a el aeropuerto llamada Maliwan Palace, que tarda 1 hora aprox. en llegar. Nosotros hemos usado GRAB y cuesta alrededor de unos 450 BAHT (9 de Julio de 2024). Tiene una lavandería al lado, que en una hora aproximadamente te tienen lavada y secada la ropa (130 BAHT), y hay dos 7-eleven a unos metros también. Hay varios bares y puestos callejeros alrededor, y se puede ir andando cómodamente a Khaosan Road y a Rambuttri Road (esta es mucho más tranquila que Khao San y más barata, perfecta para comer antes de ir a Khaosan). La piscina y el gimnasio no las hemos visto, y eso que hemos estado 4 noches en el hotel, pero hay tanto ambiente en las calles colindantes que siempre llegamos más tarde de las 20:00 (hora de cierre de la piscina). La habitación tiene muchos enchufes (los asiáticos), una televisión smart TV con Netflix, youtube, etc (tienes que iniciar tu propia sesión). Hay caja fuerte, albornoces y zapatillas, y te reponen 2 botellas de agua gratis todos los días. El desayuno cuesta 299 BAHT por persona, pero tampoco lo hemos probado. Hemos ido comiendo en bares cercanos (como el My House Coffee & Breakfast, que estaba muy bueno, rápidos, y recomiendo el Iced Café Latte (60 baht) y el Club Sandwitch (80 baht)). Hay bañera (grande), y hay que tener cuidado con el agua, ya que si cae en los bordes al ducharse, se derrama por el suelo y se moja todo. Incluyen cepillos de dientes con pasta dental, bastoncillos para los oídos, gorros de ducha, gel, champú, body lotion, hay secador y perchas. También hay hervidor de agua y café soluble o té en la habitación incluido. Nos han cambiado las toallas todos los días. El agua del grifo, para cepillarnos los dientes, no nos ha producido ningún dolor de barriga ni nada parecido, así que perfecto.

El armario de la caja fuerte tenía moho en la parte de arriba, bastante, que no les costaría nada quitarlo con un trapo y lejía. Las toallas son un poco viejas, también estaría bien renovarlas.

Alles war super!

Das Personal war suuper freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hübsch und sowohl in der Nacht als auch am Tag nicht laut - wir hatten ein Zimmer raus auf die Straße und obwohl mir das Einschlafen bei Geräuschen schwer fällt, hatte ich hier gar keine Probleme! Die Lage war top! Vieles war fußläufig zu erreichen und ansonsten sind Tuktuks ein Erlebnis! Eine kleine feine Sache, die ich noch erwähnen möchte: die Schwammerlsuppe (Pilzsuppe) war extrem köstlich!

Alles war fein :)

Great location & staff & a really comfy stay!!

The staff were so helpful & the location is perfect for Khoa San road with loads of markets/food places & bars. Also very close to the ferry which you can buy a hop on hop off ticket to see all the sights. Bed was extremely comfy too & great shower!!!

Soggiornato per3 notti. Veramente tutto bellissimo, curato nel minimi particolari. Posizione ottima e silenziosa vicino

Accoglienza del personale, gentilezza anche nelle piccole cose, con gesti di premura.

Soggiornando a maggio l’ umidità è alle stelle, e si percepisce anche nelle camere. Sulla soglia della porta si crea dell’ acqua. NULLA CHE NON SI POSSA RISOLVERE CON UN TAPPETINO(che la struttura fornisce). Non è una causa da imputare all’hotel, ma semplicemente al clima.

A pleasant stay

Central location with restaurants and Khao San market nearby. Staff were friendly. Room for big for one person but no view from windows as it faced inwards The receptionist very helpfully ordered an airport taxi for me having filled in some information and the taxi arrived earlier the next morning.

Didn't think it was good value for money but that was partly due to my late arrival in the evening and needing to head to the airport early the next morning.

Ideal location for all your Bangkok tourist hotspots & next to the Chao Phraya river.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip to Thailand and then another 2 nights before we flew back home. It's perfectly situated for your tourist BKK hotspots. It's next to the Chao Phraya river and Khoasan Road is a 5 minute walk away. We downloaded the Grab taxi app & found everything we wanted to do was just a short journey away so the location really is perfect. Staff are all friendly and courteous, they really cannot do enough for you. Perfect Peter looks after you and a special mention to Ho who works hard at the bar up on the rooftop. It was so nice coming back every day for a dip in the pool and a cocktail. We really recommend trying the food, we ate lunch nearly everyday and it was definitely some of the best Thai food we'd eaten. Breakfast was good too. Overall we loved our stay at Chillax Heritage and will return on our next visit to Bangkok.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location. 15 minute walk to Grand Palace. Good size room with comfortable bed and deep soaking tub! Wonderful views from roof top pool!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Bangkok. In der Nähe von unzähligen charmanten Gassen, die alle zum Flanieren und einfach das "Bangkok-Feeling" aufsaugen da sind. Der Pool und der Ausblick waren mega und auch das Essen in der Poolbar war wirklich empfehlenswert. Klar, nicht so günstig wie Streetfood - aber es schmeckt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal total freundlich. Zimmerservice war auch top, sehr schnell und sauber.

Das einzige Manko: wir haben uns für das Zimmer mit Streetview entschieden, da wir gelesen haben, dass bei den anderen Zimmern, die Klima des Nachbarsgebäude laut war. Leider verfügen die Fenster über keinen guten Schallschutz, sprich es ist auch in der Nacht ständig Verkehr auf der Straße, besonders die Tuktuks sind so laut und haben uns wach gehalten bzw. immer wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte nicht diese Zimmerkategorie wählen. Das war aber auch das einzig Negative.

Worth the cost and good location!

The staff was very kind. If you get breakfast included it is definitely worth the price of the stay. The location was great and not in a noisy area but still had restaurants.

We had two twin beds pushed together which wasn’t that comfortable for sleeping together. The lunch meals were okay but I wouldn’t recommend unless very hungry.

A gem on Khao San road

This property was a little Gem … it ticked almost all the boxes… bed was great .. pillows were great … shower/spa bath / hot water we’re great … roof top pool was great (not very big but definitely adequate … pool bar was reasonably priced for food and drinks and quite a few sun lounges around …buffet breakfast was edible but nothing to rave about … location was right in the middle of everything for restaurants Street food and markets …. Night life close by too

It was 2klms away from the nearest MRT … not a hard walk but at the end of the day it is … but you can haggle for a tuk tuk for about 100baht to drive you back

Great hotel

Good location. 5 minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. 5 minutes walk to Khao san road. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Very close to river. Very friendly staff. Pool of the roof. Good Wi-Fi. Modern stylish room. Bath with jacuzzi.

Rooftop swimming pool was closed for maintenance. That was not mentioned during booking. Brewed coffee at breakfast was bitter. So we odered expensive latte instead.

great space/value for location.

great space and rooftop pool. staff was amazing. they even offered to watch my luggage at check out and told me I could use the showers near the pool if I needed to after check out. so accommodating.

still some parts that I believe they are remodeling. the gym has the basics but could use a little more love.
