Location is the best but the sales team should work on their rates especially for recurring guests

Location was excellent , it was near the place of work we came for and near to the Metro, sky train and 2 shopping malls the Central and Union mall. There was a little 7-eleven shop right near the hotel. Staff were very efficient and helpful

We stayed for over 2 months at the hotel but we didn't get any special treatment as far as the pricing is concerned. We booked another room for almost 36 nights for my daughter but the price was normal rate. The cleanless of the rooms was not good enough. The 2 rooms we booked were full of small aunts and we informed them about that but they just brought insects spray which wasn't effective. The WiFi quality was bad and we had to change our room to get better quality WiFi. They then connected us to a special WiFi but still wasn't speedy enough. The rooms were overlooking the main road and the noise of motorbikes throughout the night was very very disturbing . They could have had better sound proofing on the windows.

Plutôt bien

Emplacement très bien à côté du métro et métro aérien. Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner correct, piscine bien, personnel accueillant, literie ok sauf oreiller. Propre, ménage ok tous les jours.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel situé à proximité de Chatuchack

Emplacement, chambre, piscine, salle de fitness Personnel souriant Proche des transports publics (BTS + Metro) et de quelques centres commerciaux, ainsi que du marché du week-end de Chatuchak (raison de notre choix)

Le niveau d'anglais du personnel semblait limité. Le petit-déjeuner aurait pu être de meilleure qualité : viennoiseries caoutchouteuses, oeufs froids, peu de fruits, thé pas appétissant (dépôts)

Stylish hotel, good location

Pleasantly surprised. I needed a hotel close to Mo Chit transit for an overnight stay and decided to try this one. Much nicer than I expected. The room was nicely appointed and a good size. The fitness center was probably the largest and nicest one of any hotel I've ever stayed. The pool was also beautiful. Very close to mass transit. The next time I need to stay in Bangkok for a longer period, I'll definitely return.

Not really to do with the hotel, but the 7-11 next to the lobby may be the only 7-1+ I've ever been on that doesn't sell alcohol.

I have stayed here many times and is always a pleasure to visit.

Hotel is in a great location for restaurants and bars, also in walking distance to plenty of shopping centers. Very nice swimming pool.

Nice stay with good breakfast, clean room. Location near to MRT station and shopping mall.

Room is clean but there is an unpleasant smell whenever I entered my room or when the housekeeper is cleaning the room. Other than this all are good. Breakfast buffet is good. Property is very near to MRT station and is very convenient.

Good facilities and convenient for the train station

Appreciated the early check in after a long sleeper train journey. Good pool for swimming, excellent gym, plentiful breakfast. Good coffee shop in the lobby and a 7-11 for snacks. Comfy bed. Right next to the blue line station for quick access to the main railway station at Bang Sue.

Limited choice for eating locally so had lunch in the restaurant which was very poor. 17% added to already high prices. Very limited choice for vegetarians, even the pumpkin soup came with slices of sausage on top :(

Zimmer angenehm groß, Betten sehr bequem. Schönes Bad mit großer Dusche. Frühstück sehr vielseitig. Metro direkt am Hotel (ca. 25 Min bis zur Haltestelle für die Altstadt/Tempel). Mall mit Food-Court gegenüber. Großer Pool.

Lärm von der Straße. Balkontür schließt nicht richtig. Personal im Restaurant (v.a. am Abend) könnte aufmerksamer sein.

Overall pleasant, but was disrupted by rude and entitled guests next door.

Near to union mall and central ladphrao. Near to metro stations, need to change mrt lines to get to central Bkk.

You need to check the ventilation.

The room is beautiful and comfortable. The AC worked well, so you could keep the room as cool as you want.

There was always some kind of smell in the room and the windows don’t open. Sometimes it smelled of chemicals, possibly cleaning supplies, sometimes it smelled of mildew or something similar

早餐豐富，自助餐式，西式、泰式、中式稀飯什麼都有，雖然飯店樓下就有7-11，每次入住還是會選擇買早餐。我個人非常喜歡這家飯店，因為我到泰國一半商務、一半旅遊，這個地點對我來說非常好，Quarter就是有基本品質的連鎖飯店，我實在沒有很想要繼續寫那麼多優點，因為會變得不好訂、房價會變高，哈哈哈。對了！這家飯店的服務人員都很好。我很喜歡他們。

房間有時會稍微有一點點潮濕。

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge

Bra läge nära metro och bts, samt två stora köpcentrum med många matställen. Nära chatuchak nattmarknad och tre fina parker. En del matställen på trottoarerna. Rummen bra med sköna sängar. Bra dusch. Stort kylskåp och bra minibar med rimliga priser. Bra roomservice med god mat till bra pris.

En hel del ljud om man väljer poolsidan på grund av trafik och barer med livemusik. Lugnare på andra sidan.

Too Loud No Sleep

Comfortable bed and great amenities.

Very poor insulation. You can hear everything. Front desk staff needs retraining. Unable to sleep the two nights we were there due to other guests yelling, slamming doors, and neighbors talking loudly and across the hall, until the wee hours of the morning. The front desk hangs up when you complain. Changing rooms did not fix the problem. Apparently the staff is afraid of the Chinese guests.

The place is clean, close to the MRT and BTS - also a reasonabley good mall across the road Large rooms

Doors are thin and not sound proof at all - in fact you can see the gaps : which means you hear everything in the hall, across the hall and any noisy people. Might as well had the door open. One lift broken still after 4 days

Location is the best

The location is so good near MRT and BTS and they have 7-11 in front of the hotel

Shampoo and body wash in the hotel it’s not good for my skin ,I recommend bring your own shampoo and body wash .
