This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

We had plenty of room for 8 (4 adults 4 children 10 and under). The swmming pools, the outdoor games and the arcade were great. We did not get a chnce to play the mini golf due to rain from hurricane Debbie. We will stay here again.

We visited with our family including two children. The resort was wonderful and the kids really enjoyed the game room, pools, and mini golf. Perfect location close to Busch Gardens, Water country USA, and Colonial Williamsburg. We had an issue with the dishwasher but the property management did respond quickly.

Checked in no problem. When going to 2nd desk for maps of things and trying to get you to sign up for presentation, the guy seemed very knowledgeable about local tricks of seeing places but I came to realize half the things he told me were no true. Once going to our rooms, we had 6 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor with my family of 7 and littlest being 2. The door for entrance to the building was broke. A/C in 1 unit was set to 84 and took til middle of night to cool down. Maintenance did come right away but A/c just took time and the door needs a whole new frame eventually. Place looked quick clean. Spiderwebs, smelled dusty, dishwasher rack is rusted and broken. Didn’t feel 100% safe so at night with door locks we put chairs and table in front to feel safer while sleeping. activities were a lot to choose from even though we didn’t use all. We did play mini golf, arcade games, big outdoor checkers and used grill. Mini golf needs a lot of repairs but still fun. We wanted to use pool but it was so packed we didn’t feel comfortable getting our family in with a-lot of rowdy people that were neck to neck with each other. Loved the location! We did have great communication with building and property management. We probably wouldn’t choose this place again personally to find a less populated home to be free in our space and the outdoors.

We absolutely recommend this property for a fun family getaway. We were excited to stay and be close to all that downtown and colonial Williamsburg have to offer. We wanted to utilize passes to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA while also getting to explore Colonial Williamsburg and look at the surrounding area of William and Mary and the resort location to do so was perfect, everything was within a 5-15-minute drive. The staff and maintenance people were awesome. We had an issue with the AC the first night, but the front desk sent someone over immediately (it was 11 pm), gave us some box fans for the night, had someone out fixing it by 8 am and checked a few hours later that everything was working or if we needed anything else. The staff near the pool and in the amenities area were friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area or things going on at the resort. The amenities at the resort were great, the grills were conveniently located and clean, the activities that were offered were great for all ages, we have kids from age 9 to 16 and everyone found something fun to do from mini golf, swimming, pickleball, air hockey and more, we could have stayed at the resort the entire week and not been bored. The staff at check-in were very kind and did not push the resort buy in meetings that usually come with staying at a resort like this for a week. Our family has a great time kicking off our summer here. Overall, a great experience and place to stay and relax.

Was totally surprised this was a time share property and they tried to get us to do a “90 minute presentation”. The condo was ok big beds in small rooms. Beds were comfortable. Appliances old but worked. Unable to use room phones to call staff. Overall nothing special. Pools were nice, game room for kids was great.

My mother in law wanted to visit colonial williamsburg to celebrate her 80th birthday and we wanted to stay at a property where the group of 7 of us could stay together. This three bedroom property was perfect for our visit. Less than five minutes from downtown. Property was clean and had everything we needed. A little time share hustle at check in but I escaped unscathed.

This apartment was wonderful! Clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space. We were close to everything! The resort is full of amenities. We attended a cheese making class and the teenagers enjoyed the indoor pool and mini golf. We'd definitely stay here again and woul recommended it to anyone visiting the area!

Our family of 4 traveled up from VA Beach for the weekend for a swim meet. Made a weekend of it. Check in was easy and everyone was friendly! The rooms were great! Lots of space for everyone. The place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

The trip was a bucket list trip for my mother. She had wanted to see Colonial Williamsburg for many years. The location was wonderful for our large group. There were 7 of us staying and there was plenty of room for us to crash after a very long day of visiting the near by historic sites. Our host was very attentive and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.

Our stay was wonderful! Above and beyond what was expected. Lots of things to do and places to go. Plus there’s a cafe on site that has great nachos and other light fare if you are looking for a quick bite. I only wish they served breakfast too. ;) Will definitely stay again. We were in Williamsburg to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg Winery and Busch Gardens. This resort is a Wyndham property that was close to all of these sites. We had our two grown daughters and their husbands and were all comfortable and not crowded in our two adjoining units. Matt was quick to respond to any questions.

The unit was just as described, close to everything we wanted to see and do, had ample space for all of us and even included detergent for the washer and soap in the kitchen. Matt and Michael were very pleasant to deal with and would fall to explain any concerns prior to arrival. We will stay here again.

We and our family went for a vacation to Williamsburg and we could not be happier with our stay. The place has everything you need. From arcade, outdoor and indoor pool, sauna, golf, 24/7 customer service and what not. Its also closest to Colonial Williamsburg. The place was spacious, clean and very tidy. Owner was awesome gentleman and responded to our messages quick. Happy to vouch for this stay.
