This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is a relaxing vacation resort on the Virginia Peninsula and is located close to some of Williamsburg's top attractions. Located within a couple miles away is Williamsburg Historic area. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool and one children's pool. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, miniature golf, billiards room and tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This beautiful condo also has a balcony and is 1,542 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

As a whole our stay was good. Mostly clean and close to a variety of things to do. Everyone was friendly. Some days were a little cool so it would have been nice to use the indoor pool. We didn't know it was going to be closed for renovations until a few days before our arrival. A few extra blankets would've been nice for those who get more than others. Overall we'd stay again.

We love staying at this resort as it’s in a fantastic location and has a couple of great amenities on the property. This trip the room wasn’t as good as we’ve had in the past. It as as if we may have been at the older side of the property. Still had everything we needed and worked just fine. Owners listing was spot on and they were wonderful about communicating

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The very few issues we had like closet door was off the track, sheets for sleeper sofa unable to find were promptly fixed. Great experience. We intend to return.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this condo and all the amenities it comes with . First off, the condo is impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable in spacious rooms. We spent every morning on the balcony with our coffee watching the wildlife (deer, birds, groundhogs etc.). Colonial Williamsburg is only a couple miles away with Jamestown and Yorktown not too far either..The grounds offer so much after a busy day of exploring such as 2 pools and hot tubs, mini golf, fire pit and some table games. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to Williamsburg!

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. A couple of things that need addressing - we were not pleased with the filter system. It did not appear it had been cleaned in a good while or had new filters. A couple ladies had some allergy problems and it seemed to cause them more problems. The microwave was very loud. The shower in the primary was very low.

The place was large and clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots. The kids loved the resort amenities (pool, mini golf, billiards) and the resort staff were responsive.

This was our third booking on this property. We love the location and the property itself. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space and everything we needed. I hope the property will bring back more of its social events but of course, understand why they don't have many at this time. Just a wish for the future.

First, let me say that Matt was wonderful to work with. So none of this reflects on him. We had some housekeeping issues that management was going to resolve but they never did and failed to contact us to discuss after saying they would. Overall the place was fine but we would not rush to go back to that Wyndham.

This clean, spacious, and comfortable 3 BR condo was perfect for a weekend trip with two friends and our 4 young children. We had enough space, and everything we needed was available. We especially enjoyed using the resort's indoor hot tub and pool before we left. If we had come during warmer weather, we would've made use of the resort's playground and mini-golf course, too. This is a family-friendly place.

Great experience!!! The 3 bedrooms helped everyone get a little rest in between all of the daily activities. The kitchen was nice, the landscaping was beautiful, the pools were never crowded, and the staff was extremely helpful! We truly enjoyed our trip. They did ask us to attend a timeshare presentation at check in but we politely declined. They continued to give us great advice about places to visit and eat and never asked again about the presentation. It was cheaper, nicer, and better than any hotel we considered!

Great place and loved it but regarding the Wyndham resort , it closed indoor pool with threat of storm which did not make sense. That was disappointing . Was sent to sales lobby from security at entrance but was waiting 10 min to be told this was not the place to register.

This was everything we could if asked for our stay. The community was clean and inviting. The pool was amazing, having children of all ages! Location was convenient to all attractions. The condo was a perfect size for 8 people- 6 adults and 2 little children. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Nice and lots of space for everyone. The tile needs to be addressed in the master bath and our guests complained about standing in the concave tub in the guest bath. We did get talked into the Wyndham sales presentation for cheaper Williamsburg tickets. Not worth the savings! Wasted a half day of vacation even though they say it would be only an hour and 1/2, it ended up being 3 hours if you want the gifts. We did have a wonderful time at Historic Williamsburg.

Feels like a home away from home! We were in town for my son's Coast Guard graduation. We were able to have family stay together and were able to have a great visit. Great location in relation to USCG base and sites!

I was SUPER impressed by the cleanliness of this property. The pictures online do not do it justice. This particular unit is gorgeous. It looks as though it has just been remodeled. It is much more modern than the pictures. I am VERY particular about where I stay when I travel and I can honestly say, this is by far the nicest.

The grounds and the room were great! The desk was very helpful in some ways. We needed toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors as ours were left in our previous hotel in South Carolina. The only problem we had was the cable. The management contacted me via text asking if they could do anything for us. The cable did not work in two of the bedrooms. I told them this on the first of our four day stay. They said they would be in on the second morning to fix it. We went out and came back in later in the day. They had not fixed it. I contacted them again. They didn't fix it by the next night. I checked it out myself and found that it had been hooked up incorrectly. I fixed one of the televisions. I could not access the other place where the cable connected to the wall. So I couldn't fix it. I texted the manager telling them what was wrong. Long story short. No one ever came to fix the cable the whole time we were there. It wasn't a giant issue since we had the use of the television in the living room. But, it does show a lack of service in that area. All in all the room was great. But the service has a few shortcomings.

Had a really enjoyable and relaxing week in Williamsburg after 9 days of city life in New York & Washington. Very relaxed, especially as not too busy. No queue for mini golf, basketball or for loungers around the pool. Plenty of interesting things to do near the site. Only slight annoyance was the persistence on the welcome team to get us to come to a free breakfast or lunch, when we know from other reviews that this was just going to be a sales pitch which (being from the UK) we were not interested in! However, the accommodation and location were lovely - a credit to the owner.
