This place was stunning from the home decor to the view out the window. It’s was very clean and the property managers were very responsive when questions were asked. Absolutely no disappointment with our choice.

Our family had an amazing visit to Whitefish. The Huckleberry Lodge was a great space for our extended family of 2 families with a total of 5 kids, plus grandparents. The kids enjoyed the house and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms were very nice and beds comfortable. We all enjoyed the Great room with fireplace, and the outside deck with hot tub, plus the kitchen is sufficient.
The town of Whitefish and the surrounding areas are really great. Glacier National Park is incredible. We all had an amazing time and are sad to leave. We would LOVE to come back!

The house is very big, the view of the mountians is spectacular, the bedrooms are big, the hot tub was very relaxing, and it was a short 15 minute drive into downtown Whitefish. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The place was plenty big enough for the group and stacked with games and everything else you could need. It's a short walk to ski out and a little further to ski in without the one chairlift running. The hot tub could be bigger for a place that accommodates so many people. The rooms are very spacious, overall great stay.

Highland Huckleberry Lodge was even better than expected. Spacious enough for our two families of four. The bunk room was a great escape for the kids and the ping pong table was great for added competition. The adults loved the hot tub and the fireplaces throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grill made it easy to cook dinners all week. Proximity to the mountain was perfect even if the snow wasn't good enough for ski in/ ski out. A short drive to town for the nights we didn't feel like cooking. The house was clean and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful home, awesome location on the mountain, prompt snow removal, helpful communication, and decked out for Christmas!

House was beautiful and situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
House had plenty of room for the four of us and was like new. Had plenty of amenities and truly enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks on the back deck with views of the mountain and ski resort.
Would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area looking for a place close to the parks, ski resort and town.

We had a great stay at the Huckleberry Lodge. Accommodated our group of 10 easily and comfortably. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive down to town - super easy. Beautiful location and fully stocked!

Congrats on bedroom air filters, but the swamp coolers provided inadequate cooling and the dust filters need replacing in the swamp coolers. Temps inside averaged 90F and were uncomfortable throughout our stay. Tnx for copious fans, but perhaps a whole-house fan —absence forest fires—could help cool the house at night to get some thermal inertia if air conditioning system is out of the question.
BIG SAFETY PROBLEM: On opening the oven door, I was enveloped in high temperature stream that slightly burned my face. Glasses protected my eyes. Try baking with the convection oven 425F with a heavy pan of baked sweet potatoes. Literally I was enveloped in a cloud of high temp steam as I cracked open the oven. Not sure what the problem is. Oven had been off for 10 minutes after a 45 minute cooking cycle. This problem is DANGEROUS and puts your clients, the owner and your agency at risk.

We rented this house (and 1 other from this company) for our elopement. We had around 30 people, all from out of state, and these two houses together were great for our group. Plenty of space to hang out, have meals together, cook, get ready for the wedding, take some neat pictures, and still have some space to share. Between table games, a hot tub, and small appliances, the house had everything we needed! The location is one of the best parts. It's on the mountain a little ways out of town to provide privacy and the feeling of being in Montana, but not too far outside of Whitefish either.

Have stayed there twice. May/June and again in September. The home is beautifully designed and functional. Family room flows past fireplace into dining room and kitchen. The entire house is sensibly planned. Very convenient with panoramic views of the mountain. In summary, the house is fantastic.
Location to mountain and skiing is super convenient. Town of Whitefish is a few minutes drive. Variety of restaurants and shops. Not far from Glacial National Park. We plan to return again in the summer for the relaxation, hiking, exploring the area around Whitefish and fresh air. The house and Whitefish will be part of our annual vacation plans.

I have stayed in many vacation homes and this home is one of my favorites! The location is perfect. The ski runs are easily accessible right outside the house. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the beautiful view of the mountains. This home is so comfortable. There are 3 king size beds all with their own bathrooms. There is a large bunk room downstairs. The house is well stocked with anything you need. It has such a warm inviting feel throughout. There is also an upstairs nook which has a zen den. A perfect place to exercise or meditate. I can't wait to stay here again. You are also only 15 min from the downtown area full of wonderful restaurants and shops. The lake is also close by. This is the perfect place whether it's winter or summer!

This house was so comfortable, kid friendly and clean. Plenty of space for multiple families. Ski in and out was so convenient instead of having to load, park, unload and repeat. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at the Highland Huckleberry Lodge. The home is very well appointed with all the amenities that you need for a special family vacation. The beds are very comfortable. My daughter and her cousins LOVED the bunk room and the ping pong table. My favorite spot was the Zen Den, a little loft above the family room where I could sneak in my morning yoga before hitting the slopes. The property is easy to ski in and out of and I absolutely LOVE the Big Mountain resort.
We had a wonderful family get away! I will be back!

We had such a great time at the house! Our bedroom had a fireplace and the bathroom was amazing! Love the little touches, Boot warmers and lots of kitchen utensils for cooking. Will be back for sure !

This is a wonderful home with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. No need to get bear spray, or a cooler for lake adventures. Everything you need is in the house. Our boys loved the basketball hoop and ping pong table. A resident deer was also there welcoming us home every evening. Matt at Vacay went above and beyond with his service when we needed it. We are so thankful for the high level of service and support from Vacay and will rent from them again when we're back in glorious Whitefish.

Our group of 9 friends really enjoyed our stay at Huckleberry Lodge! The home was spacious and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The location was fantastic, close to Whitefish and GNP. We were able to go to the nearby ski resort to take the ski lift up to the top for some amazing views. We also saw so many deer just walking the neighborhood which was really neat. When we first got to the home, we had a minor issue but management was very quick to respond and help resolve the issue. My only complaint is that the home says it has air conditioning. The air conditioning is portable ac units in each room. It was pretty warm when we first got to the property, but as the week went on and the weather cooled, it was fine. But overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

This house was fantastic for our group of 4 couples. The house is spacious with great amenities. The highlights for our group included the location to the mountain, hot tub, & views. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. This is definitely a property and destination we will consider for future ski vacations.

Huckleberry Lodge is a beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 8 friends staying here for a long weekend. The house is amazing! So much room, gorgeous views and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Other travelers left some basic food in the pantry, which was great as we were able to grill a full steak dinner one night (we also left over the boxed food we didn't finish). The house was so comfortable, we loved being able to relax.

I was a bit annoyed that they gave us the wrong code to get in initially and that there was no AC and that wasn’t outlined more clearly. Also, the master bedroom fuses kept breaking. They were minor annoyances but things that could make the experience perfect for the next guess if addressed

Annual Friends Ski Trip
I came with a group of friends for our annual ski vacation. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
Access to ski was a quick, 1-minute walk from the end of the driveway.
In order to get to town you do need a car.
I would recommend staying at this property.

The house was very nice. It is not a completely accurate description that it is skids coat. You can ski into the house but it is a bit of a walk to ski out. If you have any intention of coming back to the house during the day it is too far to do so. Also, the lottery machines did not work properly. We called the management company once they told us we were not using it properly. I continue to malfunction so a real technician Was dispatched. He told us that it was improperly installed Edward not work properly the way it was. Aside from those two issues we had a nice time.

House was super nice, and in great shape. High-quality all around. Furniture in great shape, house was clean, shampoo/body wash in all the bathrooms, and kitchen stocked nicely. We had a great guys retreat, and spent most of our time at Whitefish Resort, Downtown Whitefish, and Glacier National Park. However, was a real treat coming back to this property every night. Very comfortable and really enjoyed it!

This home is true to the description online. Very nicely appointed and easy access to the slopes. We would definitely come back to this home.
