One of five unique and private guesthouses that make up “The Gathering Guesthouses,” the Farmhouse is on the edge of town away from the hustle of Main Street , but only a short 5 minute drive to Main Street and offers an expansive outdoor entertainment area for guests to enjoy.
The Space:
Master Bedroom: King sized bed with high-end linens, reading chair, TV with Roku, private on-suite with walk-in shower, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).
Bedrooms 2 and 3 (downstairs, each sleeps 2): King sized beds with high-end linens, reading chairs, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).
Bedroom 4 (upstairs, sleeps 2-4): King sized bed with high-end linens, queen sized pull-out tempurpedic sofa bed, optional privacy curtain between sleeping spaces, TV with Roku, bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).

Absolutely perfect house for our family for a 3 day getaway! The house is beautiful and well appointed to meet all of your needs. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor areas. The beds were all very comfortable and the house and property were extremely well maintained!! We will be back soon!

This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It was very roomy and comfortable very clean and the decor was delightful. The back yard was gorgeous like out of a magazine. We all agreed we plan to stay here next time we are in fb. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable ❤️

This is the nicest place I have stayed to date! What a charming house with every amenity! Cute, Cozy, Comfortable and Clean
There were 5 of us in total. My daughter, my 3 daughters-in-law and me.
The backyard was amazing and we had so much fun in the beautiful pool, playing games outside and roasting marshmellows in the fireplace!

I always get a little anxious when booking houses because sometimes the pictures don’t acutely represent the property but this was the exception!!! This property was more amazing than we could have imagined. Impeccably decorated, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor space- it truly had it all! We had 8 girls in our party and we all had plenty of space. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place private, no one behind can rent all 5 houses and all gather at this pool house patio and bar area.
The house had double key deadbolts which is in violation of the national fire code as you are locked in without the key in the lock. There were 2 doors so it is impossible to have a key in both as we only had one.
They said they would notify the owner when i informed them of the safety issue and violation. This violates fire code and must be fixed. IT may or may not be the same on the other 4 houses.
minor issue nice to have makeup mirrors but the bad blues led light upstairs was so lo and off color could not see in the mirror. The hall bath top of sink is i guess about 52 plus inches and my sister at 5ft 2 could not wash her face as it was too high, highest.
other wise the place was nice and in good condition... we stay at many VRBOS a year.

This property was amazing. The pool was awesome, especially with the extreme heat. The ac is the house worked perfectly. The pool house especially with the full bathroom is perfect when getting out of the pool. The management was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

This house is so spacious and fit my group of friends & couples so well. Basically 2 living rooms which was wonderful. The backyard was AMAZING. So much space to hang out.
Very quiet neighborhood…. Neighbors are very close but we had no issues with that.

We were all surprised how big and spacious the house was. Plenty of room for 9 people to spread out. Although it was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, it was absolutely beautiful. All the lighting outside made it so peaceful and relaxing to be outside. The hot tub was amazing on our chilly winter nights and the outdoor full kitchen with fridge saved us a trip inside for drink refills. The restroom outside kept us from having to walk in to the house soaking wet. Would highly recommend the space!

Our family wanted to get away from the city for a weekend, but didn't want to do anything too complicated or busy. The Farmhouse was absolute perfection!! From the minute we walked into this amazingly decorated and appointed house, we knew we chose correctly. In fact, we were very close to calling off our one day to shop/eat/etc. in town because the kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool and outside area so much. We could not have asked for more in a vacation house and will most definitely be back!

We had 6 adults and 2 children. It was a perfect place. The pool is amazing. All of the mattresses were very comfortable, and I'm very picky about that. The outdoor areas were the best. Basketball court, hot tub, big grill, covered seating. The management staff was extremely responsive. We had an issue when we first arrived and they took care of it right away.

The pictures cannot do this property justice. We didn’t want to leave! The outdoor pool, fireplace, kitchen, bath, hot tub and basketball court...beyond our wildest expectations. We ended up extending our stay because we could not bare to leave! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen had all we needed. There is plenty of room for spreading out! I can’t say enough positive things and can’t wAit to come back!

The property was exactly as the pictures. The decor was so well done and A+ for comfort! The outdoor space was so relaxing! Our group had great fun and plan to return. As a side note there was no place to hang clothes in the master so the couple went to Walmart and bought a rack. Other than that hiccup we loved it!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We used every bit of the property. We did the polar bear plunge after spending time in the hot tub. The out door fire was nice. The beds were very comfortable. We also used the basketball court. We would love to stay again.

We had a great visit at The Farmhouse and loved the home. Our favorite part was the back yard pool and outdoor living center although I must say the beds and bedding were so comfortable, everyone commented on how good they slept.
I need the name/brand of the pillows and sheets please! Our group will be back, we had a blast!

Perfect for a group of ladies just wanting to relax and/or enjoy the local attractions. Close enough to town for a quick walk and just secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful surrounding. We loved every minute of our stay!

This was our second time staying at this property, June 2017, and it is still a great property for groups. We love the pool and outdoor area in general. However the property is starting to show some wear and tear in some areas, inside and outside kitchen. And now the master bedroom closet is locked, which last trip was a favorite of the wives for getting ready and doing their makeup, and I had no where for my hanging clothes. The couples in the front of the house couldn't get their rooms cool enough, regardless of what they set the thermostat to. No major issues other than those small things.

The house was beautiful with 4 king beds and a pull out couch our 8 ladies were very comfortable. They have thought of everything! You will not be disappointed!

I planned a girls weekend, and one of the things that really attracted me to this property was the pool and the amount of room this house has. We had a total of 10 girls, and everyone had plenty of room! There are 4 bedrooms (4 bathrooms- one bathroom is outside by the pool) and every bed is a king (one room has a bed and also a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen). The house is well decorated, and you can tell the owners didn’t skimp out on any detail! It seriously looked like Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper decorated the house. The pool and backyard was very relaxing, and was the perfect place to have my morning coffee. This would be a great house to rent with other couples, because the backyard/pool area also has an outdoor kitchen area to grill. The house comes well stocked with just about anything you could think of, minus groceries of course. This house is located right on the edge of town, so I felt like we had a lot of privacy, but were close to everything, and about a mile from the grocery store. The owners and property manager (Brenda) are very friendly and quick to respond! Our stay was absolutely perfect, and I hope to stay at this property again!! I highly recommend this place!

We had 5 couples that stayed 3 nights. The Farmhouse was perfect, beds were comfortable and all the amenities that we needed were there. Plenty of towels to shower with and plenty of bigger towels for the pool. The backyard is awesome, from the pool to the outdoor kitchen, everything was great. We even used the basketball court for a quick game!! We highly recommend.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely “oasis” in the hill country. Although it was only a few blocks away from Fredericksburg’s shops and an HEB, once you stepped through the doors you were in your own private retreat. The house itself was a picture of country charm – beautifully decorated with antiques yet warm and welcoming. With 3 living areas and 4 bedrooms we had plenty of space, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept better than at home. The kitchen was well stocked so when we didn’t feel like dining out we were able to enjoy meals at home around one of the large dining tables. As much as we enjoyed the indoors, the outdoors blew us away – with its landscaped gardens, huge outdoor kitchen, comfy seating, TV, spectacular waterfall pool, fireplace and BB court. In the evenings we enjoyed watching the sunset over the open countryside beyond the house. This truly was a special place that my family hopes to enjoy again!

Our family get-together could not have been more perfect. The Farmhouse was decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were all so luxurious and comfy. We really enjoyed the beautiful and inviting pool as well as the outdoor kitchen area. We will definitely return to the Farmhouse!

Stayed here for our annual girls trip. We had 7 people and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities. Just a short uber trip away from shopping, dining, wine tours and spas. Would definitely recommend!!
