No complaints about our stay. The property was as advertised. Could use a few updates and some TLC, but nothing terrible. Acceptable value for the money. I would book again.

Point Sebago has always been one of our families favorite places to vacation- so many activities, great water activities (swim/fish/boat/canoe) but their cabins are smaller and expensive, 1019 was a great way for our family to enjoy Point Sebago! Clean house, great location, washer and dryer, and plenty of room for six without feeling your on top of one another! Cant wait to come back next summer!

Street location good. Light switches broken. Washing machine dial broken. Furniture old and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, no TV or internet.
Trapped (2) mice in kitchen. A plus, heat & a/c worked great.

The cottage is as described and had a/c which was appreciated cuz there was a heat wave while we were there. It’s in a more private part of the campground so not as much coming and going as is closer to the lake. The style definitely dated but was fine for our stay. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus. There’s plenty to do in the resort and nearby so make sure to get out and explore. Paula always answered our questions and was accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day.

The location was perfect within the resort. Not too far away from everything. The cottage was the perfect size for my family of 4 and was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great picture might stay
The property was clean. Had all the cooking items needed. We brought our own linens and towels and they had a washer dryer. Renting a golf cart is a must as property is in quiet area away from the beach. Great communication with owner.

Made the most of our stay…
The cabin was in a good location in Point Sebago. The house seemed cleaned. AC worked great. With that said…it was very run down, unkept, water pressure in shower was terrible, we had hornets daily inside, several outlets did not work, charcoal grill was nice but inconvenient, parking was tight with truck and golf cart, kids bikes, bureau draws were broken, etc. The unit just needs some TLC. It was not cheap to rent and if you compare to others around it you can immediately see what it could be. We have rented multiple units/stays at Point Sebago over the years…This served our last minute needs but would not rent again unfortunately (unless improvements sre made).

Quaint but a few issues…
The house was in a great location, very quaint and a homey feeling. But there were a few issues. We had a leak in the kitchen (not sure it was resolved after notifying the owner) also bees in the bathroom and some mice. The house only has 2 small ceiling fans in the bedrooms, no fan or AC in main living space, making the house hot and uncomfortable during the day. We ended up leaving the night before our check out date because we couldn’t take it anymore. We’ve been coming to point Sebago for 3 years now and I’ve never had issues with rentals until this stay.

Family vacation
Clean comfortable cabin. Spent most of the week at the beach. The spacious cottage was a perfect hideout during a rain storm. Plenty of room for relaxing and cooking. Close to all the fun activities at the resort. Planning next year’s vacation already

Maintenance
Cleanest of rental is important but maintaining unit is also. Wooded area needs attention to amount of insects musty orders in unit being able to use outside decks tables chairs also if something is broken follow up to see it is repaired. POINT SEBAGO is very nice.

Wonderful family vacation
Great Home to stay in, home was comfortable and very clean, everything we needed was there. Point Sebgo was a place I grew up going to and enjoyed very much, and this visit was able to take the family with our son being one, we had so much fun, We are looking to start making this a family tradition and going back every year. The other thing we did like about this home was that we were able to bring our dog with us away on vacation. We will be recommending this home to our family and friends, and looking to stay back here in the future.
