Better than expected! House is clean, neat and has everything you need to enjoy a fun week in Point Sebago. Within walking distance of all amenities. We brought a wagon to carry chairs, canopy, cooler, etc to beach and it worked out perfectly.

The cottage was neat and clean and had a very nice back yard with a firepit and plenty of room for sitting around with 8 or 9 chairs. Outdoor back porch with awning covering nice patio table and six chairs. Great grill!
Loved the beautiful, large beach area right on Sebago Lake.
Nice flat beach made for excellent walking, and great swimming for visiting grandchildren.
Would definitely come back again and again.!
