Never again

I didn’t like any thing from this property, they were rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to the property they told me my reservation was cancel.

Clean rooms better

Location was the only good thing about the Citi express.

We arrived at the location parking was bad the room was dirty restroom and shower where not clean had to call room service to have it cleaned bed was small no extra pillows or covers.

Should be worth 40 dollars a night like a gutter motel. Not 250 dollars a night like a 4,5 star hotel.

New hotel and Cleaner

It was ok but many things missing ducha as a safe , very basic . I think they didn’t finish to do everything. Not even a curtain in the shower !

Overpriced and not being able to rest. No thank you!

It was modern and clean. There was free breakfast both mornings, they had simple but a couple of options were available.

There system was down so first night there no internet at all or phone lines, when I got to my room even though I arrived 4 hrs after check in we had no towels or shampoo in our room. Next day supper early in the morning staff banged on door waking me up to give be 2 pool towels. I told him we needed towels to shower he said that we could use close pool towels. I wanted to go back to sleep and then the cleaning staff began in my door saying she was taking attendance!!! Really?? Crazy lady didn’t let me sleep. The next day same thing I was waken up super early by cleaning staff banging on doors saying she was just running a list!!! I did not get any rest both nights.

The hotel seemed run down. The towels were old and dingy, they did not have actual pillows- just three square throw pillows that were quite worn. The hotel didn’t not feel clean

Your front desk checked me in an occupy room...this was VERY embarrassing for me and my wife !!!!! I met with your manager on 6/18/23 by noon, I believe her name was Paola, she did nothing to compensate for the incident . We paid over $200 for the one night stay and honestly it was not worth the experience. Thank you

I would stay here again!

Modern, clean, nice rooms, free parking, complimentary breakfast, pets allowed.

Our room’s bed had some stains on the sheets, so we called the front desk and they were able to move us rooms. I was hoping for a closer “pet relief” station other than outside, more so because it was raining so some cover for it would have been nice.
