The house is clean , large and comfortable . We only stayed 2 nights and did not have time explore the surrounds with the bikes or garden but overall happy with the stay and was very comfortable for 8 of us and our labradoodle.

Beautiful property, great size yard and outdoor spa! Huge kitchen and enough bathrooms and toilets no one every had to wait. Would stay again!!

The pictures make the house look smaller than it is, great facilities, plenty of space for 12 people to comfortably stay.

House very modern, all amenities were as described on the website. The spa outside was ready to go but set quiet warm so only went in once on our stay. Bikes were available as was the paddle board and kayak. Walking distance to a beach but no shark nets. It is about a 45 minute walk along the foreshore path into the Busselton Jetty. If driving only minutes. Overall great house

We stayed for the week and it was lovely to arrive to a beautiful clean house. Everything was as described and we all settled in well.
A few little things that may help others - the sprinklers came on most mornings, we often had left our towels to dry on the spa fence, which meant they would be saturated the next morning. Some warning of when they would be coming on would be good, just to make sure nothing was left out.
The dishwasher did play up a bit - we had to unclog it and run a clean through it, but otherwise all ok.
And like someone had said previously, some instructions for the spa would be good. We would put it on clean at the end of the day but it would continue to turn on afterwards and keep running. It was a bit of a guessing game to sort it out.
Other than those few little things it really was a lovely place to stay, with 4 adults and 7 kids it was a perfect size. Would definitely recommend to others.

Layout of house excellent for large group. We were a group of 8 with three children (who used bunk bedroom) and 5 adults (only one couple in that). Children have their own area with TV, couch and some toys. living area spacious and kitchen well appointed with all equipment required to enjoy self catering. Enjoyed having the two additional separate toilets with two additional handbasins with power points and mirrors near each. Outdoor spa and alfresco area was used a lot by our group. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water was a bonus. Laundry was great. We also used the supplied sports equipment but didn't have time to use the bikes available in the back shed. The close proximity to the main road was of concern at first. We had young children and there is no fence between house and road. This ended up being of little concern. The traffic noise also was not an issue as it was quiet after about 8 pm. Plenty of bathroom supplies and bedroom linen. Only complaint would be no coffee pods as a starter for the provided Nespresso machine. We took coffee grounds but there was no coffee plunger either. Also we were there for 7 nights and only had two sachets for the dishwasher and three kitchen bin bags.
The outside back lawn and swing plus play area were well used and safe from the road.

We love this house...a fabulous big backyard and swing which the kids love. The layout of the house is fabulous too as two families can have privacy and then come together for dinner and game time! Highly recommend!

Very clean and well maintained property. Very spacious, even though we had 12 adutls, we felt we have alot of space. Lots of space for our two large cars. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone with a large family!

Great holiday house for three families. Perfect house for that. Easy location. Separate wing for all the kids. Definitely recommend and we would stay again.

This property was very spacious and coped easily with a large group. It was very well equipped inside, and the bikes and spa were a real bonus. There was a bit of traffic noise from the highway, but it was not a big problem. Good access to the beach and tourist locations.

The property was beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With 6 adults and 5 children, the property was big enough for us to not feel like we were living on top of each other. The fire and spa were highlights, as was the swing.
It was a lovely short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t fault a thing! House was perfect for our extended family ranging 1 - 80+ years. We will definitely be back!

Great property - neat and clean. On Bussel Hwy but still quiet and good access to the Margaret river region. Perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends. Spa was a bonus!

Ahh the serenity……..
The house was a decent size for 12 people. Couch in the family/games area needs to be bigger so more than a couple of kids can sit in there to watch a movie.
Unfortunately three of the rooms are located at the front of the house which is situated on busy Bussel Hwy. The traffic noise was terrible on both weekdays/nights and weekends so if it’s a restful sleep your after, head straight to the one double room down the far end of the house.
The house was very clean but we would have expected that for the amount charged for cleaning on our booking fees, which we felt was a bit exorbitant. Coming from a former cleaner of large executive homes.
Plan your timing right with the seasons. We visited at the end of April. The aircon/heater is in the centre of the house and doesn’t really warm the bedroom ends. We left doors open and had fans on to try and circulate the air. I’d imagine those rooms would get pretty hot/cold in winter/summer.
If your dreaming of a hot spa on a winters night my advice would be get in early. The water temp struggled with the outside temperature in April and even at 41 degrees felt lukewarm.
The house was fairly well equipped. Especially catering for kids with games and toys. Some more bigger bowls for salads would suit larger groups better.
The kitchen sink struggled to get water hot enough to hand wash dishes but there is a dishwasher also.
Overall we had a great holiday but would prob choose a house in a quieter location next time.

Ideal house for family stays together
There was 7 adults and 5 children. This holiday was to celebrate my 7Oth. House was super clean and tidy. Well equipped inside with ample dishes and crockery. Beds all comfy although a top
sheet would have been nice as the doona was too warm .Netflix available and videos for children. Toys and games inside and out for children a real bonus, especially the swing. The spa was great however simple instructions how to operate would have been handy especially if you don’t own a spa .?The outside area by BBQ was very hot and we could not sit there in afternoon at all - so a blind would be great. The BBQ was clean however would benefit from a degrease and proper clean as it smoked a lot.?The rather large window with sliding door(main thoroughfare) we feel was a big safety issue and needs a strip applied. Our granddaughter ran straight into it after being in the house for only 1 hour. She sustained a cut lip and had concussion. We ended up taping newspapers to the windows to help make windows visible.?We did not walk to the beach as preferred to go to the Busso jetty for swims or Meelup. Overall we all loved the house and would come back or recommend if the 2 issues I mentioned would be installed.? Thank you. Christine

Awesome home n layout
Superb home however on hot days air con in bedrooms is a must as the 1 big one in kitchen/family room didnt keep the whole hm cool n a shade sail over the spa would be great on hot days too....otherwise house is perfect for extended families such as ours and all ages were happy with the beach just a short stroll we all had a fantastic tike n would book again without hesitation.

Fabulous Accommodation
Fabulous property for a family holiday (of all ages)! Would highly recommend. One suggestion.. maybe put a strip over the huge glass doors leading to the outside area to alert people there is a glass door there. One of my grandchildren ran straight into the closed door and had a very sore head! 🙃

AMAZING
They have certainly thought of everything! We stayed with my parents and us as a family of 5 plus another friend. Room for everyone and not at all cramped like other accommodation. Was abundance of items in the kitchen plus extra's. Accommodation was great, shame on the weather, LOL. We would certainly recommend and stay again :-)

Busselton Family Break
Good sized & well equipped holiday home. Room for 2 families. Convenient for beach, Busselton centre or down south wineries & tourist attractions. Overall great place.
Tip for owners..ensure you keep on top of the finer areas of cleaning..oven, ceiling fans, flywires and skirting boards. Main bed is uncomfortable and squeaks with even turn you make. Constructive criticism not a complaint.

Very convenient location, close to town and beach. House was immaculate with great facilities. Could not fault it apart from 1 thing, the front door could not be locked from the inside so little children could open it and your right on the hwy. We needed to place something heavy in front so they could not get out. Apart from that we all enjoyed it immensely, loved the spa, kids loved all the toys provided great family stay.
