We invite you to stay at our wonderful 5 Star review 2-bedroom, 2 bath spacious condo found in the Magnolia Pointe Community in sought after Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas - on the Golf Course, with Private Balcony and a Beautiful Golf Course View, Sleeps 5 and Great Rates!

MYRTLEWOOD is centrally located to ALL that Myrtle Beach has to offer (yet we are out of the hustle and bustle). It has beautiful grounds, walking/ biking trails, 7 pools, 2 golf courses, is approximately a mile straight out of the drive to the Gorgeous Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants and family fun!

** Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for Guests.

*Our housekeeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings, to be ready prior to your arrival.

Our Condo is located on the 3rd/top floor. Being on the top floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional serenity as no one is above you.w

* PLEASE: RESPONSIBLE GUESTS ONLY. ** -
Guests must be at least 25 years old to Reserve and Rent our condo. (Please Note: our place is NOT a “partying” condo).

Condo Sleeps up to 5 guests (MAX is 5).

We are a Non Smoking /Vaping condo, including the balcony. Ash container can be found downstairs.

~The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, Private Full Bathroom, Dresser, Walk in Closet, and TV.

~The Second Bedroom has New Twin Beds with New Mattress’s for Adults or Children, Full Closet, Dresser, TV and Full Bathroom.

~Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.

*Hair Dryers are in both bathrooms.
*Towels, Sheets, Blankets and Pillows are Provided (However Beach Towels are Not).

*Full Size Washer and Dryer. Ironing Board and Iron.
*Flat-screen TVs in the Living Room and Bedrooms.
*Free WIFI.

*We provide Keyless Entry: Prior to arrival, we will give a personal access code to our door, as well as directions to our place once inside Myrtlewood. Very easy~ Go right to our condo!

**If booking for Events (Cal Ripken, Dance/ Cheer Competition’s etc) the parent or legal guardian must accompany their child or children.

*PLEASE NOTE: Per Magnolia Pointe Rules: Motorcycles, Slingshot Vehicles,Scooters, Motor Homes, Buses, Jet Skis, Boats, Recreational Equipment and Trailers are not permitted on the property~

~ ENJOY THE WALKING/BIKING TRAILS as well as the many Outdoor Pools and Grilling Areas: Guests will find Charcoal Grills at the Pool Areas. We have grilling utensils for your convenience.

* GOLF ~ If you are a Golfer, you will find 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto , as well as a Driving Range, Putting Green, Clubhouse, and a (Casual) Restaurant overlooking the Intracostal Waterway. We are also near many Golf Courses that Myrtle Beach is known for.

* BEACH~ Take time to enjoy the beautiful stretch of Myrtle Beach - straight out of the driveway, approximately 1 mile from our condo is the famous section of the beach known as the 'Golden Mile' that has unobstructed views! No Hotels at this beach! Lots of Public Parking and we provide the Beach Chairs, Beach Toys and even Boogie Boards! The Grand Strand has many beaches for you to enjoy!

*We are CENTRAL TO: Many Restaurants and Shopping! such as Broadway on Beach (Ripley's Aquarium), Barefoot Landing and Outlet Stores. The Skywheel, CAL Ripkin, Miniature Golf, Water Park, Nasar Go - Carts, MB Convention Center, Market Commons along with Grocery Stores and Pharmacies. Visiting for a convention center event and the location was perfect! The condo was clean and the check in/out process was super easy. Our hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We used the pools and loved how clean and well maintained they were also.

I would reccommend this condo to anyone looking for a real nice place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was just immaculate. When i come to mrytle beach, south carolina again if this condo is available i would love to stay again. The owners (Terry and Vicki) are very nice people. No matter when i called them they answered the phone and answered me whenever i texted them. I give this condo a 5 star all around.

We were thrilled when we walked through the door. The condo was clean, spacious, and well decorated. The cabinet with board games and puzzles was great to help entertain our three year old. The location was convenient to everything!

Great property and location for an end of summer getaway. Property was more spacious than anticipated and packed with everything we could need and more to enjoy our stay. Vicki communicated promptly and was available as needed. And the price was right!

I was there for a conference at the Convention center and wanted to stay off-site. Centrally located, quiet, clean, reasonably priced, and well-furnished condo. Enjoyed the walking trails and pretty setting. Owners are fabulous communicators with quick responses. I'd definitely come back!

The condo is exactly as shown. Nice location. The parking was easy. Someone hit one of our cars and didn't say anything until they were contronted but thats not the owner of the condos fault. Its the person w the unsupervised child. Overall a great place snd would stay again

Myself and my best friend (since 1977 - US Air Force) met to play golf for 3 days in a tournament of 33 guys. On arrival, the property was spotless. Easy to find and simple to enter. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full size laundry machines. Great shower water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Back patio with table and chairs. Had TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The owners were superb from the minute I thought of renting, to the minute we left. Property is centrally located for sure. Very quiet area. We were there to play golf, so we didn’t get involved in walking trails, the beach, the swimming pool, outside grills, or anything else available on the property but all of that is there and easy to access or use. Definitely a recommended place from me.

We spent our vacation in Vicki's wonderful condo, who is so kind and available when I had questions. When we arrived, the condo was super clean! There is everything you need for cooking. The owners take very good care of their condo. And we took care of it as if it were our own. We really felt like home. one important thing for us when we sleep outside the house is the mattress! Well I confirm that the mattress was very comfortable. The condo is very well soundproofed! During the 2 weeks we were at the condo, we never heard a noise. It really is a dream location! I have been in love with Myrtle Beach for over 30 and Vicki's condo is the most beautiful place to stay. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Wonderful location! I highly recommend this condo. Everything was very clean and had everything you needed to cook. Location was perfect with several restaurants nearby. Beach is a quick drive away and easy to park. Definitely will be back next tournament!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was super clean, very quiet, and had more amenities than were listed including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards! The pool is a little small but it's an easy drive to the best part of the beach - no big hotels in the area meant we had tons of space on the beach to spread out! The hosts have done a great job making the instructions easy and right where you need them, and they were very responsive to messages with questions. Not a spot for partying as it's a peaceful neighborhood feel, which was perfect for us as we were interested in sleeping when we got back each night! Hoping to be back one day for another family vacation!

Condo was very clean! Easy communication with owner. This is a quiet area and while close to everything (including the beach) it is away from the hustle and bustle…which we loved. We also enjoyed the games that were available and we played Uno and Scrabble in the evenings when we were winding down from a busy day. Loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year!

This is as one of the most relaxing vacations we have had as a family in a long time. It all started with the Vicki and Terry. They are so easy to work with. They are the sweetest and best people. There house is perfect for our family. The kitchen along with washer and dryer are fabulous to have. Vicki and Terry have a beautiful place. We enjoy it so much and it is so well maintained. They have board games to play with the family and toys for kids. Our 5 year old absolutely loves the toys and games. They were so kind when he found one he liked we asked where they bought it and they told us he could keep. Very great people. We will definitely be back.

The property was as described in the listing. Good access to the beach and various activities with a short drive. Neighborhood was quiet. Received fast responses from the property manager when we had some questions during our stay. Great place to stay if you desire a little more room to spread out and want to avoid the extra noise and people of a hotel or resort.

Very nice, comfortable condo with plenty of dishes and cooking pans etc.. Very glad for the elevator which is close to the condo. Only wish we had is the removal of the huge Crepe Myrtle tree that blocks the view of the golf course. I wish I would have brought my golf clubs. I looks like a very nice course.

Great condo in a great location. We have stayed in multiple places within Myrtlewood, however this condo was the best by far. They had a lot of games for us to play with the kids during our down time. Plenty of kitchen utensils/cookware to use. Any questions I had Vicki was very quick to answer.

This condo is very clean and well equipped. Centrally located with restaurants and shopping close by. Husband played Myrtlewoods golf course twice and a variety of other courses in the area during our stay. Plenty of bike trails and walking trails. Beach is approximately 1.8 miles from the condo so biking was convenient. Beach has plenty of parking if you prefer to take a car at a minimal cost of $2 per hour. We had a terrific time and highly recommend this condo.

This house is beautiful. The owners are incredible to work with. They are so friendly and so hospitable. They had all the amenities that made it feel like we were right at home. They had some board games and some toys which our 4 year old absolutely loved. Great experience.
