About this apartment rental

Condominium on first floor of a four-story building. There are eight steps to the landing at the entrance door. Located on Ocean Blvd in the City of Myrtle Beach, SC. This area is ten minutes from center of City of Myrtle Beach convenient to amusements parks, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and all entertainment offered.

Living room and master bedroom open onto a large balcony over looking the ocean and a Myrtle Beach City Park that is great for entertaining children.

Spend quiet time at the private, unheated pool.

LIVING AREA
With sliding doors that open to the balcony and a great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Furnished with queen size sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, two swivel chairs and a wall mounted 46" Smart TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Dining area seats six.

BED & BATH
This condo comfortably sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The master suite features a Queen-size bed. It allows balcony access through glass-sliding doors opening to the balcony over-looking the ocean. It has a wall mounted 32" TV with cable and a large mirrored closet. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination with double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It has 32" TV with cable and large mirrored closet.
The third bedroom has a queen-size and a twin size bed. It has a 32" wall mounted TV and large, mirrored closet.

The guest bathroom adjoins the third bedroom across the hall from bedroom number two. It is equipped with tub/shower combination with double vanity.

Complete laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Reservation Deposit required, Refundable Security/Damage Deposit collected prior to check-in.

Off season less than week stay accepted.

Long term winter rates with discount available for months of Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., and Mar. Check in Saturday after 4:00 P.M.-check out Saturday prior to 10:00 A.M.

Motorcycles are not allowed.

We came to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament at Ripken. This location was great, it was beachfront and 15 minutes from the field. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a few minor issues but the owner remedied it asap. The parking was tight at times but overall we are very happy with our choice. Myrtle Beach is such a big place and hard to know where to stay but this condo was fantastic for our needs. We hope to be back. Thank you.

To be on N Ocean Blvd it was so quiet. It's a great location and a beautiful property. My favorite part was the porch swing and the serenity. The master bath needs some attention but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was easy and we just loved staying there and hope to stay there again in the future.God bless you!

Was a very nice place to stay but was not clear in listing that motorcycles were not permitted on property therefore my husband had to take our motorcycles home over a two day span. Owner very apologetic and nice about the whole situation. Parking was not very ideal but we would definitely stay again!

We just returned from this property, and everything was great. This was our second visit and we just loved sitting on the porch in the sunshine. It is a million-dollar view from the porch. We had everything that we needed, and everything was very clean. It is in a very nice part of Myrtle beach, and everyone was very nice. Will definitely be back.

I chose this property because it is pet friendly...and Im glad I did! I usually stay up the road at Island Vista Hotel, so I was familiar with this area. This condo. is located in a great location with a pretty view, quick access to the beach, and great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch when not on the beach. The condo was clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The building itself is older ( had a slight mildew smell) and the parking lot is on the smaller side. I do recommend this property if you're looking for a pet friendly property near the beach. The queen size bed was a bit small for us though, and for the price, I wish the owner had supplied more toilet paper, some paper towels( there were none), and more trash bags ( there was only one provided.) SO I recommend reading the fine print and taking your own supplies. Even though the pet fees and service fees make this and expensive rental, I would stay here again because it had everything I wanted for the beach trip with our dog.

This was a wonderful place for our vacation. We loved the location, the view, and the front porch. The accommodations were just as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host was very helpful and responsive. Added bonus ... our doggie LOVED the porch.

The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach and close to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Marked bike lanes made for safe biking. Definitely coming to stay here again.

We would highly recommend and we will stay there again. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for 20 years and this location was the best and the villa was perfect! Barb was great and answered any question promptly. There are only 8 units in the building, 5 of which live there. We were the only ones that ever used the pool. Parking was fine and my son used one of the spaces in the front to park his big F150 truck. We used the 102 unit marked parking space in the back. Everyone in the building was friendly. We were all extremely pleased with everything!!! Kitchen very well equipped. Thank you very much, Barb. Our vacation was great😀👏☀️

Overall, stay was good. Location was excellent. There are 8 steps not 5 to the front door..for those that may need help or need assistance. No towels were left in any of the bathrooms. Had to seach to locate them and distribute. No starter paper towels were provided. Only one dishtab, trash bag, no liquid dish soap provided. Please note, this is the only vrbo listing where i have experienced this. Most provide the linens on the beds not here but was aware from description of unit. Also note, if they have to do more than three loads of laundry there could be am extra fee. This is not mentionedin the description..only noted on plaque as you enter the unit. Unit is a little on the older side but location and view out weigh that. Overall, had a great time. Parking is very tight!

Great location, just across the street from a quiet, family-friendly beach. Lovely place for your morning walks or sitting on the front porch with a coffee watching and listening to the waves. A two-minute drive to the main drag with plenty to do.

Very clean and roomy condo. Condo had plenty of room for 5 adults and our Golden Retriever. Great view of the ocean from front porch, and shops and restaurants are only a short drive. Had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Parking is a little tight, so I would recommend driving a car or SUV, and not a full size crew cab pick-up truck.

VRBO was spot on with the details of the property. What we underestimated was the beautiful front porch. We ate most meals there and just enjoying the beauty of the view. A friend commented that it was like we were stepping into a beautiful painting. We plan to be back again in April 2024!

We had such a wonderful week at Barbara's place. The location is just fantastic, and even with a rainy week we fully enjoyed every minute. Right across from the beach, a great park, and walking/jogging path, but the large ocean view balcony was the real star! The condo is clean, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped with everything you could need. Wonderful to be able to have our pups with us as well. Barbara was great to work with, and super quick to respond to my questions. We are already planning our next visit!
