Fabulous location. Just needs a few improvements to make it a fabulous place!

The location was excellent, very convenient for the local nightlife and restaurants. There was a good amount of cutlery, crockery and glasses. The place although tired, was clean. There was a lovely balcony and seating outside.

There was only A/c in the bedrooms that was not very effective and leaked water all over the floor. The living room and kitchen were unbearably hot as the temp was in the 30's.The showers were very poor and the water kept changing temperature and mainly ran cold (which was ok whilst the weather was so hot). The plaster was flaking off of the walls, the bathrooms were tired and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The rubbish had to be taken several streets away and if you left anything in the bins they would take 150 euros out of the deposit which seems excessive! The unit was generally clean but there was only seating for 3 people comfortably on the sofa. (the unit sleeps 4). It would be nice if the kitchen had been slightly better equipped with dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. It makes it easier to keep the place clean and tidy. There was no ice making facility or trays and only one small sachet of salt and pepper.

Port Pollença is a beautiful place and we will return.

Its size,location and its amazing balcony were all perfect.

The fact that the key had not been left in the security box outside the property and we had to wait an hour for the key to arrive. There was no apology from the owners. Neither shower worked properly as the water pressure and heating were very temperamental.

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location

Fabulous location, across the road from the beach, very close to bars and restaurants, clean and comfortable apartment

No mirror in the twin or single bedroom, lack of power sockets in bedrooms, only one key for apartment, only three sun beds on terrace.

Location excellent, balcony and view awesome, size of the property and cleanliness very good.

The double room had a restaurant or apartment next to it with an extractor fan that came on to a timer. This happened throughout the night and was loud enough to wake me up many times However I moved room because we was only using two rooms and the fan noise was almost silent, but not quite.

Great location but not an apartment we would return to.

the location and view are fantastic

we had no hot water for 4 out of the 8 days. The sofas are not big enough for 5 people. The apartment is very tired.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views.

This apartment is in the perfect location with beautiful views of the beach. I stayed there with my family and we all had an amazing holiday. Would highly recommend this property, air conditioning in all bedrooms, all other amenities included, nothing to fault!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Good location

Air con not working in one of the bedrooms, reported it and was told there would be an engineer coming out ..... they didn't, no aircon in living room and kitchen which made these rooms really hot and unusable. The apartment wasn't worth the money, not clean, I expect a lot more for that fee. No soap or washing liquid , only supplied a couple of toilet rolls. Poor ..... I would look elsewhere.

Brilliant location

Spacious balcony. Location. Laundry facilities. Clean and tidy. Bedding and towels nice. Bedrooms a good size. Air con was good.

Looking a little tired. We all had to squash on to the sofa if we wanted to watch any TV. There was only one channel in English. Not enough decent sized glasses. Only 4 mugs for tea. Bathrooms ready for an upgrade.
