This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath SMART Home in Chandler is ideal for a group of 6 or less, or those looking to hit the links! New listing on VRBO in a quiet neighborhood, the 2,500-square foot home is located on the renowned Ocotillo Golf Resort, and boasts a refreshing heated*** pool (SEE BELOW FOR COST AND AVAILABILITY) and shaded back patio for beating the Arizona heat. Guests can even fine-tune their short game on the putting green in the backyard. The location is also perfect for those who'd like to explore the area on the 2 mountain bikes provided.
No expense was spared when this home was recently remodeled. High ceilings, tile flooring, and large windows are found throughout the home. It is spacious, well-appointed and ideally suited for families.
SMART home features throughout, including high speed WIFI, 4 large flat screen TV's (one of them on the patio), charging outlets in bedrooms, SMART key-less entry, ALEXA unit, SMART lighting, etc.

Due to unexpected health issues, my husband and I were not able to visit this beautiful home. However, our friends did stay at Island of Ocotillo, and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. First of all, how could anyone complain about a home that was very clean, well stocked with anything a person would need in a home and had an amazing outdoor living area for friends and family to visit? Besides such a beautiful and exceptional home, Julie and Todd could not have been more communicative with us before and during their stay. Not only did they check in on the couple staying in the home, but continued to check in on my health concerns. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home -- right on the golf course, amazing views of the sunset, an excellent stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer.....I could go on and on. We had hoped for a warm feeling home with plenty of room for the family and we got that, and more! Will definitely be returning!

This is our family’s second stay in this Beautiful property. From check-in to check-out our stay was wonderful. The property is very well kept with a great layout, comfortable furniture and lots to do. The location is excellent, a quiet neighborhood great for walking and close to everything.
(It’s also a short drive to several highways.)
The Ocotillo/SunLakes area is beautiful with a resort style vibe. The properties backyard is very relaxing… its own little oasis. The hosts Todd and Julie are great, always very accommodating . This property will not disappoint, we would stay again and again.

Work remote
We spent a week in Chandler visiting family and working remotely at the house. We picked this house because of the office space and desk and we are glad we did. The Wi-Fi was great and we never had a problem connecting. The house was in a great location, was fully stocked and very comfortable. Todd was great to work with providing clear instruction before and during our stay. We hope to be back.

A wonderful Desert Oasis

First trip meshing two families.
My girlfriend and I took our adult children on a getaway to this property. It was our first trip all together, we couldn’t have picked a better property. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool was amazing, the putting/chipping green kept us all entertained during the day. The pool table kept us occupied at night. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars.

Perfect Getaway for a Family!
Island of Ocotillo was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend a week while celebrating Thanksgiving & enjoying some much needed R&R. The house is located in a very nice & safe Chandler neighborhood and was absolutely spotless! It had plenty of linens, towels, etc and the kitchen was better stocked than our kitchen at home. The backyard was amazing with the heated pool, fire pit, putting green, grill, heater and a beautiful view of the golf course. Wifi was good and could handle 4 teenagers doing online school and 2 parents working :). For fun away from house our family enjoyed several hiking trails, a day trip to Sedona, TopGolf, horseback riding down the road at the Koli Equestrian Center, and using the provided bikes for Geocaching around the neighborhood. Homeowners were very easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Phoenix area!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable .
The number one priority for me when renting a home is that it be pristinely clean. That’s exactly how I found this home to be. We came for the Thanksgiving holiday and ended up cooking quite a bit and to my delight I found the kitchen to be very well appointed.
The owner responded immediately and with kindness to any and all of my inquiries.
Our stay was perfect and we hope to stay here again during the spring .

We LOVED this home and the owner made everything so easy!
This is a beautiful home, even better than pictured. Very comfy beds, beautiful decor in every room, lots of space to spread out. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool table ,the big sectional couch and TV. Loved the master bath. The backyard is huge with a large pool, 4 lounge chairs, lots of blow up pool floats, pump and 3 umbrellas, putting green and huge table/chairs under covered patio in addition to 4 more chairs and gas fire pit. Garage to park in out of the heat w/opener and 2 bikes to borrow. Todd was the perfect host and was very helpful to us . He quickly answered our questions prior to and after making our reservation. We had 4 adults staying and they only had 2 lounge chairs. I asked if he could get 2 more so we could all enjoy the pool and he had them there waiting for us when we arrived - WOW! The neighborhood is very quiet and we went for a walk every day. There are several parks and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this vacation rental and definitely plan to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chandler. We spent a week in a perfectly appointed home. The spaces are beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is wonderful with a beautiful pool, fire pit and putting green. My husband enjoyed the course that backs up to the home. It was perfect for Thanksgiving as the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, the best VRBO home we’ve had the pleasure of renting.

This is a beautiful home. It is clean and has all the amenities of home. The house is well laid out and is in a great location. The golf course setting gave us the feeling of a larger yard but was still private. A great choice for a family get away. Interior is updated and current. Thank you

Amazing Home
The pictures on the rental site do not do justice to this incredible home. The decor is beautiful and it is stocked with everything you would need and more.
The beds, bedding and towels are of very high quality and the master bedroom and ensuite is massive and takes comfort to the next level.
Our whole family enjoyed the specious backyard and spent hours each day in the heated pool and on the putting green and evenings around the gas fire pit.
An added bonus for us were the 2 bikes available for our use on the many bike paths in Chandler.
The location of the house was very convienent to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls and spring baseball games.
Todd and staff were quick to answer any of our questions or concerns.
We loved our 3 weeks in this home and we would love to return.

Beautiful home with an incredible yard!
This was the perfect house for our family of four. Our teens loved the mini-put, heated pool and pool table! My husband loved the outdoor grill and the master bedroom was my retreat! Loved the updates to the home and the tasteful decor . Gorgeous neighbourhood too! Perfect for long walks. We would definately stay here again !

Great House In A Prime Location
We rent two homes a year during our visits to AZ for a total of 8 in the last 4 years. All were good but this was the best we have experienced. The interior finish, cleanliness and quality of the bedding and furnishings were outstanding. The location is close to food shopping and restaurants. Access to major highways is within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely rent this house again.
