About this house rental

Having been listed with HomeAway/VRBO (our 6th listing), since January 2015, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has received over $30,000 in renovations over the past three years. The home sits on a very private 1/3 acre cul-de-sac lot, in a safe and established neighborhood. The great room and large master bedroom open to the huge back yard that includes a 30 ft covered deck, heated salt-water swimming pool with water fall and spa (hot tub)..... Heat for the spa is included with the rental rate..... The pool heating fee is additional. (Please ask for details as the fee varies during the year.)

* A 600 sf 3-hole putting green (synthetic grass) was recently installed. It can also be used as a play area for the kids or pets.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the other two each provide a queen-size bed. Enjoy 3 HD TVs with DirecTV, BluRay/DVD and WIFI. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided, including all kitchen utensils, paper goods and linens. Plenty of parking is available in the 2 car garage, drive-way and street.

The rate includes all utilities, pool service, DirecTV, WIFI and landscaping.

The home is conveniently located near the Valley's major freeways (I-10, Loop 202, and Loop 101), to easily and quickly get you around town. It's only a mile from one of the Valley's top shopping malls, with numerous restaurants, movie theater, and a Costco. Two casinos, several golf courses, an outlet mall and other dining and entertainment options are only minutes away. And, it's an easy and short drive to Tempe, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.

Very comfortable and clean house with all of the accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a basic meal. The backyard and pool area is beautiful. Despite the very hot weather, the pool was cool enough to make the hot weather bearable. The trees and covered patio provide just enough shade. I also really enjoyed the putting green. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

This property was just what we were looking for for a relaxing getaway. The house is located in an older, very quiet neighborhood close to major highways which makes it easy to get out and explore everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The house is clean and the bed we used very comfy. The backyard is the highlight with the putting green, amazing pool, and the hot tub. With being backed onto Loop 202 Highway, there is some road noise however the waterfall feature of the pool helps to drown that out and it didn’t really bother us. The only drawback this time of year is the flowering tree that likes to she it’s flowers into the pool this requiring frequent pool skimming. We didn’t mind though and actually became OCD about keeping the pool clean and took turns skimming! Close to Costco, Target, and lots of restaurants which we did walk to a couple of times if you’re feeling energetic. Communication with Steve was excellent and accommodating. Overall, a very nice stay!

We stayed here for a spring break vacation and it was perfect. The house was very clean and so was the backyard and pool. We had fun playing put put and cornhole and there were pool toys we could enjoy. We had the pool heated for a little extra cost but it allowed us to be in it all day and even some night swimming🙂. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the location was fantastic. Only an easy 20 minute drive to the botanical gardens and the zoo were our adventures. We walked to the playgrounds at Price park every night after dinner. We had so much fun.

The backyard was amazing! My husband and two sons loved putting on the golf green and the pool was so relaxing. The property was just like the pictures. No surprises. Property was located close to many great stores and restaurants. We would go back again!

This house was perfect for 4 adults. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. It was very comfortable and had everything you could need. Love the waterfall! The house was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Location can’t be beat. So close to everything! Easy access to freeway. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool and the putting green. They have all the fun toys at the house to accommodate. Older house and neighborhood but met all the needs. We were very comfortable here! Definitely would stay again!

This house was perfect for us to enjoy a warm AZ week! Steve was absolutely attentive and had check-in and house info incredibly organized. He details everything to make is so easy to understand and follow. The pool and spa were incredible!! It was great and easy to enjoy. We even brought our fur baby and she enjoyed the large backyard and would sun herself on the putting green. We really enjoyed our stay and my daughter and I even hit up a Spring Training baseball game in Scottsdale. We really enjoyed our visit and will stay again if/when we find ourselves back in AZ :)

This property had everything we needed for the perfect stay to visit our kids in Gilbert. Upon arrival there were snacks. After a long flight and no time to go to the store yet that was amazing! The instructions to the pool and hot tub were very straight forward and easy to follow. We will be back for sure!

I’ve stayed in several home rentals and the owner of this house has to be one of the best out there! We had a slight issue with a plug in the hot tub and he came over and we got it taken care of asap. The neighbors are amazing. The house is beautiful! We loved our stay and would love to come back some day.

What a great property !! The Host gave us great attention and total privacy He also graciously allowed our two well behaved and small dogs, who absolutely loved the very large yard. Everything we would have wanted was here and the house was well stocked. The pool and spa were heated to very comfortable levels at a very fair up charge It’s a great neighborhood with lots of food and shopping nearby. This place Is a solid TEN !! We will definitely be back !!

Our family traveled to the Chandler area for Christmas. We had 6 adults in the house, and a dog. The house was great for our needs. But the backyard was awesome! We ate around the table in the evenings, with the fireplace on. We played cornhole, and used the putting green during the day. And used the hot tub at night. This home is well set up for families.

This house was great for us. The location was excellent with easy access to shopping/groceries. Only slight downfall was that the heating system for the pool/spa was a bit confusing at first. Would totally go back to this property.

This was the perfect house for our small family gathering. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults in the three large bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and met all of our needs as we prepared a Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the backyard and spent most of our time sitting on the patio, soaking in the hot tub, and trying out the putting green. Our dog had plenty of space to run around and we took him for walks in the neighborhood to the nearby park. The nearby mall and restaurants were easy to get to and the proximity to the freeway made for quick commutes to Phoenix and Gilbert. It was nice to meet Steve, who was always easy to contact. We even extended our stay for one extra night and he made those arrangements quick and efficient. We highly recommend this superb house for anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, well appointed, clean, and cozy place to stay in the Chandler area.

This property was perfect for us as we were in town for the NASCAR championship race. Close to several restaurants and shopping and grocery stores. The owner Steve was Johnny on the spot with any communication and anything we needed. Wonderful outdoor area and plenty of space inside. This is definitely a property I will stay at again when in the Phoenix area. It is well stocked and full of extra things as well.

Excellent end of culdesac location but yet with extremely easy striking distance to major freeway arteries…Owner was an excellent host with directions inside for anything that may need them; Home well stocked with linens & bathroom/pool towels, tableware, crockery, and essentials for laundry, spicing & sweetening; pool with waterfall & equipment & the putting green were great (wife golfs, I don’t since I suck at it, so this I’m too proud to try it….), Garage door openers & keys…and a perfectly-sized laundry room to buffer the garage temps from the kitchen…we will stay here again the next time we’re able

We had such an amazing stay. This property had everything and the attention to detail made our stay that much better. From having a high chair for our infant to all the pool toys, every detail written up for pool instructions, great outdoor space for kids, every piece of kitchen item we may needed. Steve was great from the start, direct communication, checking in, and available if we needed anything. This will definitely be our go to place when we visit Arizona on the future. Thanks for a great stay!!

Our house was comfortable and clean with every thing in it from robes to towels shampoo and granola snacks in the kitchen Steve was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The weather was cooler but we enjoyed the hot tub. The instructions for the hot tub were detailed as the system is older but worked well once we reviewed all the notes and pictures for the valves. The location was perfect! Close to Chandler Mall and restaurants. Older and quiet neighborhood.. we were very comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. The host was the best part though. When our flight home was cancelled, our host was so accommodating and helpful! We had a great time in the spa and pool and fun on the putting green. The beds were super cozy too- it was a great stay.

This home was beautiful. We loved the pool and the hot tub. They had all the essentials that you need. Communication with owner was excellent. I wish there would have been a ladder going into the big pool. With bad knees it was hard to get in. Good location to many restaurants.

This property is just as listed, it was very clean, spacious, plenty of amenities, stocked as well as any place I have ever used. The communication with the host was A1. Only issue was dealing with the pool and spa, the back yard living space is beautiful, there are many blooming trees and it is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but it happened to be extremely windy and it blew those flowering buds everywhere into the pool and hot tub. the host was great about the situation and did everything possible to make it right, and I understand that somethings are unavoidable. We are pool people on vacation so it brought it down a bit they only reason I couldn't give a 5 star. I would surely stay here again though, the location, set up and ease of contact with the host make the place a winner.
