Clean and well kept, close to all amenities. I would highly recommend, and would gladly return again.

We had it all in one efficiently organized casita! Bob and Sharon were most accommodating and helped us out when necessary! If our travels take us to Ajijiic again, we would be thrilled to go back! We highly recommend our Casita#1 to anyone looking to be in the village, within walking distance of fine restaurants, the Malecon, the Plaza and great shops!

Wonderful Casita in the village and close to the lake
Fantastic place to stay on any visit to Ajijic. The owners could not be more gracious and accommodating. They made a wonderful visit even more exceptional.
There is everything a couple needs to be comfortable even a beautiful pool to cool down with on a warm day.
The casita is next door to the Lake Chapala Society, about 2 blocks from the lake and three blocks from the village central square. No need for a car.
I would certainly stay there again on my next visit if it's available.

Reprieve from heat and humidity of mazatlan.
Bb and Sharon are great hosts. Very friendly but give you plenty of privacy. The place is clean. The location is great. It is about 4 blocks from the plaza. Many different types of restaurants within easy walking distance even for me. The pool looks good but never used it. Parking is not great if you have a large vehicle but the are parking lots around. When we come back, I will look forward to staying here again. Thanks Bob and Sharon.

Loved our stay in Casa de Como Casita #1 - Month of Aug 2018
Bob and Sharon provide everything you will need to make your stay comfortable 😊
Clean and quite, with adequate space. Enjoyed both inside and outside areas, private while open to the beautiful weather. Hope to visit there again next year.
Best Regards from TX, Mike and Karen

Good value, great location!
The location, about 2 blocks from the center of town and the lake, and yet on a quiet street is hard to beat! There were some minor negatives (eg, TV is Spanish-only), but the on-site owners were most helpful and attentive. (For example: when the internet was lost and the owner was informed, he immediately diagnosed the problem and rewired it!). The beds were a bit too soft for our liking, but in general I would absolutely recommend Casita #1 for one or two adults; because of the pool (which is wonderful!), it's not for small kids.

Wonderful!
Bob and Sharon were lovely. We stayed in Casita #1 while we were looking for a place of our own. They were so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Just as pictures show but nicer
Great location, very nice hosts, wonderful casitas. Had everything you need to have a good time. Would recommend this to anyone not wanting to stay at hotel. First time doing this but not the last. Bob and Sharon were the perfect host. They were there if you needed them or you were on your own if that's what you want. Pool was lovely and warm and grounds were perfect.

Adorable Casita
Quite small but had such a nice outdoor space that it did not matter to us. Very clean and comfortable. Really cute décor. Excellent location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, shops. Owners Bob and Sharon are great.

Lovely property near everything in Ajijic
Beautiful property, including pool, and nice casita. Bob was available and helpful. The only problem we experienced would be that the hot water took forever to heat up!

We would highly recommend staying at casita #1, the larger casita on Bob and Sharon's property. Not only were they warm, friendly, helpful and hospitable, but their property was ideally located just 2 doors away from the Lake Chapala Society and within easy walking distance of good restaurants, shops, the malecon and the town square. The casita was fully and thoughtfully equipped, and the king bed was roomy and comfy. The small kitchen was perfect for preparing simple meals, and came equipped with everything we needed for our month-long stay. We loved the authentic Mexican decor. The Internet was high speed and worked flawlessly. We didn't watch much TV, but there were a few English-language channels available. We appreciated the twice a week maid service. We loved the outdoor area, and spent many afternoons lounging around the pool in the shade on the comfortable loungers. The resident cat and two dogs always were happy to see us. Bob and Sharon didn't intrude on our privacy, but they always were available to answer any questions and provide local knowledge and insights. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend casita #1 at Casa de Como to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay while visiting Ajijic.

Beautiful, Tranquil, and Ultra-convenient ....
The owners, Bob & Sharon, are wonderful hosts, helping their guests to feel right at home and to make the most of their Ajijic experience. The layouts of the casitas & gardens are beautifully designed and detailed, and the location is perfect. It is very quiet and relaxing, yet only a few minutes walk to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and meeting areas that Ajijic has to offer. As a plus, (gated from the guests' & pool area) they have 3 friendly & well-behaved pets - two dogs & a cat - making being away from your pets at home much easier! Don't miss eating at Tango's steakhouse and The Peacock Garden, where one of the peacocks stole bread off my husband's plate! But you can eat inside if you don't want to chance having that experience!

FANTASTIC
I stayed in one of Bob and Sharon's casitas from June 6th through the 12th. It was a beautiful home, and so close (walking distance) to just about EVERYTHING in the village-restaurants and shopping galore. Bob and Sharon are wonderful hosts!!! I am so lucky to have found this.
