The house is fabulous, simply fabulous. From the spacious, lovely art-filled lower level to the unbelievably beautiful mirador up top, this house shines above any other.
Robyn was available to answer any questions, Irena did a great job as housekeeper!
We would love to return!

Beautiful house, filled with remarkable art pieces. Gorgeous upstairs terrace garden. Comfortable furniture. Landlord and housekeeper were great. Central location meant we could walk anywhere. Only problem was the recurring 5 am cohetes booming us out of bed. That got old. Sounded really close.

My wife and I spent the month of July at Robyn's casa, and we had a great time. We loved the location close to restaurants and the centro. The casa is bright and airy, with pleasing architecture. The casa is very well furnished, including the well equipped kitchen. Robyn has placed a lot of original art throughout the casa, including interesting artifacts from Mexico, Africa and other locales. Robyn is also an attentive host and provided timely responses to several issues that arose during our stay.

Beautiful home and great location! Restaurants, grocery stores, Malecon, pharmacy and Wednesday's public market are short walk from Robyn's house. It's so convenience!! The house is nicely decorated. Full of art. It has everything you need to relax from books to movies or simply enjoy the days and nights on the large patio upstairs. We definitely spent a lot of our time there and we enjoy every single minute. You won't be disappointed at Robyn's place. Robyn is also the best host!! Always available and so understandable!! Thank you so much for everything Robyn!!

This was the second time staying at Robyn’s charming house in beautiful Ajijic.
The house is very roomy, beautifully decorated with tasteful artwork reflecting the true warmth of Mexico.
The mirador on the roof is filled with flowering trees and plants. Even a lime tree! Such a perfect place to sit with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The ceiling fans in each room keep the house cool even on the hottest days.
The pictures Robyn posted are very accurate so you won’t be disappointed.
The house is located on a quiet street a few blocks from the town plaza. Many excellent restaurants are just a short walk away. The grocery store and the pharmacy are near by as well. The neighbours are friendly and you feel safe.
Robyn is an excellent host. Always keen to answer your questions even the silly ones. She and her little dog Miel are great neighbours.

We spent two wonderful months in Robyn's beautiful home. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos. Beautiful art, courtyards and our favourite place the plant filled mirador. We loved staying in the village where Robyn's house is located. The town square, Malecon, grocery stores and restaurants are a short walk from Robyn's house. The 24 hour pharmacia and clinic are within a five minute walk. No need for a car! The neighbours are very friendly and it was really fun to see horses tied up on the street. Make sure you join the Lake Chapala Society while you are there. It is a great value with lots of activities. We loved our stay and we will be returning. Robyn is a great host!

Ideal for couple or family, as home has two comfortable bedrooms and baths. Beautiful home with art work, added den, large deck for sun and views. Kitchen is complete and washer and dryer right there. Walk to everything in Ajijic and farther. Nicely furnished. Maid service was a big plus. Robyn is a dear person who will give you assistance about the area and very available to answer questions about the home. We quickly made friends. Real mexican neighborhood with U.S., Canadian and Mexican people who are all friendly. We were ready to move in if we could. Strongly recommend.

This was my base home when I moved down permanently in April. Gave me time to check out everything and decide where I wanted to live and find a house. The house is large, nicely furnished with a large patio upstairs where I spent a lot of time. It is a great location for getting around without a car. Many restaurants to choose from, pharmacia, groceries, lots of shopping, walking the malecon and more. Robyn is always available to take care of any requests or problem and we have become good friends Maid service 4 days a week. Nice neighbors and safe area.
A great place to stay for short or long term. Highly recommend.

My wife and I wish to express our appreciation to Robyn for allowing us to spent
our two week vacation in her house. The house is centrally located, making it easy to
shop, dine, explore and take in the culture. The house layout was perfect, with
its beautiful patio and its surrounding views. Our timing was perfect, the National 16
September holiday was in full swing, in addition to the Rebozos Parade, Globos festival,
and various other parades and activities. On our next trip, we will rent Robyn's house,
because of its comfortable atmosphere, close proximity to restaurants, shops, plaza, Malecon and public transportation. I do not know how to describe the perfect place and
Location, Location!!!Thank you Robyn for being a wonderful host. with closing, I'll use
the German expression, Auf Wiedersehen, till we see you again.
