This home does not have air conditioning.
Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.
Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

The location of this property is right downtown. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars. There were plenty of comfortable beds, a garage for storing boots/skis and extra parking availability. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and the maintenance team was very responsive and fixed within 15 minutes. The house/hot tub is right next to a busy road but it really wasn't a problem. Our group travels out west at least once a year. I would stay in this house again.

Nice Townhouse
The property management was very considerate. We arrived an hour ahead of time and there was no problem checking in early. Great location for us driving a large family in one vehicle. We were able to walk to many establishments. We had to call about the hot tub but the management was there within an hour to help.
