Terrific location, friendly staff, nice rooftop pool

- The staff of room service need to improve their sense of service, we told the front desk that we’d like to have our room cleaned, but the room wasn’t cleaned at all; - The decoration in the room needs to be upgraded; - There is no view outside the window on the backside of the hotel;

South Korea trip - Busan

This hotel was amazing, far exceeded our expectations! Room was huge, two big beds with sea view, huge separate bathroom with shower and bathtub as well two sinks. Rooftop pool is free of charge, only drink orders have to be paid. the View is fantastic especially in the evening. Liked the valet parking, keys have to be given to the staff and there is a button on the wall in the room that can be pushed if we need the car from the garage. Everything was digitalised, lights, facilities etc could be managed from a tablet.

There was nothing like this. Just one suggestion I guess would be beneficiary, however I know about the working hours of the employees if the rooftop pool would close later than 10 PM that would be great, even if it is opening up in the afternoon a bit later than 2 PM.

Exceptionnel à faire une fois dans sa vie

La piscine sur le toit la nuit c'est magique. Le sauna. Le lit très confortable. Le fait de pouvoir mettre de la musique sur la tablette de l'hôtel. La douche dont la vitre donne sur le lit en couple ça doit être très romantique.

Tout. La chambre, la piscine et le spa sur le toit, l'emplacement... notre séjour de 6 jours a été enchanteur, même s'il a plu un jour!

Beach was close.

Breakfast was an experience. The beach was close. There were also several good restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, there was a construction site opposite the room that started at 7. This will be fixed when the building is finished sometime.

Our favorite hotel when we go to Busan

Nice location close to the beach with good views from the higher rooms. The rooftop pool is always a fun place to spend some time both day and night. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's popular enough that I have found I need to book a few weeks in advance to ensure a room.

Super confortable Hotel

I was surprised how big it actually was, even after seeing the pictures. What i liked the most was the comfy bed. I was in a few hotels in korea but this hotel had thr most confortable bed of all. And the bathroom was also amazing!! :)

Beautiful hotel with great views

We stayed here for weekend getaway with my husband and adult daughter whom we were visiting in Seoul. The hotel was accommodating of our early arrival by holding our bags so we could go and eat but their check in policy of 3:00pm was pretty strictly adhered to. WE had a large seaview room with a comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The shower and separate toilet were spacious and cleverly set out to maximise space. The room contained everything required during our stay. I was impressed with the room aand it's better than a lot of other 5 star rooms we have stayed in. The pool area looked great but unfortunately it rained most of the weekend and we didnt use it. It did look fairly crowded with young families and it's a small area but I would still consider this hotel due to its pool. The breakfast was ok. Plenty on offer but a bit awkward in the covid era with having to wear plastic gloves to get your food etc. I guess they were doing their best in regards to hygiene standards and this is what we may need to expect these days. So this is more of a heads up than a grumble. An easy walk to the beach and shopping area.

Hotel with a beautiful rooftop pool

The room was very spacious and roof top pool was a jam!

I felt the room floor including carpet wasn’t cleaned properly.

Pleasant

I particularly enjoy the pool and jaccuzi on the rooftop. It was my second stay. First stay I enjoyed a vast sea view room and had a great buffet for breakfast. This time I had a much smaller room in front of a construction site, the other rooms at my levels were empty, a complete mess and doors were left opened. it looked like leaving in an empty ghost place. Even if the rooms are not done I recommend ou close all the rooms door so we don't have this frightening impression. No buffet avilable this time for breakfast unfortunately. Other than that the place was good and the pool still really enjoyable
