This home exudes mountain comfort. It is truly a home-away-from-home with upgraded finishes, features, furnishings and amenities throughout. The split-level design offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, and ample privacy. The upper level includes an open kitchen and dining area with access to both the living room and the private deck where our six-person hot-tub overlooks Main Street Park City. The layout is ideal for family gatherings and socializing with friends. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked including a spice/staples cupboard. Additional features include covered parking, outdoor ski locker, indoor boot dryer, gas fireplace, Bose sound system, cable tv, wifi, water softening system, whole house humidifier, baseboard heating, and air conditioning (a real treat in the summertime).

CAN'T BEAT OUR OLD TOWN LOCATION │ Olcha House is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street... great dining, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk. Intermediate skiers can ski-in for lunch or at day's end via the Town Runs (Quit'n Time and Creole) and download across the street from Olcha House. If you’d like to spend the day at Deer Valley the free shuttle is conveniently located at the end of our street. For those who want to venture out, Alta and Snowbird ski areas are just a 45 minute drive.

5 of us came to Park City to celebrate turning 50 and the Olcha house was incredible. The location was so easy and much within walking distance, everything within a short drive (i.e. grocery store). The views were amazing - plenty of room to hang out, fully stocked kitchen, we each had our own bedroom & bathroom. Really couldn't have been better - charming, beautiful, thoughtful owners - memorable experience for all of us!

This was the PERFECT venue for our family gathering. We had children and grandchildren traveling from Maui and Virginia and we couldn't have found better accommodations. One of our sons has worked in the high-end hospitality industry in Wailea, HI for over 25 years and when you can impress him, you've accomplished something! He described this home as "next level." My husband is an artist and the choice of artwork and decor certainly caught our attention. One of our DILs is quite the foodie and she had nothing but good things to say about the culinary accouterments. Our teenage grandkids loved the independence of being able to walk to town and/or fishing spots. In sum....we loved this home and we are grateful to have found it.

We had an amazing time at Olcha House. The location is amazing with access to everything old town Park City has to offer via a short walk. The house had a wonderful view, is stocked with everything you could think of, and it has awesome common areas to hang out with your group. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Park City with a large family/group.

The location of this house was perfect! So close to trails and awesome restaurants in town. The size of the house was perfect for our group of six. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Our best friends, their 4 boys (age 11-18) and my husband all traveled from Nebraska to Park City for our vacation ! This house was AMAZING! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had - and as we like to cook a lot of meals in house, we were super happy! The beds and linens were plentiful and comfortable. We really appreciated the toiletries, laundry supplies and kitchen consumables being provided. The walk to downtown is 5 minutes and so easy! It was great for letting our boys explore and being so close to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

Six sisters got away (5 from Tennessee 1 from Wyoming), for a fun weekend of talking, laughing and exploring the area. Park City was fabulous and a visit to Sal Lake City and a tour was great! Our stay at Ochla house made the entire trip perfect. So well equipped and lovely. Loved that it was clean and comfortable AND so convenient. It was a great weekend visit.

The Olchoa house was great for our recent visit to Park City. Easy access to the Town Lift and all that Park City has to offer. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The family room upstairs was a great place to hang out after a day on the slopes. The outdoor ski closet and boot drying closet were useful, and the hot tub was used daily. Our only small quibbles would be that the temperature in the lower level rooms was difficult to regulate, and those rooms got a bit chilly; and some of the rooms could use a bit more lighting. But overall, we'd recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.

Everything about the home was great-plenty of room and privacy with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect- very close to Main Street and an easy walk to the stairs to get to the ski trail down to the Town Lift. Also, very accessible to the free town bus. Prior to check-in we received helpful information on grocery and liquor stores as well as activities. We would definitely rent again.

The house is in a great location and perfectly appointed. Super clean and stocked so we could not only party and dine out but dine in too. Half of our clan of 8 doesn’t ski or snowboard but the shopping and dining was only a short walk away so they had plenty to do. The other half of us were impressed with and appreciated the ski in/ski out convenience right there. WOW! We rented an SUV but it’s not necessary because URBER black SUV transport is plentiful and took only minutes to arrive and shuttle us around when called. We have particularly high standards and seek out the best and this house checked all boxes and was a great value. We departed today and have already reached out to return next year. 5 STAR!!!

Beautiful house. It was perfect for our group of 5 individuals with 5 bedrooms/5 baths. This is a 6 level house so there was lots of privacy. the gathering rooms of the kitchen and living room were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to town. Management company was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect home for our girls trip!!! It’s multi level was great and all the bedrooms are en-suite. Easy to walk to downtown PC. Might not be big enough for a large family and it could be a challenge for a large family or older people because of the stairs but it a great narrow multi level home.

Nothing but good things to say about the Olcha house! The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to Main Street, coffee, restaurants, etc. The house was well equipped with enough bowls, silverware, etc. for a big group. We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Great views from the hot tub!

Loved the place and location. Went in late September to have a leadership retreat for my company. Having the bedrooms each with its own bath was great. The living area was perfect for meeting to plan the year as well as relax. The location to the Main Street on Park City was great and allowed us to walk to great restaurants for meals and fun nightlife. Would be a great resource pace to stay for a ski vacation as well. I highly recommend this place and location!

We had a group of 5 men who have been friends since they were teenagers. We get away once a year and decided on Park City this year. The house accommodated everyone with their own bedroom, was clean and super convenient to main street. We rode ATV's, fly fished, played golf (all just a short drive away) and spent the last day at the house watching college football. Each night we took a 2 minute walk to eat at a variety of restaurants and bars on Main Street. Probably the best trip we have done. Would highly recommend the Olcha House to anyone visiting Park City.
