Spacious 1 bedroom. 1st floor in Old Town. Only 2 other condos in compound. On desirable Frances Street, just 3 blocks from seaport, 5 blocks to Duval. Granite kitchen, Washer/Dryer, outdoor propane grill, travertine floors, tiled shower, central AC, large screenT.V., bedroom T.V, WiFi. Fully furnished. Walk out of multiple french doors to large pool. 2 covered porches w/ ceiling fans, one porch for people watching and the other is private pool-side. 28 day minimum rental required.

Matt's place is just perfect. I'm already planning to return next year! Location is a stone's throw from everywhere yet on a quieter grid of streets than the main action It's a shady oasis with pristine pool and professionally maintained grounds. we loved the covered porchES (Yes, a front and a rear) where we could sit, even in rainstorms, to dine or cocktail or visit or read. The home is perfectly clean and tidy and comfortable - i rented for myself but had my grown sons as well as a string of friends come to visit and the place swells to entertain whomever you invite! Matt is easy to reach. Fun to work with. Interesting to get to know. A very accommodating yet chill landlord whom I give 5*

We loved our stay at this rental! It was spacious and bright with a private entrance and included a bonus with a heated plunge pool for a dip after a day of shopping or at the beach. Great, quiet location in Old Town with close proximity to the Historic Seaport and Duval Street. Matt was very personable and responsive to all of our needs! We’ll definitely return!

Nice fenced in yard with large pool. The only drawback is the parking which is on the street parallel parking, and some of that is only for yearly residents things to note, the laundry is shared, and it is outside of the unit very nice walkable community dog friendly everybody is friendly

My stay on this property was by far the most relaxing time I have had in Key West and I have been visiting the island for 40+ years. The property is beautiful, especially the main pool area. I spent almost every afternoon in the pool. The property is very well maintained. The location is perfect, near the seaport and the neighborhood is quiet. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Haney, the owner, and he is so welcoming and down to earth. I will be back next summer for sure.

We ended up staying in a different unit of this charming property but can attest that the one pictured is lovely, as is the third unit. My favorite part of the whole house is the abundance of outdoor sitting space because that is where you are going to want to be! We so enjoyed the lush foliage and huge pool. Throughout each day, I floated in that pool staring at the beautiful sky or enjoyed coffee, a meal or drinks on the porch. The house location is also great. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. The host was extremely responsive and all questions were quickly answered. We truly cannot wait to come back and are already plotting our return!

We loved❤ our 5 week stay here! Breakfast every morning on the patio amongst the palms and next to the pool. We were able to walk, bike or take the free Loop bus almost anywhere on the island. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. Matt was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend his place.

Overall, it was ok, the air conditioning was probably the best attribute. I was there for almost 2 months, long enough to see how much maintenance needs to be done, the furniture although cute, was very uncomfortable and it was kinda dark, so for me, a little depressing. I did walk a lot to town and rented a bike to get around, but I was there for school, so I had studying to do and being in a dark house didn't help my mood. There were bikes to use, however they had flat tires and no tire pump. The pool area was nice, but the water was literally like taking a very warm bath, some may like it like that, but for me after walking or biking, it wasn't refreshing at all. During the day, after some studying, I had to get out, it being, "The Keys" there was always noise and while there I guess the connecting unit decided to replace their decking, so workers were there around the pool area making more noise and seemed like dragged their feet to get work done, which still wasn't finished by the time I left.

This condo is a great place to start your daily adventure in Old Town or relax by the pool. I had one problem with cable access and the owner fixed it in under 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

This is a very charming home with comfortable amenities, lovely pool and located in easy distance of everything in town. Pet friendly and perfect for our vacation.
