About this cottage rental
Elliot's Retreat is a ground floor holiday home on the fringes of the Norfolk town of Sheringham. It offers three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin, there is also a bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep six people. The accommodation also includes a kitchen/diner with extra comfy seating and a sitting room. To the outside, you will find plenty of off-road parking, a garage/utility housing a washing machine and an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn and furniture. Elliott's Retreat is a modern cottage in a superb coastal location.
Amenities: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine ( in external garage), dishwasher, 4 TVs with freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Main living room TV is a Smart TV (Now TV package accessible via WIFI). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Iron and Ironing board. Hair Dryer. Bed linen inc. in rent. Towels are NOT included. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: 2 steps up from kitchen to bedroom
Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: Sheringham is a popular seaside town on the north coast of Norfolk, within the Norfolk Coast AONB. It plays host to a range of different amenities and varying attractions, including the Lifeboat Museum and Blue Flag beach. Enjoy coast and countryside views aplenty, with many walking opportunities running nearby. Delightful Cromer rests within a few short miles, while Great Yarmouth, Hunstanton and King's Lynn are all also worth a look.
