About this house rental
Extensive interior renovations completed in 2015 brightens the beautiful space. The Villa has a beach house vibe that celebrates the sun, surf and sand. If you are looking for simple luxuries, All Ready Home Villa is the place for you! With a beautiful indoor area and outdoor area that gives plenty of space to relax. The Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed, the second guest room has a queen bed, and the third guest room has 2 twin beds. All the rooms are equipped with their own cotton bedding with duvets and extra blankets. Both the master bathroom and the main bathroom are 3 piece bathrooms. They have their own towels and plenty of storage and have beautiful glass shower enclosures. We have a pack and play & high chair for toddlers stored in the extra bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for any meal, with plenty of counter space and a separate breakfast. Outdoor under the Lani there is lots of room to relax with ceiling fans and all new lounge furniture around the screened in pool. The back yard is very private and sure to relax the mind when all you are surrounded by is the palms and calls of Florida's birds.

Nice place but not as clean as you would expect
We spent most of our time outside, since that is why we were in Florida in March. The pool was nice but the outside space needs some TLC. The inside is clean on the surface but under and behind furniture there is a lot of dust. For the price we all pay to get it cleaned for the next guests you would expect it to be spotless and it was not. We enjoyed the stay but felt it could be a little cleaner.

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time staying here. The pool is nice and big and deeper than most, which my husband really enjoyed. The sliding window in the kitchen out to the bar seating in perfect for serving meals. Also the glass doors all around the house looking towards the pool is great for keeping an eye on kids. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. We had a great time and would love to stay here again if we are back in the area. Thanks!

Great Home
This home was great. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach and after hot days doing other activities. Owner answered all my questions and provided local info for restaurants and things to do. Wonderful time had by all.

Great, relaxing week! Easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. in Cape Coral. Private pool was a real plus. Our hosts, Brian and Carrie, were quick to respond to any questions. Kayaking the mangroves with Gulf Coast Kayaking was awesome! Bear is a very informative guide.

Enjoyed our stay in this updated 3 bedroom home. Everything was neat and tidy, had a few items on hand so we didn’t need to rush out for our groceries. Awesome stay!! Very clean home located in a nice quiet neighborhood!
A wedding brought us to this area and we were so happy to find this place! Great location and close to everything we wanted to do! We went to a couple different beaches one in Ft Meyers called Newton Park Beach (loved!!) and a local beach, Cape Coral Yacht and Racquet Club which has a nice tiki bar and pier to walk on. We road bikes & did a little shopping! Found some awesome seafood restaurants and enjoyed grilling at the house pool side a couple nights! Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir hatten 2 1/2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet fast alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind gut organisiert und haben alle nötigen Informationen und Ausflugstipps für die Urlauber zusammengefasst. Gut ist auch, dass übergreifend nutzbare Lebensmittel (Gewürze, Soßen etc.) in der Küche verbleiben und genutzt werden können. Auch wir wiederum konnten nicht alle unsere Lebensmittel verbrauchen und haben diese für nachfolgende Mieter im Haus bzw. Kühlschrank belassen (Wasser, Soßen, Konserven, Snacks, Taschentücher etc.).
Der BBQ ist erfreulicherweise im Preis inklusive (Gas), was man auch nicht überall dabei hat.
Die Reinigung wird von einer deutschen Reinigungskraft durchgeführt, was sich auch durch die deutsche Gründlichkeit bemerkbar macht. Hier und da wurden zwar Kleinigkeiten (Flusen) vergessen, die man jedoch schnell selbst mit dem Staubsauger beseitigen konnte. Reinigungsmittel waren teilweise vorhanden, so dass man zwischenzeitlich auch selbst noch einmal durchwischen konnte.
Ein nice-to-have wäre gewesen, wenn anfangs zumindest 2-3 Rollen Küchentücher sowie Toilettenpapier da gewesen wären. Auch etwas Waschmittel wäre gut gewesen. Denn sonst ist man nach der Anreise immer gleich gezwungen einzukaufen.
Unsere Kinder malen sehr gerne. Stifte waren im Haus vorhanden, jedoch hatten wir
kein Papier vorgefunden. Wir haben dann eine Packung Kopierpapier gekauft und den Rest im Haus belassen.
Bei der Küchenausstattung wäre ein Schneebesen gut gewesen und den Kühlschrank haben wir selbst noch mal gereinigt. Deshalb haben wir einen Stern abgezogen.

Amazing stay
My family stayed at this property for our spring break vacation. The property did not disappoint and is very reasonably priced! The property is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood (school buses come through during the week). Only about 20-30 mins from Sanibel Island and other attractions, restaurants and entertainment. When we weren't out at the beaches, my family enjoyed the pool. The interior is updated and nicely furnished. We appreciated the 'extras' at the house - gas grill, beach blanket and chairs, pool toys and floats, etc. The property owner is very responsive! We would absolutely stay at this house again if traveling to the area.

Relaxing home away from home
Carrie and Brian have a lovely home. The home is beautifully yet comfortably furnished. My family truly felt like we were at home during our week-long stay in Cape Coral. We enjoyed time relaxing on the lanai and by the pool. We are already looking forward to a return trip.

Absolutely amazing! Didn't want to leave
This house was spotless when we got there. The area is beautiful, there is a park within walking distance to the house that has walking trails and overlooks a lake, and a place for my 5 year old grandson to play. The master bed was so comfortable, I dont think Ive ever slept that sound. The pool was nice and warm the heater worked perfectly. I have stayed so many places where it states there is a heated pool, but the heater doesnt work when you get there. The owners were wonderful and answered when I called. I had a wonderful time and already booked with them for next year.

Supreme, Clean, Comfortable Private, Quiet Location
This house was perfect, we never wanted to leave. It is the best all round house that we have stayed at in Florida. We picked this house because we had a good feeling of trust towards the owners and we feel this is important to avoid difficulties. Carrie’s communication was excellent. Cleanliness is very important to us and the house was spotless. There were no carpets in the house which is great for allergies. We picked this house for the privacy in the back yard and the location on a quiet street near Rotary Park. One of the best features was that the back of the house was opened to a screened pool and covered lanai. There were 3 sliding glass doors including one in the master bedroom and a big kitchen window so you could feel like you were outside. There was also a large frameless window in the front living room that let lots of light in. The smart design of the house with the kitchen separating the master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms is great. The back yard also has a fenced portion accessible from the garage.
This house ticked all the boxes. Great owners, clean, allergy free, comfortable, private, location ,bright and a smart design. We were very thankful to share Carrie and Brian’s home. We loved it.

Super clean & beachy!
We stayed here for a week during a baseball tournament in the area, and it was a wonderful, quiet place to cool off after games. Very clean and really roomy, interior fully updated and everything worked - beds were more comfy than mine at home! Great dining in the area, try Ford's and Pinchers, and a neat hiking area at the Rotary Park under a mile away. Carrie couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Really enjoyed it and will rent again if we have another tournament near Fort Myers! Thanks!

Beautiful decor, impeccably clean!
My family of 4 including 12 and 15-year-old children did not want to leave after our eight night stay! The house is spacious with rooms to play board games or eat together or to have alone time. The master suite, which is on the opposite side of the house from the other two large bedrooms, is amazing with a goregous, huge bathroom and spacious shower. The pool is clean and heated. There is a breakfast area plus a dining room, each on either end of the beautiful, modern kitchen. The living room is large with comfortable furniture. All of the beds are very comfortable. Carrie and Brian were wonderful hosts and quickly answered any questions or needs that we had, which were not many because they thought of and provided every possible need that a family could ever want for their stay. I need to add, too, that my husband and I are both architects, and are therefore VERY picky about any building that we are in. The remodel of this house was so beautifully done that were pressed to find any imperfections. As for the cleanliness, there was seriously not a speck of dust or fingerprint to be found. It was spotless. The decor of the house was a beautifully simple beach theme with hues of blue and green blended with natural stone and wood. I truly cannot think of one negative comment to give. Fabulous wrapped in serene wrapped in glorious!!!
What can I say but absolutely fabulous. Carrie and Brian have thought of everything that a holidaymaker would want when they're renting a home for a few days or weeks. They supply you with all the amenities - even down to a few pods of coffee to start you off with.
We stayed here for 11 nights over Christmas and we enjoyed every minute of it. From the moment we walked in we were hooked. The house is decorated to an exceptional standard and perfect for the Florida climate and lifestyle. The pool and patio area is where we spent most of our time as it's setup perfectly to spend lazy days lounging by the pool, having fruity drinks with umbrellas in and eating our weight in bbq food - sign me up!!!
But seriously though, Carrie and Brian have thought of everything you might need. Pods for the dishwasher, dish soap, sponges, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, even things like spices and cooking basics. EVERYTHING!! Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, beach blankets, etc., etc.....need I go on?
Absolutely loved it here and it's close to amenities, excursions, beaches, even mini golf!!! If we ever come back to the area again we definitely would stay here.
And as a side note - you MUST go to Ford's garage and have their key lime pie and burgers. O.M.G. That is all. ENJOY!!!

Sehr schönes Haus für Familien/ A wonderful House
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Unsere Jungs (5 und 8 Jahre) liebten den Pool und fühlten sich auch in ihrem Kinderzimmer sehr wohl. Der Pool ist gut eingefriedet und kann von keiner Seite aus eingesehen werden.
Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr modern eingerichtet und empfing uns sauber und ordentlich.
Wir wurden über den ganzen Zeitraum, durch die Besitzer über email betreut. (Es wurde auf alles zeitnah geantwortet.) Außerdem gibt es auch vor Ort einen Ansprechpartner, wenn man etwas benötigt.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Sanibel, Ft Meyers, Lovers Key und auch zu den nahegelegen Outlets Miramar und Sanibel Outlet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder nach Cape Coral verschlägt.

Fabulous Home With Pool in Great Location
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of weeks in March 2016 and could not have been happier with the house AND the owners. We have been renting for years through VRBO and have never dealt with owners as wonderful as Carrie and Brian. They responded to all our questions/requests, sometimes within minutes! From the minute we walked into the house we knew we loved it. The house has been completed renovated and everything was brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom with king bed is very comfy and has a large master bathroom. Second and third bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house which made for great privacy if you have kids or are sharing with another couple. Comfy couch and big screen tv for those nights you don’t feel like doing anything! Most rooms open up to the pool/lanai which is private and inviting. The location of the house is close to everything from beaches, great beach bar, tennis courts/yacht club, groceries, restaurants etc. My husband and I will definitely be returning next year. I would highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. And you will not deal with nicer owners than Carrie and Brian!

Fantastic house in convenient location
My family stayed here for a week, and we could not recommend it more highly. To begin with, Brian & Carrie could not have been more helpful as it was our first time renting a VRBO. They promptly answered all of our questions and helped us along the way.
The pictures are a great representation of the house, and when we got there it was all we expected and more. The place was well kept and larger than I expected including a great king sized master bed and huge master bath. We have 3 young boys and they loved the pool (and the TV in their room with Netflix). I loved how everything opened to the pool including the window from the kitchen so we could watch them from almost anywhere in the house.
The house was also extremely convenient for groceries and restaurants. This location is very close to the Cape Coral beach (the Boathouse is recommended). From the house we did day trips to a Twins spring training game, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Naples and all of the locations were easy to get to from here.
All-in-all I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to others. If we come down to Fort Myers/Cape Coral again, I would definitely stay here (and my kids already told me they miss it and we just left yesterday).
