Lo limpio y cuidado que está todo y sobre todo, la ubicación

Ideal location in the city center. Near the historical center and attractions. Convenient transportation. Walking distance to the market and supermarket. The room has everything you need for living. We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and had everything we needed. The internet was sufficient to work via wifi. It is possible to connect via cable, but you need to take your own. The hosts were constantly in touch and helped. It was nice to receive a compliment upon check-in. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

I liked that the location was perfect, it was very easy to access the apartment, and the flat was very clean.
I didn't like that they wanted to charge 10 euros per night for a baby bed, which at most of hotels and apartments free of charge, and that info was quite hidden so I saw it after I paid for the stay. I would understand if it was just for once but per night? Come on really! So I stayed for a week, and instead of paying 70 euros for that I bought a traveller bed for 60 euros, and thanks to you I know own a traveller bed :) Furthermore, I think the kitchen facilities should be better. The pot is not even big enough to cook a pasta for 2, so we had to do it twice.

The location is really great - in the middle of a cozy area full of bars and restaurants.
Sound isolation is quite good, so we had no problems sleeping at night (even though we were in the first floor).
The room was compact but spacious enough, and very clean as well.
All in all a great experience.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable for one of us, so this might be a subjective topic.
The balcony is just technically a balcony, since there was space just for one person to stand. Still, not that the room wasn't worth it, just be sure to either get a room with a proper balcony if you need it (if I recall correctly it was part of the description).
The code for opening the doors was the same. This is a bit risky, since if anyone can spot the code from outside while you are opening the door (not that difficult if you are not very careful) then they can enter your room easily. Please do change this to having separate codes for the main entrance and the room.
Some toiletries might be a nice touch, since there was none in the bathroom (only hand soap)
Free parking in the area was a bit scarce, and means you have to spend some time finding one or walking a bit of distance. On the other side there was a paid underground parking in Plaza Espana, 3 minute walk, at 10 euros for 24h.

Location, the apt with its functionality.
There was a very strong chemical smell coming from the building hall. We had to ventilate the apt all night long.

A lovely airy studio, recently renovated and very well equipped. The tiny balcony also meant we could open the door, although it was too small to sit outside due to the air conditioning unit. The location is ideal, being close to the city centre, Plaza España and the port area.
The host was very helpful and when I reported that one of the bedside wall lights had come loose it was fixed within a few hours.
There was a persistent smell of damp in the entrance area downstairs, although we could not smell it in our first floor room. Weekday nights are very quiet, but due to the close proximity of several bars and restaurants, Friday and Saturday nights are a different matter (this is an observation and should not detract from our overall positive impression).
Additionally there is noise during working hours from the adjoining building which is being renovated, although I presume this will be completed at some point.

Clean, modern facility in the center of town.
I would have liked a manual lock for when you are inside. If somebody obtained your code or another one that works he can get into your apartment which is not such a nice feeling when you are sleeping there.

couldn't sleep 2 of 3 nights due to noise: birds, cars, motorcycles, workers

Location great. Apartment very well equipped. All new.
Some street noise at night from partying neighbors across the street. But acceptable. Lacked elevator so must haul suitcase up, but it was worth it.

It was really good, especially the location and interior design.
It was a little bit noisy because it is near the main street and neighbours had construction works at the moment.

Nice apartment well located but mosquito net was missing from the windows.

The apartment has a central location, near to all the restaurants and bars. Izabela gave us very clear instructions how to get to the apartment. Parking may be sometimes problematic, especially in the rush hours, but we always found a place to park for free or in emergency there is a paid parking just a few blocks down. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, plus it has a very small and cute balcony with a nice view on the street.
