About this apartment rental

Two bedroom ground level condominium in the beautiful Sea Woods complex just across the street from the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, comfortable living room with sofa sleeper, master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Master bath has a large shower and guest bath with shower/tub combination. Full size washer and dryer. Nice and private patio area and our condo is just steps from the main pool. Sea Woods is just a beautiful place with 53 acres of lush grounds, three pools with one of them heated, a well equipped exercise room, a sauna and all the things to make it comfortable. The car free beach is just a short walk away and there are shops and restaurants nearby. New Smyrna Beach is about an hour from Orlando and all the big attractions.

This condo is lovely! It was exactly as pictured in the write up. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. This condo is located just a walkway from the ocean and the complex has three pools! The owner, Joseph was excellent in communicating with us. He wanted to make sure that everything was great! Our stay was great and Joseph was very helpful and always available. He was quick to answer questions and respond to my texts. The condo was beautiful and everything worked great! Right across from the largest pool at Sea Woods, and convenient to the beach! Enjoyed my stay here, got caught up on rest and reading! Hope to stay again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The check in process was easy and communication was good throughout our stay. The property had everything we needed. There were towels for the beach, a few beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella (we did not use it since we had our own). The walk to the beach was easy and short. Internet was easy to connect to and was fast enough to support the days where we had a to a bit of remote work. The onsite pool was great and just a few steps from the property. We did not use the tennis courts, but they were close as well. We enjoyed the walking trails all through the neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. The knives were sharp, and it was a rare find that there was a even kettle (since we enjoy making tea a lot it was a big plus). We hope to be able to return in future. This was a great rental. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying there. A comfortable apartment, well decorated and very clean. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach and nearby supermarkets. Joe, the host, has prepared everything for our stay, including living and kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. And it was in a great location, with easy access to the beach, super markets, shopping etc. Joe was very courteous and super efficient with communication, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Wonderful walks through tree-canopied quiet streets in a serene neighborhood. Clean condo with pool nearby. Beach accessible. Great seafood restaurants and quaint downtown NSB.

We stayed here a week snd felt very at home. Short walk across the street to the ocean, complex had great amenities and was landscaped nicely. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond with questions. Would highly recommend.

Joe was extremely easy to deal with communicating well before my arrival day with the details of how to access the property as well as providing simple driving directions. The condo is right across the street from the beach. Utilizing the nearby pedestrian crossing signal and walking the boardwalk I was easily on the beach in under 5 minutes. The condo was also just a short 25 minute drive to the Speedway. Nearby grocery stores and numerous restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone planning on spending some time in the area. Thanks Joe for opening up your condo.

We would highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo was well equipped for us; from the kitchen to the linens. Being able to run some things through the wash was a bonus that many condos don't offer. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pools at the condo were a nice change when we tired of the sand. This beach town has many nice restaurants and little shops worth checking out. We paddle boarded and went to a near by state park. An awesome location for a family get away!
